☆☆☆☆☆ A absolutely outstanding experience for our whole family. From the very first moment we arrived we felt warmly welcomed and our stay quickly became one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam. The location is simply perfect. The rooms are wonderfully quiet calm and peaceful with no disturbances at all even though the hotel is only 324 meters from the lively walking street which is an absolute must to experience in the evening. You get the best of both worlds with vibrant city life nearby and complete silence when you want to relax. The reception team is exceptional and always smiling friendly and genuinely helpful. The concierge knows absolutely everything about the area and gave us excellent tips and recommendations. We originally booked only one night but ended up staying four nights because of the hospitality spotless cleanliness quiet nights comfortable room delicious breakfast and the great laundry service for our clothes. Even though the hotel is officially rated as a 2-star hotel it delivers true 5-star service in every possible way. There is a clear reason why Than Thien Friendly Hotel has won many awards on social platforms. We will definitely return here with our family next time. And the price? Incredible value for money. Like it says on the tin, very friendly staff. Breakfast was a bit limited but not a major problem.
