Ich kann dieses Ibis Hotel allen empfehlen. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit in allen teilen. Die Zimmer recht gross so wie die Dusche auch, dazu alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ausreichen und gut. Das Gratis Parken in der Tiefgarage wunderbar. Zu Fuss ist man ist schnell im Centrum.

Wir haben 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung, die Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Leider war die Umgebung des Hotels sehr laut, da sich ein Kinderspielplatz direkt vor dem Hoteleingang befindet. Die Schlüsselkarte funktionierte oft nicht, sodass wir sie mehrfach wechseln mussten. Das gesamte Gebäude verfügt nur über einen kleinen Aufzug für die Gäste, was zu sehr langen Wartezeiten führte. Das Personal war unfreundlich. Zum Beispiel wurde mir beim Frühstück, während ich mir Kaffee aus der Maschine einschenkte, die Milch ohne Vorwarnung vom Personal weggenommen, ohne dass man mich informierte oder sich entschuldigte. Insgesamt empfand ich den Preis für die gebotenen Leistungen als zu hoch.

The hotel was clean and modern, the room comfortable. Free secure onsite parking was a great point for us. Plenty of cafe's and convenience stores nearly. Train station was an easy 800m walk and goes directly into the city. If looking to eat out, we highly recommend Calvari Pizzaria.

Nice budget hotel with outstanding service. Room was clean and the bed very comfy. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The restaurant and bar were good with fair prices. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of hot choices. A self serve laundry is a short walk away with many local cafes with good food and even better prices are close by. But. The hotel is outside the city. It is a good ten minute walk to the train station that goes to Barcelona. If you should purchase the Barcelona tourist card with metro/buses and trams be aware it does not cover the commuter trains. With the walk to the station it is about 45 mins. to Barcelona. The area is safe to walk even at night. Enjoy your stay.

First time coming to Barcelona qith my wife, and while doing the checking a girl with glasses ask for our passport, and once she saw my wife passport she made a HUGE face, not sure if it was because of her nationality with is disrespectful, staff overral was not good, only was gentleman I do not know his him but it was a gentleman around his 40s was the best of everybody, the rest of the staff is not friendly, first day there elevator sid not work, we had to carry everything to the third floor, A/C was not working on the room, size of room is good, bed was awful for being an hotel, hostal have better matress, area was a little unsafe, breakfast was good cant deny that and the room was pretty clean, the hotel is,25min away to get to las ramblas, and Barcelonetta, overrall I think I will look for another place next time.

From the moment we walked in staff was not friendly at all. It was like they dreaded to have us there. There was no smile and no welcoming. The room and the bathroom had a great size for a couple. However, the shower tiles are moldy which makes it seem like they are not properly scrubbed. The walls at the entrance of the room were extremely dirty and a wall even had a patched up area they did a quick fixer upper on. We had contacted the Hotel a month before our stay to extend our stay for one more day which they had replied and agreed to. The day we had extended our stay for cleaning service just knocks and quickly opens the door and says that we have to go and its time for check out while we are sleeping. I let her now that we had extended our stay more than one month ago. Then reception calls our room telephone to tell us we have to be down there in less than an hour to extend our stay. This was tedious because we planned ahead and somehow something got lost in communication with their team. Overnight reception team was rude and not welcoming while the day employees were all sweethearts.

Zimmer stanken extrem nach Rauch obwohl geworben wird 100% Rauchfrei. Im neuem Zimmer war das Bad verschimmet und Laminat war so auf geqwolen das, die Badezimmertüre nicht zu ging. Matratze war in mehreren teilen und nur mit einem Topper belegt. Personal sehr unfreundlich Barkeeper konnte zwei Weine ohne Taschenrechner nicht zusammen rechnen. Hätte wenigstens eine Entschuldigung erwartet wegen die Zimmer. Ibis ihr könnt besser. Sehr enttäuscht.

Excellent stay at Ibis Ripollet Barcelona, last week of September. Kind staff, quick check in, very clean and quiet, excellent breakfast. We will come here again. Easy walk to the train station, in 20-25 minutes we got at Placa Catalunya.

Atendimento excelente, achamos pouco longe dos pontos turísticos. Alguns detalhes de limpeza, como toalha de banho manchada, mas pessoal do hotel trocou de pronto. Café da manhã muito bom. O colchão muito mole pra dormir, muita dor nas costas. Estadia razoável.

They say there is air conditioning in the rooms, but they get to determine when you can use it, and it was off for our entire three day stay. Unusable, due to the central unit being off. So we spent three days roasting in a smoky room (the smoking was not the hotel’s fault, but man it was stinky). Pretty clean otherwise. Okay area, about a 12 min walk from the metro, then 50-60 minutes to the old town.

From the moment we walked in staff was not friendly at all. It was like they dreaded to have us there. There was no smile and no welcoming. The room and the bathroom had a great size for a couple. However, the shower tiles are moldy which makes it seem like they are not properly scrubbed. The walls at the entrance of the room were extremely dirty and a wall even had a patched up area they did a quick fixer upper on. We had contacted the Hotel a month before our stay to extend our stay for one more day which they had replied and agreed to. The day we had extended our stay for cleaning service just knocks and quickly opens the door and says that we have to go and its time for check out while we are sleeping. I let her now that we had extended our stay more than one month ago. Then reception calls our room telephone to tell us we have to be down there in less than an hour to extend our stay. This was tedious because we planned ahead and somehow something got lost in communication with their team. Overnight reception team was rude and not welcoming while the day employees were all sweethearts.

Absolutely great hotel! Staff were very helpful, cleaners were amazing! Great location if you want to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, the train into the city centre is a ten minute walk away and easily accessible. There is a Lidl 2 min walk away along with kfc, McDonald’s and a lovely Japanese restaurant! Would 100% stay again. We had a small issue with our room key not working but this was quickly resolved and they only thing we could critique would be they only Provide one pillow and the towels were quite small! Otherwise amazing

That Hotel is okay and the price is fine. But the customer service was really bad. I Wanted to cancel 2 nights at the hotel only after a few hours at the hotel but because I’ve reserve with Expedia they said they couldn’t do anything. Ive tried with expedia to find a solution and they were really great and helpful they managed to give me back a partial refund because the Hotel said I were there since more than 24h and that wasn’t true so I’ve ended up to still pay for two night even if I wasn’t even there for 2 nights.

Very nice hotel, hood breakfast, friendly - helpful staff. Little bit far from Barcelona center - there is a train station in 5 min walk, but train schedule is not always accurate, which can cause issues, especially traveling back to the hotel at the evening. But overall it’s a nice hotel for a good price, with a lot of shops/ food options around it.

Albergo molto carino e molto pulito. Vicinissimo ad un supermercato e McDonald. A due passi dalla fermata dell’autobus che arriva fino al centro. Mentre per la stazione del treno bisogna camminare un po’, una decina di minuti ma niente di impossibile. La zona nonostante a prima vista non sia proprio delle migliori alla fine mi è piaciuta molto.

Excellent stay at Ibis Ripollet Barcelona, last week of September. Kind staff, quick check in, very clean and quiet, excellent breakfast. We will come here again. Easy walk to the train station, in 20-25 minutes we got at Placa Catalunya.

Hotel padrão como em toda a rede Ibis, porém o café da manhã só tem o básico do básico, pouquíssimas opções e qualidade bem precária. Há uma estação de trem próxima que serve como ponto de partida e chegada para Barcelona. Para quem estiver de carro, há um estacionamento na rua bem tranquilo e que em geral você encontrará vagas. No geral a experiência foi mediana, procuraria outra opção.

Excelled my expectations. The only thing is the bar service. Not sure if the attendee knew how to mix drinks as to the mojito i ordered was not good. So to avoid issues beer was the option. I would have preferred cocktails. Located in thr outskirt of main Barcelona so just plan properly to avoid traffic within the city.

Ich kann dieses Ibis Hotel allen empfehlen. Sehr freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit in allen teilen. Die Zimmer recht gross so wie die Dusche auch, dazu alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ausreichen und gut. Das Gratis Parken in der Tiefgarage wunderbar. Zu Fuss ist man ist schnell im Centrum.

Clean room great location. A little away from Barcelona main city. 10 minute walk to the nearest train station. Grocery shop around the corner also a burger king. For me only problem is the language barrier. Some of the staff was arrogant when the spoke. Sorry just my take of wat I experienced in the hotel. Won't be staying here again.
