Hampton inn was fine. Staff helpful n friendly. Breakfast n exercise room very good n appreciated( esp. the cleanliness) Rooms a bit too dark and property is in need of flowers and “sprucing up!” Overall, Hampton Inn is a fine choice for travelers!

Not sure when the hotel was built but everything looks, smells and feels brand new. The check-in staff were extremely welcoming and provided two free water bottles. Luggage carts were plentiful and easily accessible. Free breakfast in the morning. I used the gym while I was there and it had all the dumbbells you need, a handful of strength machines, and cardio machines. Lastly, we drive a Tesla and the hotel has a Tesla charger in the back by the pool. The front-end staff let us charge our car overnight for free. Can't beat that value. Overall, probably my best stay at a Hampton. Absolutely loved it.

I have stayed here a few times before and will more than likely stay again. There was only a few things I didn't like about this stay. At about 11:30 PM I realized I forgot my phone charger in my car and went down to get it but was told the front lobby door locks at 11 PM. Hotels I've stayed at that do this will at least have a lock on the outside you can scan to get back in. I was told that I would have to go out either the back or side doors. If the door being locked is for safety reasons, how safe is it to have guests walk way around the side or back of the building at night? Wasn't an issue for me, however this location in the villages hosts a lot of elderly people that might not feel safe doing that. When I did get to my car, I noticed a male and female sitting in a parked car next to mine with the engine off and some movement inside when I walked to my car door. The bigger concern for me was the shower pressure, or lack of, on the third floor. TV channel selection isn't the greatest either but does have some good choices.

It sometimes is about the little things, and this Hilton has them: 24/7 delicious coffee Bathroom night light Shelves in bathroom for organizing Hooks to hang towels Really good hot breakfast complimentary Nice and welcoming staff Super comfy bed and pillows !!! From beginning to end this is the best stay I've had in Florida.We come down each year to visit with there grandchildren, this time we stayed at the Hampton inns. The check in was easy, the room was clean, the pool was clean and the breakfast they served each morning was great and the coffee was delicious. I have 2 dogs and they welcomed them in with no problem. The check out was smooth, I'll be returned next year for a week stay again.

From beginning to end this is the best stay I've had in Florida.We come down each year to visit with there grandchildren, this time we stayed at the Hampton inns. The property was very clean and new. The staff were wonderful and provided good service. Nice outdoor pool. Very comfortable beds. Nice, clean and modern rooms. Ample parking is provided on the premises. Close proximity to the town squares etc. Good complimentary breakfast is provided as well. I would recommend it.

The toilet seat had poop on it when we got there. Room 234. I had to clean it off before we used it. I always inspect the toilet seat before I use one. Other than that, everything else was ok.

Second stay at this hotel. Great staff and property. However, my family and I checked in at 315 pm when the hotel was empty and were given a room next to the elevator. This room (214) should be reserved for guests arriving late or last minute reservations. We didn't notice the noise from the elevator till we returned from dinner since it had not been in use when we were in the room. Next time, we'll know to ask for a different room.

Property was very clean and everything was in great condition. I happened to be in an accessible room and had a hard time figuring out how to control the air conditioner. I finally figured out that it was controlled by a thermostat that was placed about 6 feet high on a different wall. They need to move that if it is supposed to be accessible.

When I called the front desk she apologized I informed her the fridge was not working either, I was told to unplug plug back in that there was no one on site to look at and if we wanted to put our leftovers and beverages in employee fridge we could! Who wants to have to go back and forth to get something to drink? I asked for a manager and was told one would call back it’s been 6 days since checking out still no call! When I asked if they could have a manager call they girl said it would not be right away they had night audits to do and was snippy. I’m sorry you are in hospitality and should at least give respect to address concerns!

Great staff, love the rooms they are comfortable and clean. We have stayed at this hotel several times and it only gets better. We are recognized by staff and always makes us feels like we are home.

The young man at the front desk was awesome! He was kind, polite, helpful, friendly, attentive and fun to be around for the crowd. He did his job, and then went out of his way to help others.

The actual stay was fine. The staff was very helpful even changing my room because the first one was noisy. However, I received a notice after I checked out that Hampton charged my credit card even though I had already paid for the stay through Hotel.com and had confirmed the fact that the room was already paid for when I checked in ( the credit card was supposedly for incidentals). This is the second time that this Hampton Inn has done that and will be cause to reconsider whether I stay there again. I will be disputing it through the credit card company.

Normally Hampton Inn is the perfect go to hotel. However this one does not compare. The location is remote and there are very limited staff. There's one worker for check-in and another worker does the breakfast alone. I never saw any other staff except for the cleaning. The room is actually clean and nice. They assigned me room 205 which is directly across from the elevator. It is a terrible location. After hearing the elevator all evening I think I finally fell asleep around 1:30 a.m.. I probably should have requested a room change but I was already checked in the room. The next morning when I checked out I asked about requesting a room away from the elevator and the front desk person basically told me I had booked through a third party. The way she said it though made me feel like they didn't respect customers that book through Expedia. It is almost compelling to believe they assigned me that room, knowing it was one of the worst rooms. She then tried to get me to join Hilton honors and insisted but I declined. Also the breakfast was extremely limited and I was disappointed in the coffee as well. I know it's the little things but they added up and I would not stay at this location again.

Hotel itself was great. Arrived a little late because of flight delay. No one at front desk. I waited more than 10 minutes to get checked in. Cleaning staff ignored do not dusturb and pounded on my door in the morning. Why have the sign?

We felt safe and comfortable. The room was large and well equipped for our needs. The location is close to restaurants, grocery stores and essential shopping. We were able to take a beautiful walk in the morning before departure on a safe, well maintained, beautiful path around the golf course. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to south Florida.

Convenient location. Very nice room with good shower, lighting, towels, small fridge. Exceptional staff in every area. I didn’t like the soft water. Nice free breakfast selection and good coffee. I highly recommend.

The property was very clean and new. The staff were wonderful and provided good service. Nice outdoor pool. Very comfortable beds. Nice, clean and modern rooms. Ample parking is provided on the premises. Close proximity to the town squares etc. Good complimentary breakfast is provided as well. I would recommend it.

I usually like Hampton Hotels including the breakfast offered in the AM, I must say this time I wasn't very comfortable in the King size be mostly because the sheets felt like large rags. The breakfast this time was lacking many things I am used to seeing in The Hampton hotels. Food was cold, fewer options offered. I understand COvid caused chages in food options but COVID is over with. I really hope Hampton returns to their desirable food selections.

The shower didn’t drain properly and after a few minutes my feet were in inches of smelly water. The breakfast was supposed to be until 10 and I went down 10 minutes ahead of time to grab a few things. It was already being cleaned up and there was hardly anything left and what was left was gross. I normally stay at Hampton Inns because they are nicer, but this is not.

We stayed there for Rock The Country Music Festival. The thermostat for the AC was not working properly and it was very humid in the room I mentioned it to the front desk clerk but no other rooms were available or ever mentioned during our stay. I also mentioned that I thought when booking the hotel that we’re going to be given a room near the elevator and that was never brought up again. I also told the clerk on Friday upon checking in that I was in Stage 4 Kidney Failure but no assistance was provided by the clerk or anyone else who worked for the hotel, an elderly woman and man helped. They were greatly appreciated !! When checking out they wanted no if everything was ok and I answered truthfully about the AC unit and the clerk asked did we use the wall thermostat ?? Yes we did!! If we decide to do another festival I will make sure that we do a better search on the hotels in the area, my family has never stayed at The Inns before and never had a problem. I was so sick on the ride home and still not better after arriving home.

Strategically located and quiet hotel. Clean room. Wonderful staff. From the young receptionist who went to Japan to the blond breakfast lady. Usually, the staff is in the kitchen looking at their cell phone. This lady, on the contrary, was constantly checking and restocking food, or cleaning tables. She even came to clear our table. I have never seen such dedication in 15 years of travel!
