Edith Palmer's Country Inn, Historical Bed & Breakfast

In the year 2000, current owners Pat and Leisa Findley began reconstructing and rejuvenating the Inn. Reopening in June of 2003, the Inn along with the rock room which is now, appropriately, the Cider Factory Restaurant are joined by the two adjacent Victorian Houses to complete the property. A fourth building is currently being renovated and when finished, will also be included as part of the Inn. Located in historic Virginia City mining town, this inn was built in 1863 and is surrounded by gardens. It features the Cider Factory restaurant and guest rooms are individually decorated.The cozy rooms at Edith Palmer’s Country Inn have individual temperature control and include a TV. Each room has a private bathroom.The breakfast room is located in the original Cider Factory building. The main room of the Cider Factory features a fireplace and rock walls. In the warmer months, guests can also dine on the patio in the courtyard.The property is located off Highways 341 and 342. Washoe Lake State Park is a 30 minute drive from Country Inn Edith Palmer. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
