I’ve been staying at this property for 15 years, this was a great disappointment. First room smelled like a wet dog and a kennel. Ice machine did not work and the doors did not lock leaving full access during the night.

This was the best Quality Inn I have ever patronized. The facility is clean, the check-in was rapid, the staff were super friendly, the pool beautifully clean and inviting, the rooms well=equipped, the linens were very nice, all was clean and spacious. The breakfast fare was plentiful, well-stocked and delicious. Coffee was great! Well worth the price as one can tell they take pride in their establishment.

I loved that it had wheelchair accessibility and also a shower chair for bathing. It really was a help. We traveled for my Aunt’s funeral with my Dad who is 94 years old . The accommodations were very nice to have.

Whole place is run down and worn out. Smells of smoke in the room, no elevator and only one ice machine. Wi-Fi barely worked. Paper thin walls, could hear a guy on the phone 3 rooms down and people yelling and screaming at 2 am. Was only in town for a job and would never stay there or in that town again.

We booked this hotel at a last minute resort. I was pleased with hpw clean it was. AC worked great in the room. My son enjoyed the pool after a long day of motocross racing in the hot heat. We would stay here again.

The hotel was completely run down, stains on bedding, pieces of gum on the walls, no ice in the ice machine, no waffle mix for breakfast!!! Garbage around the parking lot!! We’ve stayed there before and used cash at check in and this time we were not able to use cash….seriously!! We will NEVER stay there again!!!!

Peeling paint above shower (exposing sheetrock), the faucet in the shower leaked, toilet leans to the right, dirty shower curtain, the bathroom door was hard to shut and no ventilation in the bathroom. The office chair was damaged. There was a very stale musty odor to the room. Interior room door latch will not fully engage.

Upon arrival the front desk assigned our room. I was told no housekeeping would be given during our stay. There was no mirror in the bathroom, and human waste on the toilet seat. Frint desk said they were awre of no mirror in bathroom. She told me to use the mirror in the bedroom and then rolled her eyes at me.

Recently stayed here to visit usc union. check in was easy, room was clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were approx 12 inches square, so bring your own if thats too small for you. Could use a few more accessible outlets in the room for electronics and what not. Breakfast was just okay, .nothing special. The location was excellent. Friendly staff

This location is in my hometown and it was excellent location and very well kept. The night clerk was friendly and helpful at 9 pm at night. Coffee available and fresh. I will be using this location again when I visit my mother in the nursing home

Recently stayed here to visit usc union. check in was easy, room was clean, beds were comfortable, pillows were approx 12 inches square, so bring your own if thats too small for you. Could use a few more accessible outlets in the room for electronics and what not. Breakfast was just okay, .nothing special. The location was excellent. Friendly staff

This location is in my hometown and it was excellent location and very well kept. The night clerk was friendly and helpful at 9 pm at night. Coffee available and fresh. I will be using this location again when I visit my mother in the nursing home

The hotel was completely run down, stains on bedding, pieces of gum on the walls, no ice in the ice machine, no waffle mix for breakfast!!! Garbage around the parking lot!! We’ve stayed there before and used cash at check in and this time we were not able to use cash….seriously!! We will NEVER stay there again!!!!

The first room I was assigned to smelled really bad and it was hot. I went downstairs to get them to switch the room. Second room was still smelling bad but not as bad as the first one. Unfortunately they didn't have rooms on the 1st floor and my elderly aunt had to walk up and down the stairs of . The pool was empty so we weren't able to use it. We needed towels and toilet paper was told we had to go downstairs and get it ourselves. The phone in one of the rooms was not working. Would never stay in a Quality Inn again or recommend it to anyone.

It was my first time to the area. And the people was nice very hospitable as well as friendly great food and vibes. Not big on a lot of amenities but real big on hospitality.

Room was dirty, and smelled like dirty homeless person had slept there. Rugs were terrible and dirty. 1st floor side door was broken and able to let anyone come in 24hrs a day. Pool was empty, “Gym” had 3 work out devices, 1-bike, 1-treadmill and 1-smith machine. It looked like a storage closet. “free breakfast” was terrible, watery eggs and coffee tasted like it was brewed through a dirty sock. Definitely would not stay at this property again.
