With housekeeping, it wasn't just once or twice that there were insufficient towels, or that drinking water and tissues weren't replenished. The security staff's attitudes also varied, and although things improved considerably after I consciously started tipping them, I was shocked when, upon checking out and getting into my vehicle, my Rimowa suitcase was dropped, breaking a wheel. Moreover, they remained silent about it, which I thought was terrible.

Although the facilities show signs of aging, they are well-maintained, which ensures a comfortable stay. One of the most distinctive features of this hotel is the consistently pleasant fragrance throughout the premises. Additionally, the location is superb, providing easy access to various destinations. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would recommend it to others.
