I loved my stay. The room was everything I hoped. I like to cook for myself. I found out from another guest I could have taken a train from the airport and the local bus for a very affordable price. I might do that next time. Breakfast was really nice, organic eggs. Loved the pool, fitness room, and location. I highly recommend.

Very nice facility.only issue we had was it was completely booked and there’s not enough parking for the hotel. If you didn’t get a spot in the parking lot you had to find something on the street

My wife and i checked in with no problem. We were given a parking pass to park our car on the hotel property. We let the hotel to go out that night and when we returned to the hotel the parking lot was 100% full. Even though we had a parking pass we were informed that we could park off the property. We were unable to fined a place to park and we looked up to half a mile from the hotel. So we asked for a refund after deciding to leave do to no parking even with a parking pass. As of now the refund is up in the air.

Had an overall great stay. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were ok, but we've never stayed at a hotel that the pillows are good. Need to travel with our own pillows. Had plenty of options for breakfast. The only other minor complaint was the water dispenser in the exercise room not working. Had to go to the breakfast area for water.

Parking wasn't available. Multiple vehicles parked in two spaces.

Great place to stay. It is super close to everything without being in the busy downtown area. Super easy to park, no issues getting in or out of the property. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was great. Pool is small but nice that it is there. Rooms were very clean, easy to access. Temperature control worked great, no issues at all.

The pool needs improvement, and some of the receptionists need to have better manners. Room service is not offered unless you stay for an extended period.

This was a very reasonably priced stay for our nights in Fort worth with a car as part of a longer road trip. We were easily able to reach the various areas we wanted to see. A good breakfast and convenient laundry facilities.

Great staff! Breakfast had something for everyone! Elevator malfunctioned and had to walk 4 flights but, it was fixed in the morning! They apologized for the inconvenience!

The employees were very friendly, but the shower curtain was dirty, the sheets were subpar, and the mattress in my room was old and in need of replacement. I was in room 329.

This hotel has been very nice. Everything was clean and people were nice.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located near downtown, and the staff was courteous and efficient. We immediately felt welcomed by the friendly staff and even enjoyed some complimentary fresh baked chocolate chip cookies upon check in. Our room was clean, spacious, and well stocked with amenities (including a full sized refrigerator, electric stovetop, microwave, bath tub with shower). We especially appreciated the free on-site parking. The hotel was easy to get to from I-35E and Sundance Square was close enough for my wife to walk to (12 minute travel time on sidewalks and crosswalks). Overall it was a very enjoyable trip and we would look forward to staying here again.

Loved everything about this property except the comforter was not clean and someone’s shoes were under the bed. Everything else was top notch.

We had a good stay and the staff was mostly friendly. Our room must have had incidents before as it was clear some things were missing like the full length wall mirror and the bedding was stained with yellow spots. But still an overall decent stay.

The hotel room is very clean. The staff are nice. The hotel beds are very comfortable. The location is very convenient. We will stay in this hotel again next time when we visit Fort Worth.

The shower had mold and you could tell it was old and needed an upgrade

It was very clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. There was nothing that I didn’t like about my stay.

I have been staying at Marriott properties for over 4years and travel twice monthly. I have never seen roaches or broken equipment in the rooms. The Hotel also doesn't have a front canopy so you are left to unload your baggage in the rain. I was less than impressed with the property and wouldn't recommend this location.

We were super happy staying here. The property was very nice. Our room was #208. We had a view of trees and the side street (which was actually pretty quiet). We used the side door that is right by the parking lot and took the stairs to our room, to come and go with our room key (more convenient than the elevator). The room was nicely updated and was very clean. Linens were nice and new as well. No stains and towels were nice and thick. Kitchen was stocked with kitchen items. You can also borrow items if needed from the front desk. The breakfast had a super nice selection of items. Front desk staff was very nice, as well as the lady attending to the food. Food/drink items in the onsite store were pricey though. So beware. No charge for parking either! Super easy to get anywhere in Fort Worth. The first night staying there, we took a Lyft to get to downtown. Cheap, but found we were perfectly fine with walking. Definitely recommend walking or even renting the E-bikes for 24 hours to get around. Lots of one way streets and pay to park lots. There are bike return spots throughout the city as well as the Stockyards. The 3 1/2 days we were there, we never drove our car. Walking took 15 minutes to get to the train station to get to downtown Dallas (very nice/safe). We took the TRE train for $12 roundtrip, that was good for 20 hours. Took 12 minutes to walk to downtown. Took about 14? minutes to ride the bikes to the Stockyards. E-bikes were $10 for 24 hours.

Great value. Nice, spacious rooms. Little kitchen, coffee in the rooms. Very friendly/helpful staff.

Very clean and nice staff. The only issue we had was a very noisy fridge and noisy aircon. Both kept me awake.

The property is okay, but there is very limited parking at night and they don't enforce towing cars without permit pass, they had six cars parked their without passes. Beds are very outdated, you can feel the springs as you lay down. Everything else is okay.

Walking distance to downtown. Comfortable beds. Quiet.

The a/c was not working in the lobby when we checked in. Our room was hot as well.

Nice hotel in a beautiful area of Fort Worth— I’d stay here again. Really, the only issue we had is that it was very noisy in the hallways pretty much all night long.

The room I reserved was not available when I checked in and the late night front desk staff was clueless and the other one was rude. HOWEVER when we spoke to the manager in the morning letting her know about our experience she was so professional and accommodating she definitely embodied Marriotts usual service standard.

Service was terrible, no house keeping in four notes, empty our own trash, had to go down to desk for towels, etc. really awful.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for a few minutes, the clerk was seen in the breakfast area replacing coffee carafes. She saw me, but didn’t say anything. She returned to the front desk and got me checked in. She was not overly friendly. Got to the room, and it was not the room that I reserved. Called to the front desk, and Melody answered. She again was not very friendly. She halfway argued then said she would get us in the correct room. The new room had a comforter that looked soiled. The room otherwise was nice. The bed was comfortable. The front entrance is NOT clearly marked and not like most hotels at all.

They ran out of everything at the breakfast even spoons and coffee. The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly. The only good thing was the room. Beds were good.

First time staying here and it was my wife and I wedding anniversary. The service was great and everyone was friendly, the only thing and it’s not a bad thing the breakfast

This place gets a perfect rating because of its staff. Katina at the front desk was phenomenal, as well as the friendly ladies who worked extra early in the mornings to set up breakfast. I hope all hotels have staff as eager to help customers and friendly as this hotel does. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Despite being clean & comfy our trip was disastrous due to complete inhospitable front desk staff & general manager who refused to help with ONE FREE phone call. Shame Marriott!

Very clean and close to everything. Friendly and welcoming staff. Easy checkin and checkout process. Nice variety of breakfast each morning. Close to everything, easily got to all of the downtown hot spots within minutes.

We stayed a night passing through Fort Worth. The hotel was a bit far from the downtown things, but we were still able to walk to dinner without issue. Overall it was a good location and had good sized rooms.

Nice hotel with a great location, in a safe zone, near dowtown, restaurants, sundance, and attractions. Rooms were comfortable, have kitchen and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I will come back for sure.

If you are looking for a place close to downtown FW, this is it. It’s quiet because it is far enough away but if you want to enjoy the night life, it’s only a short ride share away from the action. Definitely recommend.

The proper needed some updating, but the staff was very nice. Breakfast could go longer on a Saturday when it’s over at nine. That’s pretty early for the weekend in my opinion.

Overall good hotel. Their breakfast is terrible though. Powdered eggs, rancid pork sausage, and rubbery bacon. I don't hold high expectations for a hotel breakfast, but this was sub-par. Everything else was great.
