Hello and Welcome to Charly’s Pension, We hope your stay with us is as comfortable and stress-free as possible and if you have any questions at all please don't hesitate to contact us on whatsapp: +90 542 241 72 13. Since we run our guesthouse as a family business, we do not have a full-time receptionist on staff. When you arrive at the reception area, please call us by phone or WhatsApp; we will be with you within 5 minutes to assist with check-in. • Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Reception services and check-in are not available between midnight and 8:00 AM. IMPORTANT REMINDER ABOUT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS We never view or charge your credit card details for confirmed reservations! However, if you do not check in at our pension by midnight (24:00), your credit card details will appear on our system, and since the reservation agreement has not been fulfilled, we will charge you for one night’s stay. This means that payment is collected directly from you during the check-in process at the pension. The credit card information you provided is held in escrow to guarantee your reservation. • When you check-in please make sure that all your payments and the passport checking is done. (You can pay with cash or card as well.) • We recommend that you park your vehicle in any available spot about 50 meters before reaching our guesthouse and walk the remaining 50 meters to the property. This is because the final 50-meter stretch is a narrow street, making it difficult to drive in and out. You are welcome to ask us for assistance with your luggage and parking. ATTENTION TO OUR GUESTS! • Our guests who will check in to our pension on Wednesday, the next day on Thursday, the weekly local market is set up in the neighborhood and the surrounding area is full of vehicles, so if you inform us in advance before parking your vehicles, we can help you park in the appropriate place and you can leave at any time on Thursday morning with your vehicle without any problems. • For 10 euros, enjoy your morning breakfast on the terrace of Fulya Pension, which offers a 360° panoramic view, featuring our very rich breakfast buffet consisting of freshly baked bread made with natural local ingredients, local cheeses, olives, fruits, homemade jams, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, and many other products brought in from our local markets—all part of our very generous breakfast buffet—and start your day feeling refreshed. Take your vacation experience to the next level before setting off on your journey by enjoying a peaceful breakfast surrounded by nature while gazing out at Lake Eğirdir and the surrounding mountains. • Traditional Turkish dinner is served every night in our cosy family Charly's restaurant starting at 7pm. It costs €20 per person and this includes 3 courses; a soup, a salad and the main and of course bread. Please choose one of our main course options and let us know: pan-fried lake bass, grilled chicken, grilled meatballs, or the daily stew. Our specialty is fish from the lake but we also have other meat, vegetarian andvegan options available. If you would like to join us for dinner please let us know any time. Charly's restaurant is working with fresh and local ingredients, so of course our menu is changing by the season. If you wish we can send you up to date information about what you can taste at our place. • Pets ar warmly welcomed in the pension, but the restaurant and the breakfast are exceptions, please leave your pet securely leashed in the room until you enjoy dinner or breakfast. • You should know that we have several variety of the same type of room. So, if you like the one in special on the photoes, contact us by whatsapp to find out which we booked for you. • If you contact us before your visit, we can provide personalized recommendations regarding seasonal events. We generally provide information on bike rentals, guided tours, hikes, and bike routes, and we’d be happy to suggest various routes if you’d like to explore on your own. We offer a shuttle service for all our guests to nearby tourist attractions or the airport for a fee. • Our tap water is drinkable and we do not sell bottled water. If you wish to buy bottled water there are local shops close by. • Upon request, we offer a laundry service that includes washing your clothes and drying them naturally—outdoors in the sun during the summer and in well-ventilated indoor areas during cold weather—for a fee of 10 euros. Laundry washed during cold weather may remain slightly damp after drying. We do not offer an ironing service. In addition, our facility guarantees that your laundry will be returned to you within 24 hours. • If you booked one of our apartments, please note that the kitchen sinks and refrigerators are always cleaned with huge care, but they are not the newest modells. • If you have any special requests, let us know and we will be happy to organise this for you.
