This was a perfect hotel to meet our needs. There are upgrades that could be made, but it is not at all run down. There were no sketchy characters and I felt completely safe with my family. If there is a room available on my next trip, this will be my place to go. I appreciate that the staff was super helpful and friendly. I spend at least a 20-30 nights a year in hotels and, except for the really high end hotels, this place is comparable to any other place I have stayed. I would encourage others to consider how this works for your needs. I will stay here again next time. Thank you

This was our second visit to this property. It was very clean and tidy. The location is close to restaurants and the Erie waterway. The inn is very quaint and was very obvious to us that the current owner has updated the property. The bathroom was remodeled, the blackout blinds were much newer, and the weather was perfect for opening the screened windows. The continental breakfast offered juice, coffee, fruits, mini pancakes, and some pastries. It was a very pleasant stay (again).

Very clean room, though the furnishings are pretty old. The small bathroom was recently renovated and was spotless. Beds could be firmer.

the room was clean and the staff were very nice. Parked right in front of the door and breakfast there was plenty and was good. Had a very good experience. I hope they continue the updates with the outside of the building.
