Rooms are very basic. The linens were not very clean and had stains on them. There was also no view from the window. The staff were not helpful at all. I would recommend looking for other places to stay in the area.

Bed comfortable, pillows provided one soft and one hard v gd. Breakfast is wide spread, fruits, eggs, noodles and rice. The hotel has very strict policy on check-in time.

The hotel is very convenient to various locations(ferry terminal, markets,eateries,etc). Massage is a cab ride way.Hotel is comfortable, clean, and has all the necessary amenities , except refridgerator and safe box in room. Would recommend this hotel for a few days stay in Tanjung Pinang.

Across the road there is a cafe where its very chill and had goos food too. 2 24-hours pharmacy is a stone throw away and its adjacent to Jln Merdeka where ther locals go to shop, do marketing and find food.
