Nice and walkable area. Parking is very expensive and not well staffed. There’s no valet overnight and for $55/night they should be. Wished there was a mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work that well

Clean room, noisy corridors, terrible service getting towels, coffee, and toilet paper. Rooftop restaurant is now very poor quality and very loud. Valet is expensive and VERY slow and uncoordinated. Surprise destination fee that gives NOTHING in return. Very disappointed with this once beautiful property.

The room was nice and the valet staff was awesome. Unfortunately they charged us $200 extra for something, never explained it. Better communication would have been nice explaining the extra charge.
