Wish it was longer hours for the pool. Maybe bring a broom and dustpan if you plan on going to the beach. It's hard floors so it can be slippery. You can hear people outside at Night if they aren't too quiet. I think they use dish and the tv would go out every once in a while. You get what you pay for. It was a quick trip and maybe a block from the beach. Would I stay again, no but if you need a quick trip and want to save some money this is a good spot. Wi-Fi was outside of the room near by the beach (I had to do some remote work and the connection was best by the pool). I am a vet so it was nice that they had a VFW right across the street :). Plenty of parking too.

We stay here every time we come to ocean city. It's a block from the beach/ boardwalk. Shopping is in walking distance. There's food in walking distance. The staff is very nice . Parking is right there. No elevator which I would really like but it's only 2 floors so it's ok

The room did not match the pics shown. The sheet cover had mold growing on it the coffee pot didn’t work. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

This property is in the Motel 6 class of decent enough. The Cons: moldy bathmat, hair in bedsheets, really tatty bathroom curtain, pretty weak sheets, wobbly shower head, cleanser residue on tiles in shower. Pros: Nice location. nocarpet - a germ-resistant wood floor, micro/fridge/tv all good and operational.

Horrible. Dirty- stains and hair found IN bed. Bedding and floor did not pass the black light test. Ground floor room with curtains that didn’t close the whole way. Sheer curtains in the bathroom (again- ground floor). Mold, broken tiles, rust, an broken toilet seat in bathroom. Smelled SO strong of a cleaner or disinfectant that it gave me a headache. Hotel staff was rude when I brought up issues so we left. It cost an extra $1200 to find another place to stay.

Awesome. What i didnt like was the bathroom door does not close even when pushed. I was with my husband so didnt complain but it could have been better if it was working properly. Otherwise, loved the spacious room and location.

Nice location within walking distance of the boardwalk. Friendly staff. King room was spacious and the mini fridge and microwave were a plus. Bathroom seemed to have little mildew which is likely due to there being no exhaust fan.

Location is great. Check-in was pleasant, especially with my credit card issue (on my end, not theirs). The Kings Arms is an old motel. It has been updated, and our room was recently renovated, but the place is... well... they do the best they can with what they have. I can see us staying here again. We slept fine. Place seemed quiet enough. It was a good experience overall.

I booked Kings Arms motel two days before my stay and paid in advance. The motel, however, billed my credit card on a day of my visit early in the morning and the bank reported the transaction as potential fraud. I replied to the bank that I recognize this transaction the moment I received a message. When I arrived at the motel, I was told that my reservation was cancelled!! The motel blamed Expedia, but Expedia found out that my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. The motel sold my room to someone else!! No one could help me, so I was left alone with my family to find another place to stay in a city where it is extremely difficult to find a place the same day at a comparable price, so I ended up paying more. The hotel is extremely irresponsible and don't value their customers. I do not recommend staying at this motel!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The location is great. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Many options for places to eat and things to do. It is not a fancy place but we weren’t looking for that. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Wish it was longer hours for the pool. Maybe bring a broom and dustpan if you plan on going to the beach. It's hard floors so it can be slippery. You can hear people outside at Night if they aren't too quiet. I think they use dish and the tv would go out every once in a while. You get what you pay for. It was a quick trip and maybe a block from the beach. Would I stay again, no but if you need a quick trip and want to save some money this is a good spot. Wi-Fi was outside of the room near by the beach (I had to do some remote work and the connection was best by the pool). I am a vet so it was nice that they had a VFW right across the street :). Plenty of parking too.

We stay here every time we come to ocean city. It's a block from the beach/ boardwalk. Shopping is in walking distance. There's food in walking distance. The staff is very nice . Parking is right there. No elevator which I would really like but it's only 2 floors so it's ok

Clean, spacious room with a king size bed. Very clean and friendly staff. Only one block from the boardwalk. Would stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The location is great. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Many options for places to eat and things to do. It is not a fancy place but we weren’t looking for that. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nice location within walking distance of the boardwalk. Friendly staff. King room was spacious and the mini fridge and microwave were a plus. Bathroom seemed to have little mildew which is likely due to there being no exhaust fan.

Perfect location-super close to the beach and a quiet part of the boardwalk. Room was basic but clean and just what we needed for a few nights. The area around the shared pool was a bit dirty at times, but that’s mostly due to the other occupants and not the hotel. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was so helpful and made sure we had plenty of towels. They even let us check in early since we arrived in town before our checkout time. Great location, and very clean.

Location is great. Check-in was pleasant, especially with my credit card issue (on my end, not theirs). The Kings Arms is an old motel. It has been updated, and our room was recently renovated, but the place is... well... they do the best they can with what they have. I can see us staying here again. We slept fine. Place seemed quiet enough. It was a good experience overall.

We will not stay here again. The place is not clean or well maintained. There were bugs in the shower. There was hair all over the hair dryer (we never used it). The WiFi was spotty and the TV was blurry. The window was not even put in correctly where the air conditioner was. The floors were all buckled with water marks all over them. There was so much moisture in the room that the sheets felt wet. We did not sleep well at all. I chose this for the location, but I wish I would have spent more elsewhere to have a cleaner room. I will say the young man was very friendly at the front desk.

Reasonably priced, clean and a great location. Safe. Staff was informative and helpful. Easy walk across street to boardwalk and beech. I will book here again.
