J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Son principal atout est sans aucun doute son emplacement exceptionnel, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du port de Saint-Raphaël. Tout est facilement accessible, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement de la ville sans avoir à utiliser sa voiture. L’accueil a également été un vrai point fort. La personne à la réception était très gentille, souriante, chaleureuse et disponible, ce qui met tout de suite à l’aise. La chambre était propre, fonctionnelle et agréable. J’ai également apprécié les petites attentions à l’arrivée, comme la bouteille d’eau mise à disposition, qui font toujours plaisir. Le seul point négatif concerne l’insonorisation. On entend assez facilement les conversations et les bruits provenant des chambres voisines, ce qui peut être gênant selon les voisins que l’on a. En dehors de ce détail, j’ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour. C’est un hôtel que je recommande pour son excellent emplacement, la qualité de son accueil et sa propreté.
