We loved our stay. Our host thought of everything to make sure guests had a comfortable stay. Room was lovely with nice decor, comfortable bed and soft towels. Bottles of water and chocolates along with tea and coffee making facilities were a lovely welcome touch and full english breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Wonderful experience: excellent property, thoughtful room amenities, delicious breakfast, incredible host. We had a medical emergency and our host took care of us as if we were his parents. We highly recommend The Kendrick in Llandudno, Wales.

The room was spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast was first class and plenty of selection. We had a sea front room so the view was excellent even provided binoculars. The host, Nathan, was was very very courteous and helpful

We stayed at The Kendrick for a long bank holiday weekend and had an absolutely lovely experience. The room and all other areas of the guest house were spotlessly clean, and the service throughout our stay was warm and welcoming. From the moment we checked in, the friendliness from the host was both lovely and genuine. He directed us to the car park at the rear of the building, accessed via a different road. He explained the breakfast ordering service ( a great addition ) and pointed out the recommendations for local restaurants, contained within a very well put together welcome pack. The Kendrick is situated in an excellent location, near enough to walk into the town and all amenities, but just far enough out to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and lovely views of the sea front. One we will definitely be visiting again.

Close to the beach. Walking distance to the pier. Has free parking at the rear and street parking around the property is also free. Clean and lovely common arrears & room. Booked the sea view room which was quite lovely

Excellent location, a short distance away from the busier centre but enjoying great views of Great and Little Orme and the bay. Nathan and others helpful hosts providing maps, self serve cold bottled water and replenishments for room supplies in light tidy clean rooms. Organised pre ordered breakfast slots meant swift service. Fluffy towels and room binoculars appreciated and outdoor cushions for front garden benches all mark this guest house out.

I stayed at the Kendrick for business and it did not disappoint. Great location, superb B&B, immaculate room with all what you need and a superb view of the sea. Breakfast was wonderful as was my host Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble. He recommended places to eat before my arrival and even nearly drove to the train station when my taxi nearly didn't show up. Would highly recommend.

A lovely hotel. Nathan and Jay were so welcoming. Nothing was too much. Lovely room spotlessly clean. Bed really comfortable pillows and quilt really nice. Kettle with all complimentary items, a choice of mixed tea bags, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits and welcome drinks of bottled waters. Hotel is in prime location 10 mins walk to main retail shopping area and 20 mins in to main town and pier.. would highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again very soon.

What a brilliant place to stay. Nathan and his partner were perfect hosts and helped to make our short break one of the best we've had. Of course our room also helped - being so comfortable and one of the cleanest and best designed rooms you could wish for. And if that wasn't enough - the breakfast was great as well! For an evening meal, there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk and there is a lot of helpful information in the information book in the room. On street parking outside the hotel if free of charge for this part of the promenade. I have no doubt we'll be back!

Retail parks 5 mins walk away, main high street shops 10 mins walk. Hotel is modern, faultless and spotlessly clean,Nathan is charming and extremely helpful. Fanastic experience. Highly recommend to all and will be back next year.

We stayed for four nights and it is obvious that Nathan cares very much about delivering a service of the highest quality. The room was comfortable, had everything we needed and was scrupulously clean. Breakfast was delicious and also very carefully and beautifully presented. Certainly one of the best places we have stayed.

Could not fault the service and quality of the Kendrick, very clean and quality breakfast. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and very quiet, comfy bed and a good shower. Location was around 15-20 mins walk to the pier and centre along the nice seafront.

The hotel was lovely but unfortunately we were given a room on the ground floor which meant we heard every noise including people arriving at 11.30pm and people ringing the doorbell even later to get in 😲 So not much sleep for us. The mattress was very uncomfortable also but that aside thd staff were very attentive and the breakfast amazing

Very well presented.The staff are polite and attentive.The bed was smaller than we would have liked and the bathroom is cramped and the shower entrance is very narrow so someone with a large build would not be able to use.

The Kendrick offers spacious well presented accommodation along Llandudno’s spectacular promenade, ideally situated for a decent walk to the pier and town centre. Host Nathan was really friendly, made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. We had a cosy room with a comfortable bed and felt right at home.

I had a wonderful experience at The Kendrick! From the moment we arrived, the hosts were incredibly accommodating—nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to start the day right. I would stay again 100 times over.
We had a fantastic stay at The Kendrick. We arrived late owing to train delays, and Nathan very kindly agreed to wait for us. Breakfast was cooked to order, fresh and very tasty. The room was clean, comfortable and cool despite the hot weather. Complimentary bottled water, still or sparkling, was available at all times and really appreciated. I would stay again 100 times over.

I stayed at the Kendrick for business and it did not disappoint. Great location, superb B&B, immaculate room with all what you need and a superb view of the sea. Breakfast was wonderful as was my host Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble. He recommended places to eat before my arrival and even nearly drove to the train station when my taxi nearly didn't show up. Would highly recommend.

Could not fault the service and quality of the Kendrick, very clean and quality breakfast. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and very quiet, comfy bed and a good shower. Location was around 15-20 mins walk to the pier and centre along the nice seafront.

Retail parks 5 mins walk away, main high street shops 10 mins walk. Hotel is modern, faultless and spotlessly clean,Nathan is charming and extremely helpful. Fanastic experience. Highly recommend to all and will be back next year.

The room and all other areas of the guest house were spotlessly clean, and the service throughout our stay was warm and welcoming. From the moment we checked in, the friendliness from the host was both lovely and genuine. He directed us to the car park at the rear of the building, accessed via a different road. He explained the breakfast ordering service ( a great addition ) and pointed out the recommendations for local restaurants, contained within a very well put together welcome pack. The Kendrick is situated in an excellent location, near enough to walk into the town and all amenities, but just far enough out to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and lovely views of the sea front. One we will definitely be visiting again.

Excellent location, a short distance away from the busier centre but enjoying great views of Great and Little Orme and the bay. Nathan and others helpful hosts providing maps, self serve cold bottled water and replenishments for room supplies in light tidy clean rooms. Organised pre ordered breakfast slots meant swift service. Fluffy towels and room binoculars appreciated and outdoor cushions for front garden benches all mark this guest house out.

The Kendrick offers spacious well presented accommodation along Llandudno’s spectacular promenade, ideally situated for a decent walk to the pier and town centre. Host Nathan was really friendly, made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. We had a cosy room with a comfortable bed and felt right at home.

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting Llandudno. Nathan the host was friendly and couldnt do enogh for us. The room was comfortable and clean with easy check in. Breakfast was by pre-order which was convenient and meant that our food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Would definitely recommend if visiting Llandudno

The room was spotless and the beds extremely comfortable. The breakfast was first class and plenty of selection. We had a sea front room so the view was excellent even provided binoculars. The host, Nathan, was was very very courteous and helpful

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Nathan and staff were most helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious from fruit juices, cereals and full Welsh breakfast. Would stay again.

We had a rear facing view which gave a nice view in the distance, there are sea facing rooms available, there were two spaces reserved behind the hotel for free unlimited parking if not used, room was very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpful with a full run down on arrival of what is offered, there's no front desk however they have a system of a ring doorbell that when pressed a member of staff was there within a minute on all occasions we used it. Breakfast was included in our booking but we did not end up using it just due to sleeping in however it smelt lovely. Mini fridge was available in the room and at the time of going a complimentary water fridge was available to take due to the heat, a fan was also available in the room and the smart TV had access to general channels as well as Netflix. Highly recommend!

Nathan greeted us with a warm welcome- especially with parking. The guest house is a little gem in a great location served with a lovely breakfast. Our room was spotless, only negative was it was a small double room but we only booked last minute and was the only room available. However I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We had a lovely 2 night stay; the hotel is in a quiet spot but close enough to walk into town and all the attractions. Nathan and the hotel team were wonderful throughout, from a very kind welcome to helping us throughout our stay. Would highly recommend The Kendrick. Location suited us and plenty of parking options nearby. Lovely warm welcome upon arrival. Room was clean and looked freshly decorated. Breakfast was really nice, with plenty of cereals, coffee, toast etc. Good value for money and would have no problem stopping there again.
