Pool hours are 8am to 11pm. Pool area was the dirtiest, leaves all over floor, some floating in pool. Pools didnt look all that clean. Pool was actually colder than a typical one. Hot tub was nice & hot. Hotel breakfast was decent. - pancakes, breads, cereals, folded eggs & bacon. Seasoned potato cubes ( sunday ) Lots of restaurants around the area to eat at, a few walking distance, walmart across the road. Target a block down, mall about a mile down. The guy was extremly friendly, very detailed, smiled, acknowledged you every time you walked by. There was lady who seemed rather annoyed, didnt acknowledge. Housekeeping grabbed towels from room while gone & didnt even replace them with new ones. 1 towel was replaced. Soap bottles are basically a 1 time use, so if you have more than 1, or shower more than once either bring your own or ask for extras when reservations / when you get there. AC & heat didnt really seem to work. Temperature really flucuated!

This is an older property that needs updating. They have a great pool-hot tub area, but sadly the hot tub was cold when we got in it. The room we stayed in was small, dated, and in need of some repairs, but it was clean, and the beds were incredibly soft and comfortable. They did have a nice sized breakfast area with a great array of breakfast choices. Mixed feelings about this hotel.

My room had black mold all over the ceiling of the bathroom, probably due to the fan being broken. The floors of my room were visibly dirty with crumbs and dust. Other than that was pretty much your standard hotel experience.

This hotel was just ok. The rooms were not overly clean, and the bathrooms were pretty disgusting. The shower curtain and rubber bath mat definitely need to be replaced. The beds were comfortable so that definitely was a plus.

Room was tidy and bed nice. Bathroom is a disaster, with broken toilet seat, broken towel rack, and water very slow to drain in shower and sink. 3 minute shower and your feet are underwater. Absolutely gross in the hospitality industry.

There were huge spider webs on the ceiling, we had to clean the room ourselves and there was not a smoke detector, just some wires hanging out of the ceiling. We called for an extra sheet to cover the arm chair in the room and a smoke detector and the poor woman working the desk was horrified that she was told they could not give out detectors because they were getting new ones some time soon. The breakfast was excellent and the staff kind but the room was gross and clearly not up to fire code. I hate leaving a bad review but our expectations were low to start and this place was not worth 170 bucks a night.

Check in was great with a very kind employee. Once in room, it was very damp and smelled very musty (like an old wet basement). This made it very hard to fall asleep. Also, or door would not latch all the way when closed and could be opened from the hallway side by simply pushing it open. We had to use both locks to ensure no one could open from outside. Since we were only there to sleep (less than 9 hours) we just dealt with it and left first thing in the morning. I will add however that the breakfast was great and the common areas of hotel were very tidy. Lastly, beds were very comfortable.

Both the sink and tub drains were very, very slow to drain. When we turned the heat on, the curtains blew out and the heat was just going up to the window. Had to put shoes on the window seal to keep them down. Breakfast was delicious!!

Did not like sink next to door. Small 'bathroom' space. Shower curtain did not stay closed, slid down to middle. Clothes hook on bathroom wall was loose. No thermostat in room. TV schedule of channels did not match TV channels. The TV did not work well all the time. Noisy hallways after 10pm on a Saturday. Kids running, noisy. Breakfast area and food was great. Pool and area was good, although small. Morning cleaning staff was cheerful and helpful.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The night desk clerk got our room quickly, but when we went upstairs to it, we found the TV was inoperable. He responded quickly and gave us a new room within 10 minutes, delivering a new set of card keys and a guarantee that everything was in working order. Breakfast was fresh and hot in the morning.

The person who checked me in took forever and then put me in a room that was already occupied. Went down and got new room. Five minutes later people started walking in my room. The person at the desk gave another person my room FIVE MINUTES AFTER GIVING ME THAT ROOM. And the sheets had stains on them.

Hotel was okay. Service at check in was good. Front desk person was very friendly. Next day our room key was not working and no one was at front desk for 20minutes. Called from house phone and no answer. Housekeeping ladies were taking a break in dining area and just kept looking at me. No help at all. Finally desk person came and didn't even ask for my ID for our room and she was not friendly at all. Got upstairs and housekeeping had let my husband in. -She was one of the housekeeping staff that was on break. Other than that annoyance, hotel was quiet and just okay. Will probably stay somewhere else next time. Price was decent for hotel, but I think there's better choices in Alex.

Ended up having to stop on our road trip unexpectedly due to vehicle trouble. Clean, comfortable bed, staff were friendly and helpful. When our vehicle was not able to be fixed in time for checkout the next morning, the staff were extremely accommodating.

I am wry upset with the fact that there were 2 dogs in the room next to me. They were constantly barking. I called the front desk and they did nothing about it. There is no excuse for dogs to be in a hotel. I was five minutes away from calling the police and they finally stopped. Also the bathroom was so tiny! Dangerous! I could hardly move in there. I did like the shower and not having a bath tub. The room was clean and not dirty. The breakfast was nice.

Staff at the check in desk isn’t friendly or inviting. When I asked if that’s where we checked in, it seemed like I was disrupting her. No smile, welcome, nothing. Our room was right now to the cleaning crews storage closet, talk about noise when they’re getting ready in the morning! Then when we were showering and getting ready, they knocked on our door at 9:30! It felt like they just wanted us to check out early so they could get the room cleaned. Breakfast wasn’t anything to right home about, we chose not to eat. I wouldn’t say it’s a bad hotel, but I won’t be returning.

We needed a room overnight while traveling with my husband who is a RV transporter. They had a convenient spot to park the rig in their parking lot plus a Walmart parking lot was adjacent to theirs. It was a little noisy when we were checking in because there was a group of figure skaters also lodging there. Asked for a quiet room and were put on the second floor. Was very quiet plus the pool closed at 10 pm. The free breakfast was served from 6-10 am on Saturday morning. Had your usual breakfast offerings and was kept clean and organized. Would stay there again if passing through.

This hotel was an unexpected find. The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly. My room was clean, quiet and the bed super comfy. I could not have been more pleased. I will stay here from mow on. Even though it is close to the hoghway and surrounded by busy stores and venues, my room was very quiet.

Would be nice to have some Kleenex in the room. Shower was very slow. Staff was busy with a their child when we were checking in, not very professional! No milk for breakfast.

A stop over hotel on a longer trip. We had two rooms and wished there was a suite in this hotel. No such offer was available. Room size was ok and seemed adequate.

Everything was in good shape except the tub/shower It was super slippery and ceiling could have used a little repair as the paint was peeling All the rest seemed to be very well taken care of !

The staff was so helpful, especially the man running the breakfast buffet. Everything was well-stocked and clean. There were even some Gluten-free options and dairy-free options. The rooms were quiet and clean.

This was an good buy for the money. The pillow cases may be frayed but the room was very clean and the mattress was okay. You could tell it was well used with a few dips but not bad. The staff were overall friendly. Scott Wiener was terrific at check in. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard fare but it was warm and plentiful.
