Fiz a reserva pelo expedia e quando cheguei no hotel me falaram que minha reserva tinha sido cancelada e que eu estava banida da propriedade! Tive que fazer o check In com o ID do meu marido e pagar lá na hora a taxa do hotel - fizeram a mesma coisa com a minha tia no dia seguinte

Estadia foi OK. Durante todos os dias que ficamos hospedados nao tivemos serviço de quarto. Nem toalhas foram trocadas. Mas as camas eram confortáveis. O chuveiro era fraco mas OK. No ultimo dia faltou agua quente. Ar condicionado com barulho excessivo. Tem um 7/11 ao lado que ajuda muito. No geral, como ficamos pouco tempo no quarto, foi bom para dormir e tomar banho.

The check-in was ok. The room has a TV that didn't work and no hot water. The room needs renovations, the outlets in the bathroom are broken. At checkout I asked for a receipt and he couldn't give it to me. I was charged more than it was. They rounded it up to the next dollar. I told him to give me my change and he said he couldn't. I told him next time do not round it to the next dollar. I was very pissed today as everything was wrong.

I return back to here because it has a cheap price, not because of the quality... however, I was told they would not rent to me a 2nd time. No reason was given. During my first stay my room door had to be shut harder in order to stay locked, because the mechanism was broken. otherwise the door would stay open. In the morning I was walking my dog and I guess it was the manager or whoever was on property said "Sir" to me while I was going in the elevator, I asked them "Yeah?" as a question and they didn't say anything so I went up the elevator. I then saw the same man standing in the parking lot and I asked him what did he want, and he said he's just watching the property. There was no reason for them not to rent to me, I have a separate Studio in the area and sometimes I want to rent a hotel close that accepts dogs. I want an explanation of why they won't rent to me or I'm going to file a discrimination complaint. I asked the manager for a call back and never received one.

3/10 — Roach infestation ruined the stay. The area itself was decent and the room looked okay at first, but once I looked closer, it was clearly not properly cleaned. The biggest problem was the roaches. There were large cracks around the bathroom sink and shower area, and I literally saw roaches coming out from them. I also found around four roaches outside the bathroom, some getting close to the bed. The room had dust under the bed, an unopened candy left behind from a previous guest, and the edges of the mattress were brown and disgusting. The sheets and pillows looked and smelled clean, but after seeing the condition of everything else, I didn’t feel comfortable trusting the cleanliness of the room. I couldn’t properly sleep because I was constantly thinking about the roaches. The next morning, I didn’t even use the bathroom. I woke up and left as soon as possible because I didn’t want to stay there any longer. The entrance and parking area also smelled bad. The location was probably the only positive thing about the stay. A hotel room can be basic or outdated and I wouldn’t complain, but a roach infestation is completely different. This room needs a serious deep cleaning and pest treatment before being rented to guests again.
