I was being realistic, it was cheap, has a pool, breakfast included was a plus. All I wanted and what I was searching for was a hotel with a pool so my child can swim in. The “fun” started during check-in: 1. The pool was closed during our stay. I have asked how long it will be closed for I was told just this weekend. 2. I was checked in to the room different from what I have booked. I have booked suite with two queen beds. I was given suite with king bed, which was cheaper than suite with queen beds on the hotels site. We went back down with all luggage. Then came #3. It took the guy forever to check us in to the correct room, checking my booking number, then looking it up based on my last name. Then the best part: “oh, I’m sorry, that’s my fault, it’s supposed to be room 313 not 323” out loud for everyone to hear. As far as I know that’s frowned upon in hotel business. Basically disregard for Customer’s safety. I won’t be staying there again
