Great place to stay. Very clean and managed well. Pool wasn’t filled yet but I wasn’t there to swim. I didn’t have a chance to sample breakfast. Great value and convenience!

Very clean and comfortable. Modern and attractive decor. Everything worked great, easy to find, easy to park. Centrally located in Franklin w/ a great new Ingles market a mile down the road with salad bar, food bar and so many grab & go items. I would stay again if in the area. Thank you!

Took a while to check in but lady pleasant. A few rules & regulations to read. Room was ok and had 2 comfortable beds. Fridge/microwave but NO coffee maker although you could get coffee I think in reception. Same for breakfast - coffee/ cereals/cakes & croissants. Only had one night stay on route so didn't get to see surrounding area although Franklin looked nice & think a fair bit to do. Would recommend though.

Check in was ok. I will not rent this hotel again. The occupants in the next room had their TV on all night long. I didn't sleep well at all. I did not return for the second night as I had reserved. I checked out early so I was out $100 and had to fimd another hotel. One of the worst hotels I have ever visited.

Overall it was a nice hotel.... i mean you could tell it was aged but it was clean and looked decent... my only real complaint was the bed... it was a king room and the bed was one of the mattress on a raised frame with no box springs.... the mattress was very firm and i swear i could fewl the slates or bars that ran the frame... i will admit im a larger guy at 320 pounds... but i wasnt very comfortable on the bed... but that was my only real complaint... i will say.though... watch the shower... the water control is very sensitive... it will go from cold to cooking a lobster with a twitch... lol..

This is an older motel but my room was absolutely immaculate. Had a very family-friendly vibe. My only complaint is what seemed to be paper-thin walls. I heard every word of my ‘neighbors’ conversation for hours and then highway traffic the rest of the night.

Let me start by saying that if you're looking for a luxury fancy hotel, this isn't it, however for a budget hotel, it's great. Yes it's old, and a bit outdated, but the room was immaculately clean. No frills but a clean place to sleep. Couple of reasons for dropping a star. The bed.. it is a king bed, but sags in the middle. Lay on the side and you start to roll to the middle of the bed. Another unusual thing that was a bit annoying is that the light in the bathroom is on a 15 minute timer. Getting ready and taking a shower typically took too long and the light would go off on you. You could also hear any noise outside like people talking, cars starting up. The price is right though and I would definitely stay there again.

New computer so desk clerk was having trouble checking me in. Light in bathroom automatically turns on when entering, even in middle of the night, disturbing others. No receipt at checkout. Language barrier a problem. STILL do not have a receipt showing that I paid and how much!!!!

Very clean & comfortable. Check in was difficult since person checking us in didn’t understand English very well & had to call someone else to speak with me. Breakfast was well laid out and good selection but only 2 upholstered chairs to sit in with no table.

This is an older propery, but new management. One common fault is the breakfast menu was all sweets.

Very clean & comfortable. Check in was difficult since person checking us in didn’t understand English very well & had to call someone else to speak with me. Breakfast was well laid out and good selection but only 2 upholstered chairs to sit in with no table.

Price was fair but room is really dated, beds are very uncomfortable, room smelled like cigarettes. Pool empty and breakfast very limited.

Very clean and functional room for a one week stay. Only problem l found was the only window was very small which made the room very dark. Very basic breakfast. Warm and friendly staff

It was ok for our purpose, but there were a couple of issues. We had flies in the room all the time because the air conditioning unit was not properly sealed from the outside. We had to put toilet paper in the cracks to stop the flies. Late opening time to access the coffee and cereal offering in the morning.

The walls were too thin. We could hear the person next to us talking and coughing all evening. It made for a restless sleep. Not recommended for families with kids. The room was clean, but amenities were minimal. A small coffee maker would have been great to have in the room. An okay place for the night.
