Wailoaloa Beach Resort

Very bad service. I think this resort care mostly for their locals which I understand but they should have treated everyone the same. Definitely not our place to stay next time.

Room was okay ,but not worth it for the price .No Tv ,dirty towel.

Stained , dirty , broken items... Uninterested staff Whole place felt like it's been neglected for years

A few of the staff had great service, others not really. Communication wasn’t clear about room service. It was ok but I wouldn’t go back.

Well the room was okay. But when one goes to book a hotel, they expect all or most amenities that you booked the hotel for to be there. I booked a room and the pictures were different than the room given to me. I asked to move rooms which I was happy they accommodated. The pool table is not functioning. I came here to relax for a few days after a long trip and wanted the 55’ smart tv advertised and well it was a 25’ not smart tv with no features to do the veg out I was looking for. Breakfast was okay. Overall if I wasn’t over promised things I would have been more okay with it. But I came looking for what I paid for and didn’t find it. Just go into it with a positive mindset and without expectations and I think you’ll enjoy your stay. The restaurant next door, they are incredible people.
