Geweldig hotel met zeer grote kamer en badkamer. 2 Hele goede 1 persoonsbedden en een voortreffelijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Personeel erg behulpzaam. Mooie gratis parkeergarage. Op het bed lag alleen een overtrek. We moesten het dekbed er nog zelf in doen.

El hotel es carísimo para lo que ofrece (entorno feo en un polígono), lo único bueno es que está cerca del parque Warner. Las habitaciones apestaban a tabaco añejo y había quemaduras en las cortinas, a pesar de estar prohibido fumar. El baño estaba anticuado y con el suelo de la bañera abollado y la silicona de las juntas marrón. El domingo tras el check out la terraza al lado de la entrada principal estaba sucísima con vasos y botellas sucias en las mesas (eran las 11:30). El personal correcto, sin mucho más. Lo bueno el parking gratis y el acceso rápido a la autovía y un centro comercial cercano.

It's quite possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Paper thin walls, doors slamming at all hours of the night, misleading photos of rooms/amenities, ripped bed sheets, no functioning TV, and worst of all, lumpy beds. Regardless of it's convenient location it offers nothing else. At this price I could've stayed at the Ramada and gotten some actual sleep with 0 else.

It's quite possibly the worst hotel stay I've ever had. Habitaciones modernas, amplias y limpias. El baño tenía de todo lo necesario (geles, champús, cremas, etc). La atención al cliente muy eficiente y correcta. Por poner un defecto sería que la habitación estaba orientada hacia la autovía y , a pesar de que estaba bastante insonorizado, se oía el paso de los vehículos.

Maybe at the time, this was a 4-star hotel, but not anymore. The executive suite has a bed made of springs and a terrible pillow. Terrible back pain. Despite this, the room is nice and allows one to relax. Nice restaurant service. Breakfast was generous in variety, but the quality didn't seem that good.

I got there on Friday afternoon and there was no manager on duty because of Friday and wouldn’t be one till Monday. The receptionist was a very young girl with no experience and there were more than 15 people in line to get their rooms!!! She wouldn’t give us what we reserved and wanted to give us a room with 2 separate beds! After shouting and screaming, we managed to enter what we booked. Stay away and forgo there!

Nice hotel with unique private parking. Close to Ciemposzelos. Try and get a room far away from the lobby because it gets noisy and rooms are not soundproof.

Breakfast was great, delicious. Staffs responded quickly and efficiently. Roon was spacious. Clean spolessly. Right next highway, but very quite. Nothing to claim.

El hotel es carísimo para lo que ofrece (entorno feo en un polígono), lo único bueno es que está cerca del parque Warner. Las habitaciones apestaban a tabaco añejo y había quemaduras en las cortinas, a pesar de estar prohibido fumar. El baño estaba anticuado y con el suelo de la bañera abollado y la silicona de las juntas marrón. El domingo tras el check out la terraza al lado de la entrada principal estaba sucísima con vasos y botellas sucias en las mesas (eran las 11:30). El personal correcto, sin mucho más. Lo bueno el parking gratis y el acceso rápido a la autovía y un centro comercial cercano.

Geweldig hotel met zeer grote kamer en badkamer. 2 Hele goede 1 persoonsbedden en een voortreffelijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Personeel erg behulpzaam. Mooie gratis parkeergarage. Op het bed lag alleen een overtrek. We moesten het dekbed er nog zelf in doen.

Maybe at the time, this was a 4-star hotel, but not anymore. The executive suite has a bed made of springs and a terrible pillow. Terrible back pain. Despite this, the room is nice and allows one to relax. Nice restaurant service. Breakfast was generous in variety, but the quality didn't seem that good.

It was like staying in a ramada Inn on a highway in the 1990's because the hotel was FAR from Madrid the city. We went 8 train stops, a long bus ride and longish walk to get there from Madrid. We were in the middle of an industrial area--not even in Pinto, the town where the train station was. This hotel should not be advertised as a place to stay in Madrid, Spain. The room was large and comfortable, except we couldn't get the air conditioner to stop and we were cold.

Although the hotel was clean, the room smelled too bad because of smoking even they gave me a non smoking room. If you do not have a car, it is too far from city, but close to a shopping center.
