Pool was clean! Room was clean and nice. They did charge a $100 security deposit??????

Has a lot of garbage bags full near the food machines and the pool! looks dirty!

Pool was cloudy, you couldn't see the bottom. Room was ok, bathroom tub had hair in drain. Floor in room wasn't clean. Internet didn’t work.

The toilet leaked on the floor, the sink had a broken pipe under it so water went everywhere when i used it. The plug in the bathtub wouldn’t stay unplugged so i had to hold it to drain the water after taking a shower or bath. Water didn't get very hot. They didn’t charge a pet fee so that was nice. Staff was friendly. The parking lot was kept clean and garbages emptied daily. The room was “clean” but there was spider webs in the corners and the walls needed to be wiped down. The pool had blue water but the filters needed to be cleaned so i had to skim with the net before swimming. The tv picture was fuzzy. The air conditioner kept the room comfortable. Only coffee served in the morning, no breakfast. Close to restaurants and riverfront park.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had a leaky toilet and broken drain under the sink. Didnt charge a pet deposit. Walls and doors needed a scrubbing. No breakfast, just coffee. Pool filter needed cleaning and a little tlc but the water was blue and refreshing. Comfortable beds.

Room was clean and properly stacked.only thing was it didn't have a coffee maker in the room. But it was a good study for ye price.oh and the pool was freezing cold, hut we jumped in anyway

This motel is close to convenient stores and other places you would need if you were traveling. It's pretty standard as far as things being provided inside. They probably need to work on some cleaning in the bathroom and sink area. It's either stained or just doesn't look clean. Lots of parking. Next to roads so you will hear cars. The AC works but not as well as it could've. It would turn on for about a minute before shutting off for about 30.

It was a great hotel , only issue was parking coming back at night parking was very hard to find

The facility was very clean and the room smelled fresh. The beds were firm and very comfortable and the facility is pet friendly.

Good location and price, but there was water damage to the bathroom and sink floors causing knats to be in the room. Look elsewhere.

Room dirty no refreshed towels for 3 day stay. Manager condescending to woman. Motel customer service was horrible. The on line booking price was less than what they charged when checking in. They charged us more. We were told that is the way it is and he can’t change it. Got to room, no windows to front parking lot. The bathroom had mold all over. Asked for more clean towels struggled to even get them. Ask for another pillow and the pillow case had crusty goo on it..asked for clean pillow case and was told the pillows are stained..front desk staff was appalled to my request for a clean no crusty pillow case. Really? Room had three adults and they would Only give us one hand towel. I would say that this hotel fails as being hospitable. Customer service failure. Didn’t honor on line price. Difficult, disgusting, and disappointed.

Great comfort , very clean .

Check in went well easy enough. Got to the room there was fresh urine circled around all over the toilet. There was food all over the floor. An old plate of Chinese food in the microwave. Truly disgusting had nowhere else to go almost slept in the car so dirty

The bed part of the room was good. The bathroom was shabby. It needs to be remodeled. Black grout, wall that are crumbling.

The property wasnt very well-maintained. The sink was clogged. The restroom wasnt very clean (still had some leftover hair). The tap only had warm water, no cold water. Thankfully we only stayed overnight.

Noisy place. Is located next to street and window and door are not insulated. Too much noise day or night. U can't sleep.

It did the job but the bed was like camping without padding. It was so hard and lumpy, I woke up before I wanted to with my back killing me and it still hurts

The hotel was great the check-in service was great. Just the bed was hard as a rock and pillows were not much better.

The beds are very hard the pillows are flat and old. My mini fridge froze everything in it even on the warmest settting.The answer we got about the fridge was I'll let managment know,and the second time we talked to them it was the manager who said "this is the first I've heard about it" The noise from outside was loud both from the front door and the large window in the room. The shower did not spray it more poured out of the head.

Very loud hotel. The room was decent for price. A lot of people hung out outside and played loud music at odd hours.

Most Horrible experience management canceled my reservation and then said it was Expedia thta did it and then she turned around and said they had rooms but for double the price available never again will i stay there

I stood in the office to check in for 20 minutes, no one showed up. Two others came in after me and were also waiting to check in. It was hot, I had animals in my vehicle and there was no place to park in the shade. In the room, there was no shampoo, no blow dryer, no iron, and limited pillows. Each queen bed only had two pillows each, there were four of us and we all use two of the the pathetic, flat hotel pillows. When I called the front desk to request more pillows, I was informed I could only have two more. We ended up having to go to Walmart to buy a few pillows. The shower is only four feet off the bottom of the tub, we are all over four feet tall except for the 5 year old we had with us. The office charged my bank card twice. I had to go to the office upon check out and request they put my money back into my account. He said they didn't charge me twice, despite it being taken out twice, I had it up on my banking app and literally showed him, he still insisted they did not take it out twice. I had to call my bank and file a dispute, ONLY THEN did the funds get reversed. Horrible customer service, poor amenities. Will never stay here again.

Absolutely Worst Hotel Experience of My Life I booked and paid for two rooms at Motel 6 through Expedia, and it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. When I arrived, I spent over 3 hours in the lobby being told repeatedly that I had no reservation. The staff was rude, yelling at me instead of helping, and even tried to charge me twice for the same rooms I had already paid for through Expedia. At one point, they threatened to turn me away completely, leaving me stranded despite having confirmation and proof of payment. This was incredibly stressful and unacceptable. I will never stay at this Motel 6 again and am extremely disappointed that Expedia would list a property that treats paying customers this way. Avoid at all costs!

Even for Motel 6 which I would expect to be sparse and basic, this place was dingy, not well cleaned, and gave an overall “ick” impression. Floors had clearly not been mopped. The front desk staff were rude and gave conflicting answers to basic questions. No shampoo in room. Had to ask at front desk and begrudgingly got a small packet with about a teaspoon of product in in. Front desk furniture and amenities were dirty and worn out. Overall, I was very glad to check out.

Close to down town

Very well positioned, close to everything, shopping, dining and trail walking. The staff at check in was polite and sweet, however, when we arrived at 2:17, we were told that our room will not be ready at 3pm, because the housekeeper had 3 more rooms to clean before ours. She did generate a key and wifi password which was very appreciated and told us to come around 3:30pm. The bathroom had no hot water. The sink had some lukewarm water. Room 225 We only stayed for 1 night and it was super hot during the day in Wenatchee, so the lack of hot water wasn't necessarily a problem for just a single night. I wanted to let the stuff know, but there was no one at the front desk, at 11am when I left the key in the box. All in all, Motel 6 provides a good accomodation at a reasonable price, so I will continue to come back. Some things can really be improved, but I understand that for $109/1 night, 2 people & 2 pets, you can't make too many demands.

I liked that the rooms were very clean and pretty modern Didn't like it didn't have a hair dryer or coffee station. I had to walk to office to ask for hair dryer for my travel companion after showering. Also I forgot hair conditioner and there was none in room.
