I tagged along with my husband on a business trip, and although the hotel is not normally someplace we would stay on "vacation," it was an enjoyable stay...clean, quiet, kind and helpful staff, easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking, pretty and spread out area of town, nice lake on backside of property that we had a view of, small gym with weights, 1 treadmill, and one eliptical, nice indoor pool area (we did to use) and 3 miles to a Whole Foods.

Pros- the staff was mostly very friendly. Nice breakfast. We had sent a rented tux to the hotel before our arrival and they handled it perfectly!! Cons- the AC in the lobby is out and it was unbearable to be there. The AC in the room was not great- just a wall unit and it was really hot and humid in our room. The halls were cooler than the rooms could be. There was no food served until 1pm. There isn’t really a bar.. it is 3 stools at a counter. Carpets liftes up in places. Needs an update. They don’t clean the rooms. Just provide towels every other day and change the garbages.

Great breakfast (cereal; a few hot foods like eggs; great fruit & berries; toast/jam; etc). If you are into waffles, they didn't have them. Very comfortable room. Nice place to unwind after working hard for DefeatingAging! Need a bell to attract the desk staff (all 3 times I went there I had to wait a few minutes). The gym was simple, but sufficient. Didn't go swimming, but it looked like a nice pool. Small business cubby with 2 computers. Didn't need it, but nice to know you could print or check email, etc. Stairs are a little dingy. Carpet was sticky and there were stained everywhere, had to wear our shoes the entire time. Bathroom was very small with the toilet right in front of the bathroom door. No microwave, only refrigerator and coffee maker.

when we come to naperville il we always stayed here. My husband had surgery so we thought we stay there. We noticed things are getting run down. The rm we had was not good, the rug was really stained, the bathroom door would not shut stuck on floor wouldnt shut without pushing real hard,the toilet did not shut properly. We also had a problem with an over book for two rms and they would not help us being booked third party. When we talked with third party they said we didnt have two rms booked no Idea what this is about still dealing with it.

The property is outdated, with worn carpets that are in serious need of cleaning or replacement. The bathrooms are also old and in poor condition. I was moved between three different rooms during my stay. I would not return and do not recommend it.

This hotel has seriously deteriorated over the past year and a half. Pillows are stained, bathroom tiles are chipped, and carpets need to be replaced. A lot of updates should be in order for this hotel. We used to love coming here too. Th least two times we’ve been extremely disappointed.

Overall it is a fairly good hotel. The only disappointment was that the floors seemed to be relatively thin so that the very noisy group in the room directly above ours kept us up for half the night.

Hyatt Place Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go. It's a nice facility that looks like it's been updated recently and nicely appointed. The room was ideal for me - it included a sitting area with a sofa and also included a desk for working travelers. I greatly appreciated having a refrigerator. I couldn't have asked for a better set up. There were small issues like the tile in the shower needing to be updated and both the sink faucet and the shower taking a longer time for the hot water. But it wouldn't deter me from staying again.

Good price, clean room, and the breakfast was fine. Convenient location for us. However, the refrigerator didn't work and even after I reported it, and they assured me maintenance would address it, they never showed up. The room set up is weird as they have the sink just opposite the bed, so it is hard for one person to get ready without waking the other person up.

This was a nice hotel. Very clean with a decent free breakfast each morning. The beds were a bit hard for our liking, but the rest of the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is very small and hard to enter - you have to squeeze in between the door and the toilet. The shower was great, plenty of hot water and full size shampoo/conditioner/bodywash to use. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors easily. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended. Hotel is in a great location. Nothing is close enough to walk to, but plenty of restaurants and shopping are just minutes away.

I was very impressed with this hotel, staying for 11 nights to visit my mother in the hospital nearby. The staff were all so nice, so kind, and so friendly. Everyone from Paulina at the front desk, and Max Fitz, to Marissa and Melissa and Shasta who I’d just met the last day — were all so kind, friendly, and provided amazing customer service to any need I had. Paulina saw I was having a rough morning and came over with a cup of Starbucks coffee as I waited for my Uber. So sweet! Her husband, Max, also so kind, offered to drive me to the hospital and arrange for transportation the rest of the time I was there. So nice!! Breakfasts were generous and very good, and best of all, coffee. Is served throughout the day! Free! Nobody does that anymore…! The room was so comfortable and I loved the space. Bedding was also excellent. One issue I had was the heater, which would make rattling sounds throughout the night randomly waking me up. Other than that and some spotty WiFi, the room and hotel were just great. I will definitely stay here if I ever have to visit Warrenville again. Thanks, everyone at Hyatt Place!!!

1st night (Friday night) just got the children to sleep after 1200 mile drive only to be woken up by fire alarm and evacuation. Only time to grab a blanket and the children in pajamas and the cold 47 degrees until fire dept cleared the building. 2 small children terrified and were hard to console with fear that hotel would burn them. Not hotels fault but unfortunate this 1st night. Sunday morning 730am fire alarm again. No offers for the inconveniences, no apologies, the staff was very dismissive about the situations. Only one team member Sunday evening acted as if he understood the trauma and fear the children were experiencing and offered to mention to manager the next day. We have never heard from the hotel or the chain.

Good price, clean room, and the breakfast was fine. Convenient location for us. However, the refrigerator didn't work and even after I reported it, and they assured me maintenance would address it, they never showed up. The room set up is weird as they have the sink just opposite the bed, so it is hard for one person to get ready without waking the other person up.

I was not aware of the $50 hold on my credit card on top of the $300 I paid for the room. When I did not have that, I asked if I should just cancel. The desk lady said I would have to cancel through hotels.com, so I tried to. But when the hotels.com representative tried to call the hotel about the situation they said the Hyatt person hung up on them. I lost $300 because I never got to go into my room, or get a refund. Neither Hyatt or Hotels.com were able to cancel my reservation or compensate me for a later stay. The Hyatt representative also told Hotels.com that I was a no show. Lying.

This was a nice hotel. Very clean with a decent free breakfast each morning. The beds were a bit hard for our liking, but the rest of the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom is very small and hard to enter - you have to squeeze in between the door and the toilet. The shower was great, plenty of hot water and full size shampoo/conditioner/bodywash to use. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbors easily. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended. Hotel is in a great location. Nothing is close enough to walk to, but plenty of restaurants and shopping are just minutes away.

The rooms were nice, but the toilet room/shower setup was horrible. You had to crawl over the toilet to close the door, and the toilet itself was tilted at an angle. The closet was built behind the sink, so it only opened partway, and the closet was almost useless. So, with three adults in the room. If anyone needed to use the shower, everyone else had to leave the room or risk being scarred for life...hahahaha

They didnt take our towels and replace them we had to go to find a worker and ask to get us more,our tv didnt work and we complained twice , our key stopped working after 3 hours of being there, there was rust in the tub it wasnt a pleasant experience I wouldn’t recommend staying again
