This place is a gem for the price. Clean. The owners are amazing. It doesn't have any frills but I don't care honestly about anything outside of cleanliness for a hotel stay. Love being able to park in front of our room and bring in our things. The pool is super cute. Free wifi. I'm a fan. Second time here.

Cute, quaint old-style travelers Inn that had been nicely remodeled. Rooms are cabin-size with comfortable bed and pillows, tiny bathroom with a roomy shower, recliner, TV on a dresser, table and chairs, small refrigerator and microwave. Continental breakfast included fruit, waffles, cereal, juices, coffee and pastry. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Outdoor swiming pool and free parking. Lots of choices for shopping and restaurants in the area.

This motel has been remodeled and up-dated. The bed was comfortable, kitchen/dining area small but adequate, bathroom marble-tiled and updated. The pool was heated. There was cable service and a modest breakfast. Location is convenient for Presque Isle peninsula.The motel seems family owned and run, and they take pride in doing a good job.

Check in was fine, staff efficient. Motel needs sprucing up, landscaping is overgrown with weeds, we had to push aside overgrowth to get to room door. Picnic benches and park benches are warped and weathered. Housekeeping was not thorough, there was something gross on mirror and something left in chair cushion. This place has potential with just a little extra TLC.

The place was dirty. The comforter had stains. We asked for replacement. It was stained. Walla are paper thin. We could hear the neighbors fighting all night. The bed is the single most uncomfortable thing i have ever witnessed. What ever it is made of, it certain is not made of matress. Seems more like plywood.

We were accomodated with our requests. It was very nice to work with someone who seemed to genuinly care about satisfying their customers. The rooms are small but they were perfect for us. The pool was also very clean and the children enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast was very simple but it had all that was needed to continue on our way. If you are travelling and want to take a night in erie i would recommend this place.

Very clean and the property was well maintained. Beds were a bit stiff but pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom is clean and amenities recently renovated. Only concern was we payed for three guests but only had towels for two. Had to dry after shower with two hand towels

I was traveling for a wedding and found this on expedia. Always a little nervous about booking when I am not familiar with an area but this was a great find! Very cute and charming place to stay. Staff was exceptionally nice and room was very clean. Highly recommend!

This property was nothing like advertised. The rooms were nothing like the pictures. Our rooms floor was dirty, flies throughout the room, and several area's needed wiped down before setting items down. Breakfast left alot to be desired. We ended up going to another location for breakfast. The hotel staff called us at 4:06 p.m. to see when we would be checking in. I felt this was very unprofessional and bad customer service. The positives of this stay were the pool and the motel was quiet. I would not recommend.

Traveling musician, right off I79 and close to venue for my show. Butch's Family Restaurant 0.2 miles away quite a find for breakfast. I value fitness facilities when traveling, and it offers no accommodations. Otherwise a no frills motel that fit my needs.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights on our vacation. The location was close to things we wanted to do like the Zoo, Presque Isle and mall. Lots of restaurants nearby and delivery services. Their gift shop inside the lobby was nice.

This motel has been remodeled and up-dated. The bed was comfortable, kitchen/dining area small but adequate, bathroom marble-tiled and updated. The pool was heated. There was cable service and a modest breakfast. Location is convenient for Presque Isle peninsula.The motel seems family owned and run, and they take pride in doing a good job.

Great place with nice outdoor pool. Property is well taken care of and it shows. Adjoining rooms have zero noise insulation. You can hear everything next door. Breakfast is ok, but no warm food.

Perfect for what I needed, a little run down and in need of some updates. However, the owners were very hospitable, the continental breakfast daily was great, they are reasonably priced, and close to Presque Isle, Erie. Which is what we wanted.

The Glass House is a charming little hotel/motel on a busy street. The rooms are of nice size, old school but pleasant. It's dated but well maintained. Drive up to door rooms and a nice family vibe. The breakfast was kinda bare bones with an un-conditioned room. Supplies for breakfast were not monitored closely (there was no milk left in the container when I got there and the room was warm. But it was a good stay, clean with a comfy bed. Holes in the shower curtain but hot water. Good price for the night.

We were accomodated with our requests. It was very nice to work with someone who seemed to genuinly care about satisfying their customers. The rooms are small but they were perfect for us. The pool was also very clean and the children enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast was very simple but it had all that was needed to continue on our way. If you are travelling and want to take a night in erie i would recommend this place.

The one thing that was OK was the young girl at the front desk, she was friendly. But, we probably could have found a better place to stay for the same money. Expensive for what is offered. Although advertised 'breakfast included' there was no breakfast. We were told that because they weren't very busy, they stopped offering breakfast. Because of that, a good business gesture would have been to reduce the room fee to reflect the fact that you had to find somewhere to get breakfast . . . we picked this motel because breakfast was included. They need to update the description of the room and what is included. Beds need to be replaced. We would not recommend this motel.

Well the Inn still needs some updating. Need to service things also. Need batteries in remote, needed light outside burned out, had hard time seeing to get in the room in dark, housekeeping very noisy at 8a on Sunday morning! Had to call front desk to let them know. But how do you serve coffee for 4 days with no creamer. Women working there very rude. Otherwise clean & pool was nice. Need to weed & clean up parking lot. Frig needs to be on table not on floor it’s a mini fridge so hard to deal with. Had a great time otherwise!

Continental breakfast was poor quality. Room had been remoded but furniture was old and outdated. No usb plugs or akarm clocks. Name of motel was deceiving. Glass house? Just a roadside motel. Would not recommend.

Clean room, very friendly staff. Staff went beyond for our extremely late check in. She was wonderful. Parking area was well lit. Breakfast was okay. Food for everyone and it was good.

The pictures are deceiving Hotel on busy street, noisy. Room was dingy with an old outdated fridge & microwave, hair on sheets, stains on box spring cover. Bed was very noisy. New “updated” room had Shelf in bathroom falling off of wall (held up by cups & toilet paper on bottom shelf) Landscaping overgrown, with snowblower in front of room doors. Bread on grass covered in ants. After I complained about the room the guy told me that if I wanted better that I should have gone to a Marriott or Hyatt and that he wasn’t going to give me a refund but would show me other rooms that are available. I ended up buying blankets to sleep on. Loud music or TV playing most of the night, 2 am truck picking up dumpster or something.

The place has been update with new flooring,bathroom upgrade. Very clean, comfortable and staff very friendly. We love a motel that you can park right in front of your room. Ground level.

Bathroom was really small and lacked shelves, hooks or towel bars. Couch was not clean. Mold in the shower. Breakfast was fine. Communication with staff was difficult.
