Property was clean and quiet, but old and I’m sure need of an upgrade. The photos online of the lake made the “lake view” rooms appear to be right on the lake. They are not. You can see the lake from there, over the grassy area and empty swimming pool, past a couple of boat sheds and past the boat launch. Not a bad place when it was the only room available in the area but overpriced for what we got. Outdoor entrance, 1960s roadside motel vibes. No elevator, no ice machine, no pool or hot tub. Convenient location, clean and quiet.

Place was clean, the rooms were much nicer than I thought they would be. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy and smelled clean. I would definitely stay here again. I guess if I have to complain about something it would be parking. It was a bit tricky, not a real problem though.

Great location and room was large and comfortable. Great shower and hot water. A little aged but OK. The property/yard, at one time, would have been incredibly beautiful but requires maintenance. Pool looked unusable. The water front view is fantastic.

I was worried there would be I90 noise, but it was very quiet and peaceful in the room. They have done a nice job with taking an old motel and updating it as much as they could. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were so helpful and friendly! Lovely lawn on the lake with BBQ grills and chairs. They have a free Tesla destination charger. The door locks are very old and flimsy, but there was a safety latch inside - and really, it's Moses Lake. Nobody doing hotel room invasions there. Very reasonable for a room in the mid seventy dollar range, I would stay there again.

Overall Lakeshore Inn Water Front is worth staying at, especially for the price. The exterior is certainly dated and the rooms, at least my room, showed signs of its age, but overall it was very comfortable. The ice machine was broken (unfortunately during 90+ degree weather, and the pool wasn't operable, but maybe the pool wasn't open for the season yet. It was certainly great being right on the lake! I went for a swim and couldn't belive how warm the water was being so early in the season. Overall I would stay here again, especially for the price.

The pool was not working and there are a lot of steps to get to the second floor But the rooms were super clean. The owners were very friendly and I would definitely stay there again if I was coming through.

It was old and needed several upgrades! The walls were thin, and the passersby’s shook my room, Every time they walked by.! It had a musty smell and bath was stained terribly. The beds were the thing about the room!

I recently had a disappointing and frustrating experience at Lakeshore Inn waterfront.I feel i have to share my experience preventing others from failing into the same trap.Lakeshore Inn failed to deliver on its promises, charged defrauding fees maintained unhygienic conditions & displayed a complete lack of customer service. Lakeshore Inn website was misleading, the photos & descriptions portrayed a clean well-maintained establishment but the reality couldn't have been further from the truth. Upon arrival it became apparent that the property housed long-term residents. This was not disclosed on the website. The room was dirty, bedding looked old & worn there was black mold in the shower the carpet was stained it was uncomfortable and unpleasant environment to spend time in.But the most frustrating aspect of my experience was the owners complete rude lack of willingness to address our concerns, when we asked for a refund we were met with a refusal to cooperate,mine you that all our concerns were brought up the first day there we lost alittle over1600 hundred dollars for 12 days and we weren't on vacation we were there to take our son to college. This level of customer service is unacceptable & demonstrates a complete disregard for there guest satisfaction.

I arrived at 2pm and my room was ready, yet they wanted to charge $45 to check in 1 hour early. I paid $196 for 1 night in a “lake view” room which is upstairs and your only view of the lake is obstructed by other buildings and trees. If you have a pet, expect to pay an additional $26. I wanted to support a local mom/pop establishment versus going across the street to the Best Western, but the poor customer service and high rates just left me disappointed and wishing I would’ve gone with a trusted name. The only positive was the linens smelled fresh and bleached, bed was soft and comfortable.

I know they're in the process of fixing the place up, but there is a lot that needs to be done. If you follow the Google maps directions, you will end up in a gravel parking lot filled with vehicles that look like they have not run in years. Pulling out of that lot, you will find yourself in another lot with no lines marked on the pavement, one EV charger, set up only for Tesla's, and a tiny office with no one in it. Eventually, someone helped me and I headed to my room. On my way there, a gentleman who was working on one of the rooms engaged me in a conversation about how he was a busy bee. He told me what hours he works, and a number of other pleasantries that I neither asked for, nor wanted to hear. My room was at the end of the hall, so only one neighbor on one side.. sadly, that neighbor was an industrial closet with a machine that made a very loud home for several hours. The room itself smelled musty, and did not look like it had been refurbished since the 1970s. The television had satellite capacity, but very few channels. Overall, I thought a place with ratings like these on this site would be so much better. This was very motel 6ish.

Lakeshore Inn us a very good place to stay. There are a few issues but overall I give it an 8.5/10. The key-in system is unusual (a code instead of a physical key or card). At furst u was leery but in the end I liked it. The doors are a bit dated but the place is quiet and safe. The wifi is rather week but the cable is nice.

Room was very tastefully done, looks like it was recently updated. Loved having windows on both ends of the room, beds were comfortable and clean! Slept great, will return to this inn if I am in need again!

We loved our stay definitely will be back. For our family its perfect we stayed for 2 nights had access to docks we love fishing so we were able to fish both days. Also before arriving i called to ask about having a room on the first floor because of my knee still recovering from acl surgery. Not only did they give us a room on the first floor, the room had a small kitchenand a livingroom area perfect for my kids. 💙

I was worried there would be I90 noise, but it was very quiet and peaceful in the room. They have done a nice job with taking an old motel and updating it as much as they could. It was clean and comfortable. The owners were so helpful and friendly! Lovely lawn on the lake with BBQ grills and chairs. They have a free Tesla destination charger. The door locks are very old and flimsy, but there was a safety latch inside - and really, it's Moses Lake. Nobody doing hotel room invasions there. Very reasonable for a room in the mid seventy dollar range, I would stay there again.

I’ve stayed her twice and with late arrival both times, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice lake view location. Room was clean and comfortable. Hard to beat at this price point.

I recently had a disappointing and frustrating experience at Lakeshore Inn waterfront.I feel i have to share my experience preventing others from failing into the same trap.Lakeshore Inn failed to deliver on its promises, charged defrauding fees maintained unhygienic conditions & displayed a complete lack of customer service. Lakeshore Inn website was misleading, the photos & descriptions portrayed a clean well-maintained establishment but the reality couldn't have been further from the truth. Upon arrival it became apparent that the property housed long-term residents. This was not disclosed on the website. The room was dirty, bedding looked old & worn there was black mold in the shower the carpet was stained it was uncomfortable and unpleasant environment to spend time in.But the most frustrating aspect of my experience was the owners complete rude lack of willingness to address our concerns, when we asked for a refund we were met with a refusal to cooperate,mine you that all our concerns were brought up the first day there we lost alittle over1600 hundred dollars for 12 days and we weren't on vacation we were there to take our son to college. This level of customer service is unacceptable & demonstrates a complete disregard for there guest satisfaction.

We loved our stay definitely will be back. For our family its perfect we stayed for 2 nights had access to docks we love fishing so we were able to fish both days. Also before arriving i called to ask about having a room on the first floor because of my knee still recovering from acl surgery. Not only did they give us a room on the first floor, the room had a small kitchenand a livingroom area perfect for my kids. 💙

I arrived at 2pm and my room was ready, yet they wanted to charge $45 to check in 1 hour early. I paid $196 for 1 night in a “lake view” room which is upstairs and your only view of the lake is obstructed by other buildings and trees. If you have a pet, expect to pay an additional $26. I wanted to support a local mom/pop establishment versus going across the street to the Best Western, but the poor customer service and high rates just left me disappointed and wishing I would’ve gone with a trusted name. The only positive was the linens smelled fresh and bleached, bed was soft and comfortable.

Relaxing place to stay, always nice to go fishing off their docks, and they have a boat launch, although I have not used it yet. Overall, a nice place to stay for the price. One of my top choices when fishing around Moses Lake.

Overall Lakeshore Inn Water Front is worth staying at, especially for the price. The exterior is certainly dated and the rooms, at least my room, showed signs of its age, but overall it was very comfortable. The ice machine was broken (unfortunately during 90+ degree weather, and the pool wasn't operable, but maybe the pool wasn't open for the season yet. It was certainly great being right on the lake! I went for a swim and couldn't belive how warm the water was being so early in the season. Overall I would stay here again, especially for the price.

The lake front was nice and quiet. The self check in system was super convenient. The buts...our room had two huge wet spots upon entering our room. It had a food smell that seemed to be attempted to be cleaned, so I filmed it for liability, and we left it as we we travel with a service dog. I filled out all required forms ahead of time for the self check in, but went to check in at the front office to sign any paperwork for my service dog. The woman at the front office asked me the appropriate questions, but proceeded to roll her eyes upon my appropriate answers, and was not welcoming. She asked if I filled out the paperwork online, I said yes, and she said well that's all we need to know. The next day upon checkout, I was told I could not have a printed receipt because I booked third party. There is no pool advertised, but the empty cracked pool is a bit of an eyesore blocking the lake. for the price and a basic place to rest your head, I would recommend. For bells and whistles, spend your money elsewhere.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. It looks like they recently updated the room, so it had a new fridge and microwave. Bed was comfortable to me. It faces the water. I enjoyed the sunrise on their dock. It's what I wanted most. What a beautiful view. There was a huge fish (Carp) right along the shore. Many fishing jumping. I will be back. I couldn't have asked for better for the price.
