Difficult check-in process with overseas customer service agents and unit is showing its wear (drywall repairs on wall; light fixtures needed tinkering to work; cumbersome television logon process).

We had to sit outside and wait for 2 hours at 10pm at night on the phone with customer service to get our access code since the property has no service desk and is self check-in.

Definitely a great concept and convenient to where I wanted to be. Mattress is a bit soft for me but that’s just my preference. Annoying that my entry code did not work and that there was no bedside light. Hopefully that will be corrected since it was not addressed during my stay. Would I stay again? Yes.
