It was safe, clean and updated. Not glamorous or special, but it satisfied the basic needs. Designated parking is a plus but the lot is pretty tight. Management was very helpful as I considered extending my stay. The city itself is high-priced so the room is likely on target in this market, but for me it felt like a pretty steep price for what you get. I'd stay again.

This was a last minute booking (poor planning on my part); however, the amount I paid (over $200) for it was exorbitant for what I got. The website showed clean and updated rooms—but my room didn’t resemble anything on their website. The room I got was very dated, no noticeable “updates,” and didn’t look or feel clean. If I had other options, I would never have chosen this place. Definitely not worth the money I spent on it!!!!

Next to bus line and Fred Meyer. Thin walls, you can hear traffic at night. You can also hear neighbors. Tv wasn't sure if it wanted to black and white or with color, static, unwatchable. Mystery spots all over. Need updating badly. But roof over your head.

Checked in, dropped our bags, and went out for the day. When we returned to wash up and go to bed, we noticed that there was gunk on the sheets. No one was in the office to request clean replacements. We stripped the bed and slept on top of the mattress for the night rather than in dirty sheets. The shower was moldy and slippery and didn't drain properly. The toilet wasn't properly affixed to the ground and wobbled. The next morning, we told the receptionist about the sheets and she said, that's just a burn mark. That's... not better? Its a non-smoking hotel! And it wasn't a burn, it looked like snot. We didnt get anywhere with her, so we left and cut our stay 2 nights short. We ended up paying for a 2nd hotel room elsewhere and hope we can receive a refund for this dirty and unwelcoming room. This place shouldnt be offered on this website.

Cockroaches! Booked the family room with kitchen. Seemed clean, despite the room still being under renovation. The mini fridge didn’t work. My daughter woke up to cockroaches crawling on her, some were running across the room. Talked with the owners the wife was upset didn’t want to hear it. The husband acknowledged that there were cockroaches. They refused to reimburse us our second night. On another note you can hear all the noise from the road, other guest, and laundry. At Do not book here!!

Our room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was noise. A couple of guests were loud and belligerent and some traffic noise - Neither one of which kept me awake. Overall a good nights sleep for a low price.

The hotel is very dated, but looks as though they may be renovating. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly service. I forgotten my key and they were available to give me an a new key around midnight(sorry!). It’s right off the road, but has a nice walking path next to the river in the back.

Budget = dive! You get what you pay for, but fine for a quick overnight. No extra pillows. Shower needs replaced/repaired & is tiny. Glass light cover missing from the light. Obviously an issue as it was nicely placed on the shelf. Floor is very uneven...not sure what the issue below the linoleum/laminate is...can't tell with shoes on, but very obvious without.

The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful even when half our party arrived before I did and there was some confusion on what rooms we had. They let our group check in without me and we're so kind when I got there. The room was comfy and was a great value for the price.

The staff were so nice! Welcoming, polite, and very personable. The parking was limited but easily accessible. The area was ok, saw a few random people that worried me, but overall it was fine. I had a bunch of stuff in a rooftop carrier and no one touched it, so any worries I had were unfounded. The property is a little older but very clean and well maintained. I will definitely stay here again if I’m passing through!

I was pleasantly surprised at this smaller mom and pop Motel. It had many of the comforts of home. It was very clean and little unexpected amenities, such as printed sheets, and bedspread. I really had one of the most comfortable, sleep filled nights at this quiet, but great little motel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I came very late, but they quickly helped me settle in. I would recommend this to anyone over one of the big chain hotels.

Definitely a convenient spot for a one night stay if you are going to Hayden amphitheater, but not somewhere you’d want to stay long term. Bed was comfy enough with cute sheets, but the metal panel around the bottom sounds like a gong whenever something hits it. Shower was kinda gross but not the worst. Overall an alright place to stay for a quick trip

This is ONE OF THE BEST mom and pop businesses. They are friendly, efficient, and it felt like a home away from home. The linens on the bed smelled amazing and the room was clean and spacious! Woke up to a very light sunlight from the kitchen area and the slightest sound of birds chirping like what youd see in a movie. The morning coffee tastes amazing, not like the cheap bulk stuff at chain hotels. 10/10 would stay again, any time!

This is a nice and clean motel in a good location. A little bit noisy because of the nearby street. No breakfast in the morning, no coffee in the room, no coffee even in the office.

So upsetting, we booked this room and paid for it. It was a long drive for my husband and when he got there they said they over booked and didn't have a room for him. When a few hours before that I received a message and they asked when he'd be there to check in. I said its a long drive, he'll be there around 8 or 830 and didn't receive a response. They offered him a room at a different hotel that had worse rating and no in room wifi (a reason why we booked) that he needed for work in the morning. We had to find another hotel last minute that cost us $250 more out of pocket. Very inconvenient and rude to give a paid room to someone else. If its paid for, shouldn't matter if someone checks in at 4 pm or 11:59 pm.

Staff made a rude comment and the fire alarm beeped all night making it a horrible night lacking sleep. Gross layer of dirt on the ground as well.

I loved the price of the stay, and the rooms were nice size; in addition, the staff was very friendly and more then helpful. However, the rooms were not clean, the shower had mold growing in the shower, and the floors were so disgusting I had to keep my shoes on the entire time. The price during the week is appropriate, but the price on the weekend is way too much. I would be very disappointed if I was to rent a room from there during the weekend for the amount that they're asking for. My advice is to stay during the week day. But go somewhere else during the weekend.
