Quarto sujo e cheirando cigarro. Pessoal não limpa e aspira os quartos. Como existe a possibilidade de existir um hotel que cobrar o valor de mercado, como fotos que expressam a realidade. O café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções, local escuro e totalmente desconfortável. Não gostamos do café da manhã que era 12 euros e fomos para o hotel B&B que era 10 euros no rooftop com visão panorâmica e uma entrega extraordinária. Não hospedamos no B&B, mas na próxima ficaremos. Fica uma recomendação para o Hotéis.com ter mais critério nas avaliações para compor as estrelas.

While the staff was kind and helpful, the AC worked, the designated parking for extra money was convenient for the narrow streets of the neighborhood and the concept seems good, the execution needs a lot of help. Basically the photographer has done an amazing job making the rooms look … well, really good. Mine didn’t. Once inside, none of the extras were in the room making it feel like a “by the hour” motel room. Were it not for the bleached looking stark white sheet covered comforter thing proving it was clean I may have not sat down. The street and sidewalk leading into the hotel are destroyed (city problem not hotel clearly) and the sign is falling off the side of the building (hotel problem) adding to the effect. Overall, I would never go back to this hotel … or its chain maybe. I’d definitely look closer to the photos to see how doctored it was.

Por ser um hotel novo alguns detalhes ainda não estão nas unidades. Por exemplo, um frigobar, cofre. Achei o pequeno almoço um pouquinho caro pelo que oferecem, 11€. Mas, as pessoas são muito receptivas e atenciosas. Localização boa.
