My stay was only brief, but the location is ideal for visiting Fredericksburg, and the Motel provided all that one needs, was quiet, safe and clean.

When yoj think of the Sunday house think of a hotel for your college spring break. Old and worn. Kinda clean. The staff is nice but you believe next time you will try something much better

Very well located facility. Within walking distance of most of Downtown. Pool and hot tub were both very nice. Pool was heated.

All the staff was super nice. The room, parking area, pool, breakfast area, and lobby were in excellent shape. The hotel was located well. The towels were large and thick which I like. The bed was very comfortable. Will stay there again.
