Really great property super helpful staff

Everything was great. Very clean and comfortable

Upon arrival, I attempted to access my assigned room, but conditions made it unsafe and impossible to do so due to a lack of snow removal. Neither the stairs nor the landing had been shoveled. As a result, my reservation (originally for a King room) was changed to a double queen room, without first checking with me to confirm that this change was acceptable. The grounds and walkways were also not properly treated for the weather conditions. Ice was present throughout the walkways, and I nearly fell several times. The room itself was comfortable and fairly standard; however, the lack of attention to snow and ice removal on the property raised safety concerns.

The staff was friendly. Clean rooms. We arrived in February (offseason) and they do close at 7pm. Reopen at 9am. If arriving outside of that time be sure and call ahead
