Since they never responded to my message about the airport shuttle, I called a few days before my stay and found out that their airport shuttle was in the shop. However, the hotel was kind enough to arrange pickup in a private car. However, when I landed and called about getting picked up, I was told the manager was out sick, and there was no one who could pick me up. The staff offered to call a taxi (Yellow Cab), but after half an hour of waiting, I decided the taxi wasn't coming and found my own transportation. I chose this hotel specifically because of the airport shuttle, so it's pretty disappointing that they didn't follow through. Overall, I knew I was choosing a cheap hotel, so I'll overlook the poor condition of the room. However, the cold shower means that I'll be avoiding this hotel in the future. For me, a cold shower is just not worth the money saved.

I booked this hotel because of the airport shuttle but no shuttle was available to pick me up. I did get a shuttle back to the airport though. Shuttle service is hit or miss.

They are remodeling so things will only get better. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean, and quiet. The heater was quiet and didn’t fluctuate temperatures. Customer service was great. Shuttle was fast and greatly appreciated. We will be back

I booked it online while passing thru town. They do NOT have parking for a truck pulling a trailer and no empathy for you and how you end up leaving it. Small paring and spaces to begin with. No way to give refund so I could find someplace else with parking.

Room had odor like someone smoked in it. Bathroom light was very dark and light was dim. Shower would have been dark. The curtains were just hanging from rod on clips and drooping down. All furniture was marred with missing finish and looked like cigarette burns. Lamp was dirty and had strings hanging from it. Chair had holes and some kind of crumbs on it. Headboard was really dusty. Floor had dirt on it. As soon as I saw this I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund and they would not refund my money. I left and went to a hotel that was clean and well kept.

We had trouble locating this property. We booked with Fairbridge on Expedia and signs for facility is Rodeway Inn. Window to room was open when we arrived, upon entering room, floor was filthy and sandy feeling and room was not clean at all. Pillows were out of place on bed, bathroom was disgusting..just very obviously not cleaned. No towels, wash rags or toilet paper in our room. Bathroom has uncovered lights that appear they could fall at anytime. We spoke to front desk and they said that our room would be cleaned the next day. Upon arriving the following day,our door key card wouldnt work. After our keys were corrected our room was cleaned up and restoked,as promised, but our window wasleft open AGAIN! New 'clean' bedding was stained badly and cigarette burns in the comforters. Other than the employees being helpful and apologetic, I have nothing nice to say about this facility.

This was the most horrific place I have ever stayed. It was disgusting! There was urine on the toilet, on the floor and dripping down the bathroom door. I had to wash everything before me and my grandkids could touch anything. The towels had been used and hung back up. The top sheets were disgusting. The room was torn up. I could say more. The lobby was torn up also. A picture hanging on the wall that said if you smoke in the room we charge $200 was cracked and sideways. Seriously? They should all be fired and ashamed of themselves. That place needs condemned! Only nasty people would rent out such a nasty place. Negative 10!

This room was horrifyingly dirty. Disgusting. I walked in and it smelled... just, bad. I went into the bathroom and the toilet was open, there was urine in it, and it hadn't been scrubbed; there was poop on the bowl. The walls were so filthy, there were dried spills on the floor so you could tell they hadn't mopped. Every nook and cranny of this room was dirty. This is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The place needs updated and repairs everywhere, also. Everything in the place was shabby-looking and beat up. But, I suppose that comes after just simply cleaning the place. I have photos and will be sharing them with all relevant contacts.

Marijuana smoke was coming through the heater, people where drunk and banging on doors at late hours, there where bugs in the bathroom, cigarette smoke. The only good thing was clean bedding. What a trash heap! I'll never ever go there again.

Place is a dump. Hair in the sink and on the toilet and bathroom floor. Bath tub had drips of who knows what on it. Tray with coffee cups and coffee maker had water in it. Non smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in. Floor was sticky and had to keep shoes on. Opened fridge to find old cups half full in it. Stay away!

One of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The first bed we pulled the covered back in had obviously not been changed there was pubic hair on the sheets. The floor in the bathroom reminded me of a public toilet at a stadium. We had 2 bath towels, no shower mat, hand towels, or wash cloths. The chair cushions were stained like some one had set there and peed. The exterior doors were never closed. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Room Floors, and all hallways were filthy. Only good thing is it was close to the hospital and the front desk gal was nice. Oh and the bed sheets were clean, or at least smelled clean. Could be a decent, although very dated place if the hotel was given a top to bottom cleaning and disinfecting. Again the place was very dirty.

Only 1 lamp in room - 2 queen beds - that lamp had no bulb, I was able to get a bulb from the front desk. Heat lamp and fan did not work in bathroom. Bathroom door had no handle - couldn't shut it all the way. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work, kept saying weak signal. The room did have very comfy beds.
Only 1 lamp in room - 2 queen beds - that lamp had no bulb, I was able to get a bulb from the front desk. Heat lamp and fan did not work in bathroom. Light switch by the door didn't work, one of the other lamps was unplugged, no outlets to plug into to charge a phone or laptop. The cord on the coffee maker wouldn't reach the outlet to plug it in unless you put the coffee maker on the floor

The property was recently purchased, and they’re doing some updates to the property. That’s great however, I paid extra to stay in a suite and the only thing that was nice about it was the bed. The Jacuzzi tub was dirty. The paneling with the electrical was wide open and there was zero water pressure you turned it on the very old showerhead and water barely came out and then when you tried to use the shower, there wasn’t enough pressure to actually get the water to come out of the thing you had to hold it to switch it from tub to shower and it just barely sprinkled out. There was also no water pressure in the sink, and it was cracked and the little glass shelf above it was also broken. The TV wasn’t connected to anything but local broadcast cable that only had 20 some channels and most of them were sports or news. I had to go back to the lobby twice to get my key to work to unlock the door. Overall, for the price I could’ve stayed in a nicer place.

We got in late and picked this hotel because it was very close to the airport. Everything was old and in need of work. Our room had vinyl plank flooring that seemed a little industrial for a room. The beds were very comfortable and bright white bed sheets. Very soft.

Truly the only reason we chose this hotel was it's proximity to the airport. The price was pretty unbelievable so I guess you get what you pay for but the pictures online grossly misrepresented what the location really looked like. Our room had no closet, no mirror, very poor lighting and the bathroom was horrible. It was the size of a closet with a noisy sliding door, also like a closet. The sink had hot water. The best you could get from the shower was lukewarm and that was only if someone didn't turn hot water on in some other room which turned it ice cold. The key cards didn't work correctly. I love being near the airport for our very early flight but I wouldn't stay there again. Had I known from looking at the pictures what the rooms really looked like I would but have chosen it in the first place.
Truly the only reason we chose this hotel was it's proximity to the airport. The price was pretty unbelievable so I guess you get what you pay for but the pictures online grossly misrepresented what the location really looked like. Our room had no closet, no mirror, very poor lighting and the bathroom was horrible. It was the size of a closet with a noisy sliding door, also like a closet. The sink had hot water. The best you could get from the shower was lukewarm and that was only if someone didn't turn hot water on in some other room which turned it ice cold. The key cards didn't work correctly. I love being near the airport for our very early flight but I wouldn't stay there again. Had I known from looking at the pictures what the rooms really looked like I would but have chosen it in the first place.

The sink was cracked, glass in the bathroom doors broken, bathroom mirror silver coating peeled, bath pocket door finish in process of sanding. But the room was clean, and freshly painted, bed was comfortable, TV worked.

I'll start with what we didn't like. The room's maintenance was really rough. Laminate flooring was separated all over the room. The bathroom was dismal. I could live with the decrepit tiles and fixtures but it was unfortunate that the room was also filthy so we couldn't put our toiletries on the counter. Also the sliding pocket door to the bathroom would not close - not even a little bit. The room had a bad odor but that did clear up a bit once we cranked the air conditioning. The internet only worked if you stood by the window and then it was only there until I wanted to open a new page. There was no hot water at all no matter how long you ran it. So no shower for us and ice cold water to splash on our faces in the morning. The waffle maker looks like it has never been cleaned so we skipped breakfast.This was the most decrepit and dirtiest room we've ever stayed at. The property seems to be under new management and is being renovated. I got the renovated room and it was perfect. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location can’t get better. I’ll definitely stay back here in future when I visit Billings.

This stay was great the staff was amazing and very helpful. I was told upon check in everything is being remodled and i was checked into a newly remodeled room and WOW is all i have to say compared to the stay i had when it was the roadway 5 months ago HUGE difference and the security of all the changes had me feeling very safe when i walked my dog all hours way to go FairBridge Inn Express im impressed. I travel alot for business and see hotels change but this was like night and day. The Hot Breakfast was so delicious. Also the early anytime shuttle definitely lessened my stresses thank you. For only having it a month your doing great and i cant wait to see how much more you guys will have completed after its all done. Also the outside lounging areas are the best to enjoy my morning coffee and sunrise keep up the good work guys.

The staff is what makes this Inn my favorite spot. Frendly, kind, helpful, welcoming, just to list a few. Atleast the frobtdesh ladies. I havent met any of the other staff. The rooms are always clean and tidy. I recommend this Inn to all my friends and family.

Ended up not staying here. They didn't have a room. Desk clerk had to let you in the rooms. Key thing wasn't working. Had to pay cash for deposit and room. Credit card thing wasn't working. He showed me 2 rooms. First one was very dirty and not cleaned. Second one was occupied!!!!!!! Then he said he would refund my $. Still waiting.

I mainly needed an inexpensive place to stay for two days while I made a trip out of the very closeby airport. For the price, it was ok. It is a bit rundown, staff are very helpful and nice, but you get what you pay for. This particular time this worked for me. I might book there again if I needed a staging area near the airport for a trip like I did.

This property is under construction and I don't think I would stay again until it is completely finished. I had to be moved to a second room, not a remodeled room, it was better than the initial room but still not the best. The street noise was excessive, even with the cooler/a/c running all night. However, the shower had much better pressure than I expected, the breakfast was better than I expected & it was economical. So, not a total bust - it holds promise for a possible future stay, but not until the remodel is finished.

Friendly staff. Photos of main entry were clearly altered and didn’t reflect reality. Sad and gross free breakfast. Bathroom was filthy - half used shampoos, mold, cracked and peeling walls, baseboards. Bathroom floor was disgusting. Bathtub drain was clogged. Only redemption was the bedding was clean.

The hotel was currently undergoing renovations during our stay. Our room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The pictures on the website reflect the newly renovated rooms only. Half of the lights in our room didn’t work. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The toilet barely flushed. The room overall was very dated looking. During our stay, there was VERY loud construction going on right outside our door for most of the day. The crew played loud vulgar music and were constantly yelling and cursing at each other. The parking lot is also very small. Overall unimpressed and I will not be staying here again. I will say the front desk woman was very nice though.
