Ashford Motel

One of the perks of this place is that it's in a quiet area. It's not hard to get to the highway but overall, it feels very remote. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the AC in my room worked very well. Everyone that I encountered that worked there were very nice and I liked having a parking space right outside the room. Also, I didn’t hear a peep out of my neighbors even though the room on either side of me had occupants. On the flip side, the bathroom left something to be desired as both the toilet's ability to flush fully and the water pressure in the shower were questionable. But really the only "complaint" I have is the pervasive smell of smoke. Even though my room was non smoking the whole room would stink every time somone was smoking outside. They might as well have been sitting right next to me doing it for as strong as the smell was. But it's a really inexpensive place so I tried to keep my expectations reasonable. Overall, I was happy with my stay and in so long as I was only there for one night, I would stay again.

It was clean and I only needed s place to sleep for the night. Looking for something cheap and clean, and that's what it was. They did make me leave a hundred dollar cash deposit for incidentals which was unexpected.

I travel solo to go antiquing and when looking to book an overnight everything was very expensive due to the time of year. I had known of the Ashford Motel for years simply from passing their sign on I-84! I really needed to save money paying for accommodations so I booked at the Ashford Motel because it is one of the least expensive motels in the area. The property is older but the young woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful! I stayed in a double room right near the office. I like that you can park in front of your room. The room was fine for a one night stay. It had what I needed. I wanted to relax and not have to drive home after a day of antiquing and I was able to do so! The shower was decent and the bed not bad. I brought snacks and drinks with me and ordered dinner delivered to my room door. I slept well. Overall for the price it was good! It’s right off 84 so the location is convenient.

Very poor, run down and dingy condition.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was basic but clean and comfortable.
