Amazing location of hotel on promenade in lovely resort of Villajoyosa. Nice sized room with shower and bath. Hairdryer and in room safe are included in price. Adequate breakfast. Plenty sunloungers, but the pool water was very cold.

Hotel Allon is fantastic. Lovely and clean, rooms fantastic and spotless clean. Staff were all amazing always happy and smiling. Pool was great even though next to road hardly noticed any traffic noise as cars drive so slowly along the front. Will definitely return.

Todo Ok pero algunos detalles no cuadran: desayuno con solo 1 variedad de muesli y de youghurt, prepararse un te es una odisea, zumos de frutas totalmente quimicos. Horarios de Limpieza del cuarto no predecible, al entrar a la habitacion excesivo olor a productos de limpieza; puerta al balcon se abre y se daña la lampara, Tele muy pequeña; no ascensor para bajar al aparcamiento, demasiadas lamparas fluorescentes o halogenos, productos de limpieza en envases pequeños de plasticos.

Je suis peut être devenu exigeant avec les années, mais je sais reconnaître un bon hôtel et un erzats… Accueil moyen, pas de parking disponible, pas de changement de chambre, pas de serviettes de plage. Hôtel triste au niveau animation. Et le buffet est correct sans plus. Quelques personnes du personnel du restaurant sont très pro, mais d’autres qui vous renvoient car l’horaire du buffet est arrivé à son terme (pour une assiette d3 fromage, le buffet étant vide à 15h25…). Le chef de salle a fait le nécessaire après notre réserve, mais cela démontre l’état d’esprit. A aucun moment l’accueil est revenu vers nous pour nous proposer des aménagements concernant nos demandes. Nous sommes restés 8 nuits, au 1re étage vue mer (6 étages) Et pas de parking. La réception n’est pas très avenante, à l’image du patron de l’hôtel que nous avons croise deux fois sans qu’il n’ait pour nous le moindre échange d3 convivialité ou quoi que ce soit… cela se ressent avec tout le personnel qui suit lamême tendance . Franchement au regard de ce séjour je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel même s’il a une situation géographique idéale. C’est la seule chose qui lui permet 4 étoiles. Le reste ne les vaut pas.

Great location, amazing view Overlooking the sea. I would have liked to have the option to NOT pay for breakfast but it was charged and included in the price of the room. Room was comfortable, nice updated bathroom. Very Friendly male server during breakfast in the breakfast area. Had good recommendations in terms of visiting the town. Parked in the street- free parking but it was off season. I imagine street parking is impossible during the summer, hotel offers onsite paid parking though.

Property area is very nice and charming. the hotel is average, we asked for couple bad but no way, we received room with two single beds. parking is difficult in the area and the hotel don't have space for a lot of cars, the first response at the reception was that there is no parking available. after double check they found space for us..... four stars? Sorry but for this rate it's unacceptable.

It is a beautiful hotel in a glorious position but mostly all staff are so kind and helpful, friendly and smiling even though the phone never stops. The room was immaculate and bed superbly comfortable. My only complaint was that I needed and booked and double checked to have 5.15am wake up call. This was not done until 5.37am when my taxi arrived!! Good thing I used my phone alarm! The staff member was apologetic.

Renholdet på hotellet var upåklagelig. Bl.a. nye rente håndklær daglig. Resepsjonistene var imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Derimot var maten sånn passe, og betjeningen i restauranten gjorde jobben sin, men ikke så mye mer enn det. Super beliggenhet rett ved stranden.

La verdad es que el hotel, es muy bonito y moderno por fuera, pero entras dentro y parece que haces un pequeño viaje al pasado. Las habitaciones son poco modernas y faltan enchufes en las mesillas. El aire acondicionado casi lo sacan de la época de "Cuéntame como pasó", además de que funcionaba como quería. Demasiado caro para lo que es la verdad, lo único que se paga es por "tirarte de la cama y caer en la playa". Lo único positivo, es el servicio humano, muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Los desayunos, muy completos, las cenas... para ser buffet deja un poquito que desear.

La verdad es que el hotel, es muy bonito y moderno por fuera, pero entras dentro y parece que haces un pequeño viaje al pasado. Las habitaciones son poco modernas y faltan enchufes en las mesillas. El aire acondicionado casi lo sacan de la época de "Cuéntame como pasó", además de que funcionaba como quería. Demasiado caro para lo que es la verdad, lo único que se paga es por "tirarte de la cama y caer en la playa". Lo único positivo, es el servicio humano, muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Flott beliggenhet, rett ved den flotte stranden! Ikke langt å gå til sentrum og til den flotte gamlebyen! Aircondition på rommet fungerte utmerket og bråket ikke! Rikholdig frokostbuffet! Minus var dårlige hodeputer og hard seng.

Everything amazing except i regret being on the first floor as its the only balconies that are concrete and not glass so when sitting or lying down you dont get that lovely view. I guess its for privacy as its a low floor. However the glass balconies look lovely as the view through them is amazing whilst lying on the bed or relaxing on the balcony. Ask not to stay on first floor. Had i known or been staying more than one night i would have asked too. In the photo of my room booking it only shows the glass balcony so be aware.

Une pause d’une nuit très bel hôtel bien situé.joli village belle promenade maritime Merci au serveur du repas du dimanche soir qui nous a concocté des petits plats savoureux nous étions seuls pas de buffet Mais tant mieux Et il parlait très bien français 👍👌

Je suis peut être devenu exigeant avec les années, mais je sais reconnaître un bon hôtel et un erzats… Accueil moyen, pas de parking disponible, pas de changement de chambre, pas de serviettes de plage. Hôtel triste au niveau animation. Et le buffet est correct sans plus. Quelques personnes du personnel du restaurant sont très pro, mais d’autres qui vous renvoient car l’horaire du buffet est arrivé à son terme (pour une assiette d3 fromage, le buffet étant vide à 15h25…). Le chef de salle a fait le nécessaire après notre réserve, mais cela démontre l’état d’esprit. A aucun moment l’accueil est revenu vers nous pour nous proposer des aménagements concernant nos demandes. Nous sommes restés 8 nuits, au 1re étage vue mer (6 étages) Et pas de parking. La réception n’est pas très avenante, à l’image du patron de l’hôtel que nous avons croise deux fois sans qu’il n’ait pour nous le moindre échange d3 convivialité ou quoi que ce soit… cela se ressent avec tout le personnel qui suit lamême tendance . Franchement au regard de ce séjour je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel même s’il a une situation géographique idéale. C’est la seule chose qui lui permet 4 étoiles. Le reste ne les vaut pas.

It is a beautiful hotel in a glorious position but mostly all staff are so kind and helpful, friendly and smiling even though the phone never stops. The room was immaculate and bed superbly comfortable. My only complaint was that I needed and booked and double checked to have 5.15am wake up call. This was not done until 5.37am when my taxi arrived!! Good thing I used my phone alarm! The staff member was apologetic.

Property area is very nice and charming. the hotel is average, we asked for couple bad but no way, we received room with two single beds. parking is difficult in the area and the hotel don't have space for a lot of cars, the first response at the reception was that there is no parking available. after double check they found space for us..... four stars? Sorry but for this rate it's unacceptable.

Amazing location of hotel on promenade in lovely resort of Villajoyosa. Nice sized room with shower and bath. Hairdryer and in room safe are included in price. Adequate breakfast. Plenty sunloungers, but the pool water was very cold.

Vennetur, og veldig tilfreds med hotellet. God beliggenhet ved stranden og i Villajoyosa er det aldri langt til noe. Vi hadde rom mot Middelhavet, store rom og grei frokost.

Está muy bien situado, frente al mar, y tiene bares y restaurantes en los alrededores. La parte mala es que se aparca mal y el parking del hotel es muy pequeño. No había plazas libres.

Where do I start. We arrived on my birthday after about 9 months of my husband being very I’ll. it was going to be a resting couple of days to recharge. Our room was ok, a little tired and lacking draws, so everything had to be left out, making the room look untidy. There was nowhere to put our toiletries in the bathroom either. But we could live with that. Dinner we were told was at 8 pm and when we arrive there was no food out and we were told to come back in 20 minutes. When we went back there was 3 other people there. We took a look at the buffet and what a shock. There was some salad but very limited. Then some hot food, well I should say lukewarm, dried up and some was cold. So we just had salad, couldn’t really mess that up. I was so upset as it was my birthday, in fact I cried. We have stayed in in many hotels over the years and never been presented with such poor selection and food. We weren’t go to go for breakfast but my husband said let’s at least look. We did have some but even that was cold or lukewarm. The only hot thing was the eggs that were fried for us. I then went and complained to the manager, who if I’m honest wasn’t really bothered. He said he would have a word with the kitchen staff but, he never came back to me!! It really is a shame because the position of the hotel is great and Villajoyosa is lovely. So we went out to eat after that. A very disappointing time away. Good job I’m still not working for Thomas Cook!!

La verdad es que el hotel, es muy bonito y moderno por fuera, pero entras dentro y parece que haces un pequeño viaje al pasado. Las habitaciones son poco modernas y faltan enchufes en las mesillas. El aire acondicionado casi lo sacan de la época de "Cuéntame como pasó", además de que funcionaba como quería. Demasiado caro para lo que es la verdad, lo único que se paga es por "tirarte de la cama y caer en la playa". Lo único positivo, es el servicio humano, muy atentos y serviciales en todo momento. Los desayunos, muy completos, las cenas... para ser buffet deja un poquito que desear.

La verdad es que el hotel, es muy bonito y moderno por fuera, pero entras dentro y parece que haces un pequeño viaje al pasado. Las habitaciones son poco modernas y faltan enchufes en las mesillas. Best location in Villajoyosa! Amazing sea view, nice pool, great big breakfast buffet with hot and cold food. Staff very helpful and let me use the pool and sundbeds after checking out while waiting for transport to airport. Fully recommend!

The rooms were large and very clean. The beach view was amazing and the beach is great. They clean the beach every morning and the water was so clear and I was able to see the sandy bottom. Breakfast was really good withany options. I plan on coming back!
