Arrived late evening and Lady at front desk was smiles and cordial. Having not been greeted in past at other hotels, it was a very nice experience. Loved the freshness of breakfast meal , help from employees and certainly enjoyed using the pool. I won't hesitate to stay there or at a Hampton Inn again.

Clean rooms and eating areas (breakfast area) and overall public areas. Well-lit parking (although not sure if there were many security cameras outside). But we have stayed here twice, had no issues, the workers are friendly, the breakfast is fresh and a wide variety for those with and without sensitive travel stomachs, and the Torres Mexican Steakhouse across the road (next to State Farm near Walmart if you cannot see it behind trees) has also been EXCELLENT both times... so we've been overall very HAPPY both times and will continue to plan to stop and stay in this hotel! :)

This property is not up to Hampton standards. Poor construction planning has resulted in the reception area on a fold-uptable, the communal sitting area is non-existant, the breakfast area consists of a few tables and chairs in an empty room, which is not enough for guests. Other than the construction issues, the breakfast was substandard; no juice, runny eggs, fewer food choices than a normal Hampton. My room was ok, but needed renovation. I believe i stayed at this hotel a year or so ago and if my memory is correct, it was under rennovation construction at that time, too. Hampton is one of my favorites hotels, because they can be counted on as being up to a certain, set, high standard. I would not recommend this Hampton, as it does not make the grade.

The stay was great. My only problem was I could smell dog in the room. I have allergies and it was very offensive. I realize people bring pets with them these days but greater care needs to be taken so the next guests aren’t affected by the odor.

Stayed here for a night on our way home from Florida. The rooms had been freshly updated and were beautiful! We had a comfortable nights sleep, delicious breakfast, and nice shower. We stayed here back in 2018 as well. I’d definitely stay here again.

Looked newly renovated and clean. They renovated everything in the room not just new furniture and throw some wallpaper on the walls like other hotels and still have holes in the walls. Enjoyed our one night stay here.

Great overall. High pressure water even if we were on 3rd floor. Everything is nice and clean. The only small complain (which didn't affect us much) is complexity to join the wifi, you need to click multiple buttons and input some of your information to join the free hotel wifi.

Hotel was very nice. Staff was great. Rooms were nice. My only complaint was the beds are the hardest surface ive ever slept on. I left a day early cause i coudnt sleep on the bed.

The lady who checked us in was so sweet and such a breath of fresh air from our last 2 nights stay on the road at other hotels along the way. My husband is a disabled veteran and it wasn’t easy traveling with him so her being so sweet and nice was just what I needed at check in. Thank you so much again! Beautiful hotel!

We had an excellent stay, with two exceptions: 1- breakfast was very late, due to employees calling in sick. 2- My wife's gold wedding band was stolen from our room. We did file a police report, and they are looking into it.

The room was standard. My complaint is that there was no shampoo or conditioner. When I complained when at the front desk instead of saying “I am so sorry for the inconvenience, she said I don’t know why they don’t keep these filled. I think your front desk people need a little instruction in customer service. Oh and she did say I could’ve called the front desk. Really???? I am in the shower at 6:30 am and I would have to dry off. Get dressed and go down to get shampoo. For the price I paid I think shampoo should be provided in the room.

This worked as an affordable and convenient overnight on a long road trip from WI to SC. Also on the way to Pigeon Forge which we were planning to stop at along the way. Huge gas/truck stop right across the street and other food options in town.

It was convenient to Knoxville where we had a graduation to attend. Met our needs. A TV was blaring all night in another room. I didn't get a lot of sleep.

Thus is a great hotel located close to restaurants Wal-Mart and 75. The property is professionally staffed; The breakfast is deliciously stocked with an array of choices. It is a quiet hotel, with beautiful rooms and conforable beds.

Not many choices for dining but for a few fast food restaurants. Do not follow your GPS navigation if you are coming off the interstate as it took me on a Crazy goose chase around the mountains. It’s very close to the off ramp of I75; so look for it around there.

The indoor pool had approximately been broken for a couple weeks, the breakfast had the most scant selection I've experienced yet at a Hampton.

They definitely have the best breakfast food is fresh food is hot and lots of choices and (not sure about name) but the woman who was doing breakfast 2 of 3 days we stayed the was the nicest, friendliesa and knowledgeable she is an asset to this establishment

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was very good and all of the staff members we interacted with from the front desk to the housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again!

We had an excellent stay, with two exceptions: 1- breakfast was very late, due to employees calling in sick. 2- My wife's gold wedding band was stolen from our room. We did file a police report, and they are looking into it.

This property is not up to Hampton standards. Poor construction planning has resulted in the reception area on a fold-uptable, the communal sitting area is non-existant, the breakfast area consists of a few tables and chairs in an empty room, which is not enough for guests. Other than the construction issues, the breakfast was substandard; no juice, runny eggs, fewer food choices than a normal Hampton. My room was ok, but needed renovation. I believe i stayed at this hotel a year or so ago and if my memory is correct, it was under rennovation construction at that time, too. Hampton is one of my favorites hotels, because they can be counted on as being up to a certain, set, high standard. I would not recommend this Hampton, as it does not make the grade.

The breakfast was really good. There were a lot of varieties and everything was kept up. Well. Parking is easy. And the rooms are very comfortable and quiet.

The person who checked us in did not seem very friendly. The bed almost felt like sleeping on a box spring and no matter how many times we adjusted the air it stayed the same so between the hard bed and sweating I didn’t sleep very well. Everything else was good.

This was the second time we stayed at this location. It is easy to find off the highway and close to the college (University of the Cumberlands) where our child is attending. Checked in very late and had to get up pretty early, but it was still worth it. Wish we had more time to relax at the hotel. The breakfast looked great, but like I said, they were in a hurry. I did see that many people were enjoying as the checkout
