Great stay… the view of Alhambra is an added bonus. 10 mts walk to most of the eateries and shopping. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting to the place, giving guidance about the area and also ensuring I can drive in the area. Once you get over the anxiety of driving through narrow streets , it is an enjoyable location with lots of hiking options including 25 mts walk to Alhambra.

The people at the front desk were extremely helpful in getting to the place, giving guidance about the area and also ensuring I can drive in the area. Fiasco! The hotel didn't provide the exact address and they did not respond to messages after 4:40 pm. The air conditioner did not work. They responded to our request for a repair with a "crying emoji"!!! When we insisted that we needed cool air, they said we had to wait until next morning. Mind you, this is Granada, 37 degrees, and we are a family with a child. Of course, no one showed up in the morning for a repair. The hotel advertises as having a washer (the main reason why we selected this place). The washer did not work (it was plugged but didn't even receive electricity). Noone around and they do not respond to messages "after business hours." Since I had already put the detergent in, I had to handwash three people's dirty laundry of five days by hand! The only good thing about this hotel is the view of the Alhambra. Many other places have similar views. The hotel did not respond to Expedia either, and Expedia is offering no help. Stay somewhere else.
