All gates were locked when I arrived. No buzzer. The phone listed was "disconnected". Eventually I started honking (good thing I had my car) until somebody came out. The place is clean enough but quite outdated. The area is not the best either.

Very clean. Breakfast was adequate. The room was warm and comfortable and had two chairs. There was no microwave in the room and had to use the one in the lobby. Good choices on the TV. Fast food is all that is available nearby.

We have a small dog, only room for pets is upstairs. Only have stairs no elevator. Very difficult to carry belongings upstairs when you’re a senior. Pet room should be downstairs. Much easier to load and unload and take dog out for bathroom.

I wish there had been an elevator. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and would be better if fresh fruit had been offered. The coffee and half and half was delicious! The room was clean and the beds/pillows were quite comfortable. I would definitely stay there again in the future!

The hotel is next to a train track. They stopped at 10pm. When we checked in we had to try three different numbers to find somebody to check us in. Nobody was around. If you need a hotel for a clean and safe place to spend the night while traveling thru, it will work.

The gentleman that checked me in was very rude. The room had the appearance of being clean at first look. Found hairs and dirt in one of the beds. The shower wall was dirty and and quite disgusting. Booked for 2 nights, stayed one. Was also charged a $50 deposit that has not been refunded.

Took them almost a week to refund the $50 deposit. Staff could have been friendlier. I would stay here again just don't expect the stay to be the quality for the price.

Two night stay that was in a nice comfortable room with a king bed. Breakfast was a bit sparse with cold eggs even though it was 10 minutes into the start of the breakfast time. Get there right at 6:30 or eggs and meats are probably gone. Coffee available, but not tea.

My husband and I reserved a room at this hotel. It is a shame that there is almost no competition in this area for a hotel. When we went to register the gentleman who handled our check in was rude. Never looked us in the eye. My husband handed our credit card to him and he swiped it (I guess he used a swipe)and slapped it down on the counter and said it was declined.We used a debit card to pay for the room. Which is something we hate to do. Later we went to the local BBQ place and used the same credit card to pay for our meal. It was good. The next morning I checked my bank account to make sure that the correct amount had been taken from our account for the room. The reason was because the clerk was so rude we just didn't trust him. Honestly if we hadn't traveled all day and weren't so tired and if there was somewhere else close by to stay we would have just left. We will never stay there again, or recommend this facility.

The hotel itself was wonderful and just minutes away from food and just off the hwy making it a convenient stay if you were just passing through. The staff was a little rude and some were difficult to understand.

The person checking us in was disrespectful and made us feel as though he were disrupting his day and a bother to him. Additionally, the $50 deposit for incidentals is still on our account. At one point we needed an additional key card. When I asked for one he made me feel like I was a criminal or something. Very upsetting stay.

The room was clean and the beds/pillows were quite comfortable. I would definitely stay there again in the future!

I wish there had been an elevator. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and would be better if fresh fruit had been offered. The coffee and half and half was delicious! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room and entire hotel had an odor that was tolerable but not fresh air. Breakfast was just average with some hot food but low quality. Took them almost a week to refund the $50 deposit. Staff could have been friendlier. I would stay here again just don't expect the stay to be the quality for the price.

This was the perfect affordable hotel for proximity to the Wilder house and attractions. Just down the highway. Very clean and well maintained, inside and out, including the parking lot. Ample parking all around the building with a motor court in front. Lobby was clean, bright, well organized, and staff was helpful. Room also sparkling clean, comfortable, good quality bed, full ironing board and iron, big tv with many viewing choices. They also have a simple complimentary breakfast in the lobby with coffee, pastries and a couple of little tables. It was a pleasant stay and very convenient to Mansfield.
