Small rooms but comfortable and affordable. Nice rooftop patio.

The place is not the best. The showerhead does not stay put because it does not fit. There is no bar. The rooftop area is pretty but inside is just an area to eat for a buffet breakfast.

It was a really good surprise. Lisboa is not too expensive and this hotel was the option due lack of other options. Loved the rooftop breakfast :)

The staff as was very helpful at the hotel, and had a great disposition. The roof top restaurant and outdoor roof deck was awesome. However, in the hotel room itself, the shower was so tiny I thought I was in an RV. :)

Good location, close to metro stop and grocery shops as well as some local cafes. Nice breakfast area with terrace.

Excellent service. Accommodated our family of 5 by adding an additional bed to the room. We enjoyed a glass of wine from the rooftop bar.

We had a good experience with the front desk and the room was clean but small. The shower curtain had some staining. The rooftop restaurant was nice but there was only one person seating, serving and cooking so it took a long time for us to eat. We were on the 6th floor and could hear the chairs moving on the roof.

Room was super tiny. The view was of the alley. The roof restaurant was nice, but they really seemed to want to close early and we arrived late.

Pænt og rent, venligt personale, fin morgenmad, små men ok værelser. Langt fra centrum, vi brugte Uber til st komme frem og tilbage fra hotel til centrum, det fungerede rigtig godt (5 EUR pr tur, vi var 4 personer) Hverken baren eller restauranten på hotellet var ikke åben. På anden dagen kom der ca. 50 skoleelever som larmede og fyldte alt for meget.

Room i was offered was smelling and water was everywhere on bathroom floor after I had shower, I asked reception to plz change my room which they did I got room changed and then There were cockroaches in my bathroom. I hope hotel fix this problem, rest all was good

La chambre était plus petite que ce que l'on imaginait, mais elle est suffisante pour dormir et heureusement qu'il y avait un petit balcon. Par contre la salle de bain était étroite. L'accès à la douche n'est pas évidant. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, pourtant nous avons eu des punaises de lit, pas super comme colocataires. Et puis, les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées. C'est assez désagréable d'entendre tous les bruits des autres chambres et surtout les portes qui claquent. Sinon le service est agréable, et le rooftop assez sympa. Pour la localisation, ça va, on peut aller dans le centre historique à pieds si on aime bien marcher, sinon il y a plusieurs transports en commun à côté.

O quarto é bem bom, muito limpo. Gostei de chegar e ter um cartão com um recado do hotel em nosso nome. Mostra um cuidado legal com os clientes. Só não me acostumei com a banheira/ chuveiro que é algo bem comum em muitos hotéis em Portugal. O restaurante do hotel também é bom com boas opções de lanche e comida. Destaque pra coxinha de frango e a atendente que foi muito simpática conosco. Fica a cerca de uns 6 minutos andando do metrô e a área é bem tranquila também

Bathroom smelled bad due to shower curtain not cleaned/changed in a while.

Lovely hotel with very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast had a good mixture of food. Would definitely stay again.

Very helpfull staff. Cleaning or change of towels as wanted, everyday. Quiet. Big bathroom in ghe room

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel. A notre arrivée je me suis rendue compte que j'avais oublié mon téléphone dans le taxi. La réceptionniste a été ultra efficace et s'est démenée pour retrouver le taxi, j'ai ainsi pu récupérer mon téléphone. Le personnel a été très agréable. La salle de petit déj est plutôt sympa. Par contre notre chambre était très très loin des photos de présentation: sombre, extrêmement humide (donc malodorante) et la moquette n'était pas clean clean. Une grande déception. Nous avons aéré en arrivant pour chasser l'odeur d'humidité mais nous avons rapidement été envahis par les mouches... Nous n'y retournerons pas.

Unwillingly opted to stay at this property due to a late arrival after a delayed flight. Apart from the lack of privacy as guests roam freely through the communal kitchenette, the room itself was infested with flies. To make matters worse, I woke up the next morning with several bug bites on my legs (likely from bed bugs) which caused me extreme discomfort for the rest of my trip in Portugal. Due to the lack of proper ventilation in the room, we also woke up with an uncomfortable feeling of dampness, on our bodies and in our clothes and belongings.

The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes in metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill is not easy as they say. The cleaning was fine. The staff too. Breakfast so so. Now the noise from next door rooms was horrible, no respect to anyone and beds not as confortable.

A very short stay after a cancelled FlyTap flight (didnt take the breakfast as we had a crazy early flight) but we loved the size of the room, the comfort and the large bathroom with a good sized shower

A szoba és a fürdő nagyon kicsi volt, és a falak nagyon vékony. Az emelet összes szobájából mindent hallottunk.

The room was nothing like the advertising picture. It was only just wide enough to get the double bed and bedside cabinets in. Bathroom was equally small though useable. Did provide tea and coffee making facility. Reliant on somebody being at reception to get access to the building and garage.

The property is fine for a mid range hotel, but was very overpriced for the size of the rooms.

Really enjoyed my stay at their hotel. Although, it was only for one night, the service, staff, food and room were excellent! I will definitely recommend to any coming to Lisbon, Portugal on a budget. Very affordable!

Poca flexibilidad para el cambio de habitación por una de 2 camas. Poca proactividad para hacer en otro horario la habitación que la teórica Rápidos en cobrar extras de limpieza por haber vomitado en la habitación.

Hotel DAH is easy to access from the Metro. Good choice when you have to catch a flight! Helpful and friendly staff.

The room was good and clean. But later in the night the toilet flush stopped working. The staff couldn’t help us at all. They couldn’t move us to new rooms or call any service people to fix it. We had to checkout and book and move to another hotel. It was very disappointing and inconvenient.

Conveniently located near the airport. Close and easy access to public transportation, especially If you want to quickly get to the center of Lisbon. The staff is great, very attentive and kind. They were willing to help when ever needed. The 24/7 reception was great for late check in. The only downside was the wifi could be spotty (for video calls) which was inconvenient as I was working from the hotel room. But not sure there was anything else that could be done. The hotel upgraded our room, which was kind, unexpected and truly appreciated.

Fornøyd med oppholdet. Ligger litt fra sentrum, men lett tilgang til metroen som tar ca 28 min. Anbefaler å gå til/fra sentrum, ca 1 times gange. Begrenset spise mulighet på hotellet, meget enkel meny. Fikk et lite rom, men greit når man bare skal være der noen dager. Betjening var hyggelige og serviceinnstilte. Feil på rom ble fikset med en gang. Alt i alt et hyggelig opphold.

Please beware of Hotel DAH in Lisbon...the treatment and experience we endured at this hotel were deplorable, unaccomodating, and unacceptable.We booked the quadruple room in order to accommodate our family; however the hotel management informed us that we only made a reservation for 4, even after showing them proof of 2 adults 3 children. The hotel stated that anyone older than 12 is considered an adult, and we are only allowed 4 adults. Our children are 17, 14, 14. We were willing to pay the extra bed charge fee, even though we felt that this should have been handled between Expedia and the hotel; however after the way we were treated we stated that we were not going to pay the extra bed fee. The General Manager later informed us after we had checked out, that the night attendant, who checked us in, will have to personally pay for the extra person as he did not request the $ from us at time of check-in. I find this very disturbing and disheartening that management would do this as he was the most pleasant person at the property. From being questioned the first night from staff as to why we were checking out the property and the overall feeling of being constantly watched, not welcomed, and unsafe, we decided to check out early, and hotel would not refund the nights not used since it was nonrefundable. There were other disappointing experiences, but didn't seem to matter to the manager as it is apparent they put profit over people. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

A l’arrivée on m’a donné le pass pour entrer dans la chambre. Ça n’a pas ouvert, j’ai envoyé mon fils à la réception pour demander à l’agent de réception de venir nous ouvrir la porte, il lui a dit tu peux essayer maintenant avec cette nouvelle carte. Ça n’a pas réglé le problème, j’ai dû descendre à la réception 4 ou 5 fois pour régler le problème. L’agent nous a demandé de s’asseoir dans le restaurant en attendant de trouver une solution pour débloquer la porte de la chambre. Après une demi heure je suis allé chez l’agent encore une fois. Il m’a dit qu’il doit parler avec son manager parce qu’il n’arrive pas à régler le problème. A ce moment là, je suis sorti avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants pour dîner, espérant qu’à notre arrivée nous allons pouvoir dans la chambre que j’ai réservé pour dormir, parce que nous avons un avion à prendre le lendemain matin à 6:00. À notre arrivée, l’agent nous a dit qu’il est désolé de ne pas pouvoir régler le problème et que la porte de la chambre est toujours bloqué et que nous pouvons passé la nuit dans 2 chambres séparés, chose que je n’ai pas aimé mais je n’avais pas le choix. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel

Way too expensive for the low quality hotel. Too far from then city center. Unattractive location. There is nothing to do in the area unless you take a Taxi and drive at least 15 minutes to get to the City Center. I paid over 200 euros within 2 days just for the taxi to take me to the city center and return to the hotel. Unless you leave the Hotel in the morning and do not come back until you go to sleep. They don't provide water even at a fee. You must buy it from the vender machine.

Hôtel agréable à proximité de l’aéroport. Chambre avec un grand lit, une terrasse et un petit frigo. Accueil très agréable malgré notre heure tardive.

Frühstücksbuffet bestand aus verschiedenen Brötchen, Obstsalat, Kuchen, Butter, Marmelade, zwei Wurst- und Käsesorten, Kafee- und Saftautomat. Preis/Leistung insgesamt gut für Lissabons Verhältnisse.

Quarto comido, confortável e muito limpo. Hotel bem localizado e com um pequeno almoço muito bom. A repetir!

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y el precio es excesivo, también hay muchos cargos adicionales inesperados.El desayuno no es bueno,la comida insípida y muy pocas opciones.

Petite chambre avec un tout petit balcon (différent de la photo) et salle de bain mal agencé, un bidet qu'il faut enjamber pour entrer ou sortir de la douche. Mal situé dans un quartier éloigné du centre, métro pas loin mais quartier peu sécurisant le soir. Le restaurant à éviter... 1 seule personne pour la cuisine et servir en même temps. Ne parle pas anglais, plats qui semble congelés et réchauffer.... par toujours chaud (cas du burger de nos voisins de table qui ont retourné leur burger encore limite congelé )
