Nice room. Took a while for me (Canadian) to get used to walking down a dark hallway waiting for the motion sensors to turn the lights on. Area around the hotel seems to have been hit hard by COVID, with lots of closed shops. But only 2-3 blocks from bar area, and a few more from restaurant area. Overall, given the circumstances (immediately post-COVID), thumbs up.

This was a fantastic set up with tram routes, supermarkets and play parks all within a 15 minute walk or less. The staff were kind and helpful, the facilities were all clean and in perfect condition. Great value!

The staff was super nice and very helpful!!! They all went out of their way to make us very comfortable and helped us with our surroundings. The only thing we did not have is room service for the 4 nights. Had to go downstairs to the front office to get toilet paper. (I have never done that) the room was very specious and nice view of the park. Thank you again to the staff. Would go again.

la télécommande tv de la 1ère chambre ne fonctionne pas et il faut débrancher la prise secteur pour arrêter la tv ! Le lendemain on m'a changé de chambre , la tv et télécommande fonctionnent , par contre la porte de la chambre est difficile à ouvrir, il faut insister et le pommeau de douche ne tient pas , il pique du nez

Le tquand je suis arrivé dans la chambre la température était de 15°C. Après avoir essayer d'allumer le chauffage celui ci était bloquer a 21°c avec impossibilité d'augmenter pour permettre de faire monter une température correct rapidement . Le bouchon de vidange de la baignoire et cassé , impossible de l'enlever si vous l'insérer. Le pommeau de douche tombe tout seul et ne tien pas sur le support prévu à cet effet. L'eau de la douche fluctue constamment rendant sont utilisation très compliquer .

Plutôt bien. Dommage que la chambre ait été celle de tout au bout du couloir loin loin loin, ça paraît être une expédition. Isolation moyenne vis à vis de la rue : quelques ivrognes dans la rue, bruyante vers 2 heures du matin puis à 3h30 puis reprise du bruit du tramway en fin de nuit. Double vitrage peu efficace. Proximité des halles trés sympa le dimanche matin.

Lovely place we stayed in for a weekend in Saint Étienne! In the centre, the rooms had air con which was so great to come to after a day out. Manager on reception Hugo makes all the difference, very friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem ! The breakfasts in the hotel is limited, best to go outside plenty nice French boulangeries. Definitely would come back, we even had a kitchen in the room and a full sized fridge. It’s also a fantastic town to explore that has a lot to offer, parks, museums and independent shops! :)
