This is our second time staying here. We like the overall feel here. The property is in good condition and feels clean. It feels safe. The Hard Rock Tulsa Casino is across the street. Hampton provide 24 hour transportation to and from the Hard Rock which we took one way and chose to walk the other.

We stayed specifically at this hotel for the use of the hot tub. My daughter has back problems and thought this would help give her back some relief after a long day of driving. Sign was on door "hot tub not working".... no notice or update when booking the room. We would not have stayed there had we known this was not available. Very disappointed! (And her back was very stiff... :()

Really nice hampton. Very clean, green(no little plastic bottles), comfortable bed, great workout room. There is a nice restaurant at the little plaza next door with outside seating

We love the hotel the rooms were nice, and we really like the bed. We love the fact that there’s a shuttle that runs from the hotel to the hard rock casino across the street and there’s plenty of dining all around the hotel.

I had to pay a $50 (yes, they said refundable after 3-5 days) security deposit just in case anything was stolen or broken. But I paid for the room online and nowhere on the Expedia site did it mention a $50 fee. I get to the front desk and ask about it and they said that their website mentions the fee, but Expedia does not. Realistically, how is that my fault though? If they are going to have their hotel listed on Expedia, don’t you think they should list all the same details that they would originally on their own website? Anyways, other than that, the only other downside are I was hoping the indoor pool was going to be heated, but it was freezing instead. For paying over $200 just for a double queen room (with no sofa couch) I expected it to be a little more nicer than what it is. The walls are extremely thin as well.

Clean room, great A/C, and plenty of room. We got a room on the first floor, which was convenient, but I do think there was more noise heard throughout the night. If you can request a room not on the first floor, I would. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Plenty of options including eggs and protein along with cereal, waffles, and pastries. No smells or bugs that we saw. Didn’t deal with staff much but the two folks we did interact with were very polite and easy to deal with. Do with the fireplace in the lobby was going. We stayed on Christmas Eve so I wanted the ambiance. It was about 75° outside though.

The lady checking us in was rude and hateful. First she ignored us. People were walking up to get lighters and buy water after I stepped to the counter. We were traveling with family so I asked if we could try to get on the same floor. Her response was hateful. By this time other patrons had arrived so I was embarrassed by her un front of a bunch of other people. At breakfast time the paying people had to wait for the employees to eat. This is ridiculous. If they want to eat they should wait until paying customers have ate or have food somewhere else for them.

My air conditioner would not go lower than 69. Still waiting on the outrageous $125 incidentals to go back to my debit card. Which is ridiculously high for a Hilton rewards member or anyone for that matter. One person could print me a receipt but another person behind the counter argued with me that she couldn’t do it. Need better training but I will not stay here next time in town.

One of the most pleasant stays I've ever had. The clerks at the desk were incredibly helpful. My room was clean, beautiful, and suited all of my needs! They had sugns posted on the doors to the lobby and in the elevators that they are under renovation, but there were no issues whatsoever with that. I would highly recommend this hotel, and I will definitely return!

When we arrived and given room keys the first room was torn apart and was obviously under maintenance. The second room they gave us keys to was an occupied room with other people’s stuff in it. The third room was a clean and available room. My largest concern is that we were given access to another person’s belongings, that is unsafe.

Clean hotel with wonderful amenities that guests cannot use due to hotel staff bringing in their families at night! The pool and hot tub area were destroyed and overtaken by hotel staff children running rampid! ! The lobby and tv area were full of hotel employees and their husbands while their small children took over the whole pool area with zero supervision! Sounded like after they were done at the pool they spent a good amount of time running up and down the stairs in the stairwell! Talked to the one lady working the front desk and she was not concerned and never even walked to the pool area to check the situation and I was very displeased. Will never stay here again due to employees!! There is one person here who wants to work, and the minute she leaves here the shenanigans begin!😉 Anything but relaxing and unfortunately I need a vacation from my vacation!!

The location was great! It was very clean and met my expectations. The only bad thing was the breakfast there were not enough choices and the options always included cheese. It would be better with some plain scrambled eggs. Also, there was not bacon or sausage available which would make it much better.

The location was great! It was very clean and met my expectations. The only bad thing was the breakfast there were not enough choices and the options always included cheese. It would be better with some plain scrambled eggs. Also, there was not bacon or sausage available which would make it much better.

Clean room, great A/C, and plenty of room. We got a room on the first floor, which was convenient, but I do think there was more noise heard throughout the night. If you can request a room not on the first floor, I would. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Plenty of options including eggs and protein along with cereal, waffles, and pastries. No smells or bugs that we saw. Didn’t deal with staff much but the two folks we did interact with were very polite and easy to deal with. Do with the fireplace in the lobby was going. We stayed on Christmas Eve so I wanted the ambiance. It was about 75° outside though.

Room was clean and in good repair. There was a hot tub by the pool and it actually worked like it should. Breakfast selections could have been better. No GF items for my wife.

This hotel is a great place that we keep coming back too. It is very clean, quiet, and the staff is friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Their free breakfast was very good and available until 10:00 AM on a week day. I love that because when we are there, we like to sleep in. The room we were in was also spacious and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room had a loose faucet so you had to be careful when engaging the shower, but it functioned perfectly. The only thing I missed was a Gideon Bible. I like to have the Holy Bible in the places I stay. God’s word is a lamp unto my feet and a light upon my path.

the king suite is absolutely beautiful. When walking in your greeted by how big it is. there was a mini refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Its not one that uses pods. The pool and sauna were great, nice and refreshing. I've had great service everytime I've stayed at the hotel itself. Staff is polite and very helpful. Close to restaurants Walmart Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Small shopping stores

The hotel, room and parking lot were very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Probably one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time.
