Good hotel for the price. Plenty of free parking just outside the hotel. Check in was fast and easy. The room was spacious and clean. The only drawback was that the bathroom was a bit cramped. For the cost that I paid, I would stay here again.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room nor a box of Kleenex and it was small. You could hear someone cough from down the hall with the door closed. The bathroom light could not be turned on without the fan running. The super bright lights in the parking lot shine right at the room we were in. You have to go outside to get to the ice machine. No pool, exercise area or dining facility in the motel. Very basic.

The place was very clean the only drawback is I think they need a elevator as going up to the second floor with luggage is rather hard

The property was nowhere near as bad as some of the other reviews would have you believe. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was soft. There was no strong odor in my room as other reviews mentioned. Definitely no bed bugs. The room was fairly small, but clean. The only areas I noticed where it was showing it's age was the chair provided, the desk in the room, and the shower. The chair was an office chair that looked well worn. The arm rests were questionably clean. The desk was not really a desk but more of a high console table. Sitting in the low office chair to use the desk was awkward. And finally the shower. It was clean and the water temp was good. But the fixtures themselves were extremely noisy and didn't fully activate the shower when you pulled the handle. So the water pressure was fairly low. There is no breakfast, but there is coffee at the front desk. There are plenty of food options nearby. You are literally next door to a McDonald's. All in all, all of these complaints are redeemed when you take into account the price. You're fairly close to downtown, and have free parking. The neighborhood might feel a bit sketchy, but I never felt unsafe in the hotel. Good for a night stop over. Might not come if I need to get serious work done as the desk wasn't really built for it, but for the price, it's a good option.

Stayed 2 nights and got room tidied up after first, which a lot of places skip now. No coffee maker or clock in room. No breakfast, but didn't expect that for price. Fairly quiet. Away from highway. Overall quite satisfied for price.

It’s not in the best part of town, but I never felt unsafe or anything. I did hear a lot of traffic outside so I just put on my phone app with fan noise. It kinda had a smell in the room, not necessarily a bad smell but not a good one either. It was adequate for what I needed. I was at conference and not in the room at all, only for sleep. Great if place if your just needing a sleep and passing through. I only stayed two nights.

The price was good, but it should be for the condition of the place! The carpeting in the room was so dirty, that when walking on it, the bottom of your feet turned black. Disgusting! The place needs major maintenance done to it!

Everything was fine. The outside of the building scared me a bit but the room was nice, all white linens, very clean, tv worked and really no issues especially since we literally just spent the night. I'm giving it less than 5 stars because there was an almost 2 inch cockroach in the bathroom in the morning, but I never saw anything else. And it could use an update. The carpet in the halls is dirty and outdated. Can't really complain though for the money.

This little hotel is a lovely surprise. I chose it because the reviews were decent and the price was right. When I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly smile at the desk. Check-in was quick. Although the building is older, the halls smell clean, the carpet is in good condition, and the room was beautiful. I noticed some wear in the furnishings, but the cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wry old and outdated rooms. Overall it was clean. Worst part was the noise. You could hear everything out side your room

Staff was friendly. Room was small. Booked a king bed and was “upgraded” to 2 queen bed room. 2 of the 4 lights in the room worked. Slight musky smell (not overpowering). Decided to check out after checking in and find a more comfortable place.

A lot of motorcycle noise all day and all night. Television remote control didn't function so we didn't have access to television for our entire stay. Five separate attempts were made to fix it but none worked. They even gave us printed "directions" on how to reset and program the remote. Nothing worked.

Clean facility, minimal toiletries, bed was very hard and clunked with every move I made. Right on main street, very noisy with the amount of traffic. Price paid was appropriate for the facility and a quick one night stop

Traffic from mcdonalds next door was loud late at night. The walls are thin enough to hear all the music and loud talking from the rooms below or next door to you. The telephone did not work in the room we were in. The desk clerk was unresponsive to our nose complaints.

Although the building is older, the halls smell clean, the carpet is in good condition, and the room was beautiful. I noticed some wear in the furnishings, but the cleanliness and comfort were outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

we wanted to explore downtown and this was a great location to do so from. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Friendly staff and the room was clean and everything worked.

Just a seedy neighborhood. People cutting through the parking lot at all hours of the day. On the upside everything is within a few miles and the staff are very nice. All in all good stay for the price.

I like that the property is within walking distance from downtown. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well. Sound insulation could be better, could hear traffic noise and nearby trains from the room.

This is what we wanted for a one-night rest on our way home from a family trip: clean, comfortable, nothing fancy, fair price. The hotel appears to double as a U-haul trailer rental, and first appearances are disappointing. It’s crammed in between a drive-up fast food place and an all night gas station. The lobby is basic, as are the rooms: nice and clean but worn down. Because of the location, ask for a room away from the street side. This seems to be diesel pickup country and they were rolling coal all night - I still slept fine. The town is tired and old. There is a great little Indian restaurant across the street, and very good coffee two blocks away. I’d stay again.

The room and lobby were very clean. The surrounding area has eating establishments within walking distance. The area around the hotel didn’t seem to safe. A lot of transient traffic around.

Excellent value for money. Room surprisingly nice. On downside, lots of scary people in neighborhood.

You get what you pay for here: not a huge room, no breakfast. But the bed sheets are clean, theres a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the bathroom and living spaces are clean. Old, but clean. The front desk was very helpful issuing a refund for my stay, as I came to hunt, and had to leave 3 days early due to weather issues. Located close to restaurants, bars, some shopping. There's a Dunhams with lots of hunting supplies, if you're looking to visit for that reason. It's $70/night. For the money, it was nice. A great restaurant was within walking distance. It’s called Old Canal Smoke House, great place!

The hotel is a little older but relatively clean. It could use some refreshing to the carpets to brighten the odor of stagnant old smell. But the price was right and they were kind enough to refund a day at my request because we were leaving sooner. The hotel is very close to lots of shopping and so many restaurants. We couldn't believe all there is in Chillicothe! I would stay again.
