Pros: Clean, quiet, inexpensive. One of the best showers I've had in a hotel. Cons: Very noisy heating/AC unit. The property shows a few signs of neglect: Treadmill not working, crack in the bathtub, etc. None really interfered with my stay. I would stay again, especially given the price.

This was by far the dirtiest Microtel that I have ever stayed at. Apparently there is not a maintenance person on the payroll. My first bad impression was when I checked in. The desk clerk was practically laying on the desk and yawning as she checked me in, barely saying anything to me. Then I went to the third floor where my room was located to get ice but the machine was not working. We went out for dinner but when we can back the only parking spot open was on the side of the building. That door had a sign on it that it was not working. Maintenance issue #2. Then in the morning while eating breakfast, the ceiling in the lobby was leaking. Maintenance issue #3. Also, molding in the eating area was filthy! However, the lady working was a great employee! She was multitasking. She was checking cutomers out, answering the phone, mopping the floor and keeping the breakfast bar. Quite different from the evening employee.

I was very disappointed. The room smelled stale. It was not clean. The bathroom had hair and tub was dirty. People were loud all night yelling in hall. Doors were slamming and banging. I could not sleep. I drove 9 hrs and was suppose to stay 2 nights. I dealt with it the 1st night untul i saw a roach in the bathroom. I refused to stay a second!! I will NOT COME BACK! I will say the guy at front desk was very nice and gave advice on nice areas to live since i was relocating.

The baseboard under the bathroom sink had holes, perhaps that’s where the roaches came from? Worst experience ever. I informed the front desk manager, Rachel about it and she said she would let the manager know. No one has reached out to us since.

The room was filthy. We thought a window had been left open it was so warm and humid in the room. Air conditioner barely works. We set it to 60 and it was still very warm by 6am. Walls and cushions on window bench are all stained. The sheets had burn stains on them. I was going to call the front desk when I realized the phone had not been cleaned in what looked like years as a I used a wipe to clean the grime and gunk off. The carpet was dirty and stained and the bathroom barely looked like it had been wiped down. It was a last minute decision to stay as it was after 10pm when we checked in. So we stayed but will not be returning. After reading some of the reviews, the same automated reply gets sent that the next customer won’t have the same experience but be warned it was quite a disgusting experience. The night clerk was friendly, that was the only decent thing.

It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great as well. I guess you get what you pay for. The biggest issue for me was the noise from the TV in the adjacent room. Apparently, my "neighbors" fell asleep while watching TV. Needless to say, I didn't get much sleep.

Though the staff was doing their best to keep up, the walls are so thin that we could hear everyone's televisions. Add to that a number of family groups that allowed their kids to run rampant late into the night, a singer who decided we all wanted to hear him practice his guitar in the middle of the night, and a family whose dogs were so nervous about being left alone that they barked over EVERYTHING, made most nights difficult. On top of that, having pilllow cubes rather than standard pillows was uncomfortable.

Cheap and cheerful, as they say. Microtel rooms are economically sized, reminding me of travels outside of the USA, but very reasonably priced and quite adequate for a good night's rest while on the road. One quibble, no bedside light by which to read.

Check in was easy and front desk staff was pleasant. However, I was placed in a “nonsmoking” room that reeked of cigarette smoke. My alternative room I was placed in also reeked of cigarette smoke. The third room I was placed finally was truly cigarette free. However, the sink and counter in the bathroom was cracked, causing the entire bathroom counter to be on a tilt. The counter was barely usable. Bed was comfy, and the room was decently clean, quiet and air conditioned.

I was double charged for my stay!!! I noticed the extra amount when checking out, but desk clerk assured me that was “incidentals” and would not be charged to my CC. Well he did charge my CC!!! Unbelievable!!! I’m working with Orbitz and my CC bank……..!!!!!!!

When we first arrived I waited at the window for 15 minutes thinking the clerk was checking on something, however, she was asleep in the back office. Once another person waiting to check in woke her up everything progressed from there. Our stay was perfect. Rooms were super clean, bathroom was clean, beds were so comfortable overall it was. Great stay. Jay was so nice and did a great job setting up the breakfast bar. He’s so kind and he tried so hard to make sure everything was perfect. He was very pleasant.

Overall it was an excellent stay. There was the freshest, dryest carpet I've can ever remember. Only problem was when the check-in clerk double billed me by charging my incidentals card after I had already paid thru Hotels.com. I got the refund after about five days.

The property was great! Location was conveniently located, clean and had a very comfortable king bed. The only negative thing about our stay was the staff, specifically the front desk clerk upon check in. She was not friendly and seemed bothered by the fact that myself and other guest were checking in. Within 30 mins of our check in, I went back down to the desk to ask about something. I’m waiting for someone to come to the front…say hello a few times, knock on the glass window, no one comes out…then I walk around to the side of the desk so that I could look through the doorway behind the desk area… I see her ASLEEP back there!! I continued to knock on the glass a several more times while saying HELLO loudly before she came out to the desk. While I don’t hold the hotel accountable for her actions, I do hope she gets proper training in hospitality etiquette if she continues on this career path.

This hotel is tucked back behind a shopping plaza. The plaza offers a publix grocery store, subway shop, gas stations, etc. They are updating some of the rooms on the first floor. I never heard any noise from the workers while staying on the 2nd floor. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly! Charliee, provided authentic and genuine customer service!

Rooms were clean but need a little updating. Breakfast was not good. Items kept running out and the staff acted like it was inconvenient to keep it stocked. Stayed at the same location last year and everything was really nice. Not sure I would stay here next time around.

3rd time past few months we stop here . Breakfast needs help ! Last stays there biscuits with gravy ,good bagels this tine nothing who has biscuits with no gravy , there no bagels just bread eggs need upgrade also . Hotel ,employees all good but fix your breakfast for customers like it use 2 be.

I simply wanted a clean and functional place to sleep the night, and it met my expectations. Certainly not high end but, again, delivered what I needed at a reasonable rate. My only complaint was that it was that the complimentary breakfast was extremely limited and terribly prepared.

The first room we were given was smoky so the clerk immediately changed our room. Breakfast was poor. Yogurt was frozen. They were defrosting the bakery. Ran out of juice. Couldn’t keep up with the guests that were there.

Decent hotel. Pros: Great price. Super comfortable and clean bed. Convenient parking. Safe area. Easy check-in. Cons: Large Stains on couch, and window seat. Ice bucket was dirty with popcorn kernels. Breakfast was sub par. No Meat/eggs/hashbrowns.

perfect hotel for one night stay—on way to florida. clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms. good wi-fi. and good breakfast for a chain hotel quick breakfast. pastries and waffles were good. they even had herbal tea!

The bed was very comfortable. Noise was minimal. Everything was clean. I don’t understand why hotels are now gone to these little throw pillows that they think is OK for you to sleep on. Just give me a regular pillow, even if I have to put two together I don’t want a little throw pillow for sleeping.The refrigerator was not very cool, there could be a little something where you could put your toiletries on in the bathroom. It’s too minimal for the hotel room. Towel smell like dirty kitchen I had to exchange.

Our 1 night stay was very pleasant , the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very up-to date and the breakfast was nice for what they had my only suggestion would be to offer gravy. Next time we travel down this way we will diffentally make this one of our Hotels to stay in Vickie from Kentucky
