The sofa in the room had a big rip in it and also in the bathroom the toilet paper was placed in a position where you need long arms to reach it

Room smelled good and was clean!

Front desk hardly said a word and when did was hard to understand. When booked in advance would be nice to get notice of pool be closed for the stay as that was the only reason we booked at this hotel…would have chosen someplace else without a pool

Our check-in took forever, and when we finally got to our room, the key cards didn’t even work. Once inside, we found the fridge wasn’t working—which was a major issue since I was staying there for a procedure and needed to keep my medication cold. Maintenance was sent, but the person who showed up smelled strongly of alcohol, which was very concerning. I then tried to turn on the heat, and it barely worked. When I went to take a shower, the water never got properly hot. To top it all off, the bed caved in the middle and had a strong, unpleasant odor. This used to be my favorite hotel to stay at, but since the new ownership took over, the quality has gone downhill significantly. Overall, this felt more like a Motel 6 than what this place used to be.
