Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown by IHG

The front desk and valet employees were very nice and informative. My room was clean and housekeeping was available for extra towels . Which they provided quickly. My only complaint was the breakfast. The food was horrible. The chef needs to be fired. That’s how bad the breakfast was and they need a better menu.

Restaurant was periodically closed for various issues. Considering I spent $450 per night there was no water in the room and the vending machine on our floor was out for both days. We were supposed to have a Riverside room and ended up with a city Side room next to an event center that had wedding parties both nights. Music was loud until 10:00 p.m.. Not likely to book a room here again even though the staff was really super nice and accommodating.
