Room spotless the staff was incredibly helpful, even took us down to the golf bar to see if the Rugby was being shown there

The cleaniness is hit or miss. The VIP lounge is not worth paying for, lack of food variety. The property has potential to be a four star resort if improvements were made.

Appalling service, cold food, staff rude, no spirits in the hotel, tv doesn’t work, water boiling- no cold water in room. Did not acknowledge any complaints - terrible experience even with a nice building - this is a 2 star hotel
