Amazing property ! My first time booking an aparthotel and it was so beautiful. Had everything I needed all the essentials from free wifi to essentials in the kitchen and bedroom and a beautiful pool. Also only 5 mins walk to the beach. Great location too for getting Uber and only 10 minutes drive from the airport. I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone!! Also a laundry downstairs I didn’t use but great to know it’s there :-)

A notre arrivée notre réservation était annulée suite à notre arrivée 48 h aprés la date . l’hébergeur nous demande 550€ de plus pour notre séjour. nous avons fait de la résistance à n’avons pas payé le supplément. on a quand meme oerdu 1 heure . sur le logement équipement minimaliste pas dé cafetière une seule poêle de petite taille pour un logement de 4 pas de cafetière !!! des fourmis partout dans le logement ( on etait au 2 eme étage) la piscine sympa mes les transats en plastique etait vieux et cassé.

El dúplex está muy bien. Aire acondicionado muy bien. Piscina muy bien. La cocina es MUY básica. No había menaje para 4 personas (3 cucharas, 2 cucharillas, 3 platos hondos y 2 de postre, 3 vasos). Solución desde recepción: pedírselo al personal de limpieza, que lo cogía de otro apartamento. La limpieza general bien, pero con polvo acumulado en mesillas y campana de cocina. Mi estancia tenía incluida una limpieza y cambio de toallas y ropa de cama. No se hizo, a pesar de reclamarla (falta de personal y de comunicación interna). Recibimos solamente disculpas y buenas palabras.

Lovely property with friendly and helpful reception staff at the SG Costa down the road. Pool was quiet and a great addition to the property. We came to stay for the kids to attend the Andres Gimeno tennis academy and this location was walkable, in a lovely area and very close to the beach.

The room was large, nice and cleaned, but bedroom TV did not work. There was no staff, because I got there late. It is probably a better place for younger generations, who figured things out quickly. I didn’t have enough coins for the laundry room But having one is a wonderful idea while traveling.

We liked the two bathrooms, that it was very clean when we arrived, loads of towels, lovely location, great big pool. It would have been nice if there had been one cleaning included during our stay.

Il check-in viene effettuato in altre strutture che sono molto scomode per chi si muove con 1 valigia qualche zaino. Inoltre la pulizia della camera e soprattutto del bagno doveva essere eseguita con maggiore attenzione (all’interno del bagno avevamo delle formiche ahimè..)

Old not clean and very poor communication. It’s NOT a hotel but rather a small studio apartment. Management was not on site and created a huge inconvenience for us not knowing Spanish language and had to find the manager. Also no room Service or anything… don’t recommend

I loved the property , it was clean quiet and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that you had to go check in to another building that’s not part of the hotel and a 15 minute walk. I booked it twice in a span f a week since I flew to Venice. Both times the place was just amazing, 10 minute walk to the beach and just beautiful neighborhood with restaurants.

I loved the property , it was clean quiet and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that you had to go check in to another building that’s not part of the hotel and a 15 minute walk. I booked it twice in a span f a week since I flew to Venice. Both times the place was just amazing, 10 minute walk to the beach and just beautiful neighborhood with restaurants.

In general, the rooms had not been renovated in a long time and you could tell on the interior. I have to say I was a bit disappointed considering what we paid for. There where cigarette burns on the sofa, which felt like a joke for example...

L'hôtel en soi est magnifique mais ne dispose pas d personnel sur place il faut aller dans autre hôtel à pieds a 20 mn de marche et sous le soleil pour récupérer les badges d'entrée et revenir toujours à pied c'est vraiment dommage

La llegada fue muy mala porque no funciono el open key. Demoramos un monton, ya que NO me atendian a los telefonos de urgencia. Por suerte estaba con coche y tuve que ir hasta un hotel del mismo grupo de la empresa. Ahi me dieron una llave fisica. Nunca me devolvieron la llamada.

Location was amazing. 5 minute walk to the beach. Instructions were clear when checking in. Host was very pleasant and informative. Restaurants all along the boardwalk and grocery store approximately a 12 minute walk. Room was great and was totally equipped. I highly recommend!

Apartment was nice but when we booked they didn’t mention anywhere that they dont have reception in apartment. We got email saying check out between 2pm to 6pm and we arrived at 2.30pm and found out we had to walk 20 minutes to other hotel to pick our keys and on the way back we had to book taxi to apartment coz we had luggage. Ps they didn’t have hairdryer in the bathroom and when we called reception next day for hairdryer she was so rude on the phone.

The check in was annoying. The online process was long and tedious. Then, after downloading the key app... the key was never sent so we still had to go to the other hotel. Which was fine, they were all close and it was nice to see the town. Just irritating because who likes to problem solve while on vacation? We will be coming back to this location next time! It was perfect in every other way.

Very pleased with the property amenities and cleanliness. About 5 minute walk from the beach. The people at the reception were extremely nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

I loved the property , it was clean quiet and friendly. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that you had to go check in to another building that’s not part of the hotel and a 15 minute walk. I booked it twice in a span f a week since I flew to Venice. Both times the place was just amazing, 10 minute walk to the beach and just beautiful neighborhood with restaurants.

Lovely property with friendly and helpful reception staff at the SG Costa down the road. Pool was quiet and a great addition to the property. We came to stay for the kids to attend the Andres Gimeno tennis academy and this location was walkable, in a lovely area and very close to the beach.

God indretning af lejlighed, nedslidt og sløset rengøring. Skøn rolig beliggenhed ved strand men manglende indkøbsmuligheder - dårligt valg uden bil da der ikke er et supermarked i miles omkreds og transport til bymidte lang. Offentlig transport til Barcelona tager ca 1 time

The room super comfortable, clean and excellent Wi-Fi connection. The reception area is very far from the property, we had to walk with the suitcases to the property for about 5 to 8 minutes and it is very far from the center of Barcelona.

Solo estábamos de paso. Apartamento cómodo, fácil de llegar. Limpio. Tenía de todo, aunque no lo utilizamos porque estuvimos poco tiempo. El check in nocturno era incómodo porque había que hacerlo en otra ubicación. Podrían poner autocheck in o algo así. Por lo demás, todo bien.

I tried to check in early but was having issues checking in and contacted hotels.com in order for them to contact the company to get everything sorted out. Long story made short I kept getting a bad link that showed me an error sent from this hotel. I couldn’t get this sorted out before I arrived to the hotel. I got there around 10pm and had to spend money to go to another hotel to get the key. The other hotel was a 19 minute walk away and I couldn’t walk there because I’m not from the area, I was extremely fatigued and I had luggage. The round trip taxi costed me around 20 US dollars. The first room was disgusting the second room look decent at first glance but after all the fragrance from the floor went away you could smell that a sofa chair in the room had been soiled. The third room was a lot better. However, there was no paper towel and they only give you a tiny bottle of dish soap to use to wash the dishes. Lots of the dishes were greasy from improper cleaning.

This is was our fourth visit to Casteldefells and our third stay at the apartments. We had nine nights and as always it was perfect for us. The pool is lovely, never too busy and so close to the beach. Near eating places and a few walks to the Anec Blau shopping centre. The amenities in the apartment were perfect for what we needed. We had a perfect stay and hope to return again soon.
