I was unaware of the $15 daily parking charge so that was upsetting. The pool area appeared dirty or moldy, but I think it was just in need of paint. Food was not great, especially the sausage patties and muffins were still really cold from being frozen and things ran out before the attendant could refill. Elevator was really slow. There was not enough bath towels provided for two guests, only two for two days use.

Overall the hotel was excellent. The pool wasn't the most exciting, and the tiki bar opened much later than posted, but for a last minute stay, with access to the beach, it was excellent! Bri, at the front desk, was the best!

Staff on arrival was amazing. Access to EV charger was a plus and one of the reasons I booked here. When I booked it showed parking included. Staff stated there was a parking charge. When I brought it to their attention they corrected the problem without issue. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing was that we were unable to use the pool and spa because of maintenance, that was a bit disappointing but the beach made up for it,

Cons: The fitness center was closed and running on the roads made me a little uncomfortable, especially with the snow/ice. The noise during breakfast from renovations was so loud. Pros: Very clean, great hot tub, breakfast was amazing. The views could not be beat! I would give 4 1/2 stars if I could.

Very pleased with our stayed! Check in was quick, parking was easy and our room was ready and clean. Modern, updated decor. Comfortable beds and a great view. It was also surprisingly quiet. Great location- Close to many restaurants and activities. Breakfast was okay but the morning staff was fabulous! Elevators were slow especially if you were on the higher floors. Pool and chess to beach was wonderful!

So many things wrong with this hotel. I expected better for the price. First, the main issue...no disability access to the beach. I even spoke with an employee on the phone before coming about renting a beachwheelchair for my disabled daughter and they didnt mention that stairs were the only way on the beach. Secondly, the rooms aren't cleaned everyday. Our room was "cleaned" once during our four night stay. The sheets weren't changed despite being dirty and sandy. We had to take our own trash out and ask for towels multiple times. Then there is the issue of the LOUD doors. They slam so loud! And the noise from other rooms was disturbing. Lastly the cost to park one vehicle after paying so much for a room? This wasn't disclosed until we were there.

Beautiful location with easy access to beach and simply walk across street for several restaurants/Publix/CVS. Most staff members were very nice and helpful, but I asked twice for the moldy showerhead to be cleaned and it was never done in our 5 days there...this was extremely disappointing as I have 2 children with severe allergies to mold and having black mold on the showerhead was just downright gross and unacceptable. The mold on the ceiling above shower was bad as well.

Stayed in room 203. Service was very friendly. Location perfect, right off the beach. Room was musty and dirty upon arrival. Water bugs and other small bugs present in our room. Bath tub and sink didn’t drain, showered in ankle deep water each time. Our fridge was broken upon arrival. AC in room didn’t work, floor under AC unit saturated with condensation. Hot tub was broken, water cold. Dirty sheets left on pull out couch on arrival. Ice machine on 2nd floor broken. Would not stay here again. Booked this room, spending a little more, with hopes of having a nice place to stay, would have been better at a La Quinta. DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

I have mixed feelings on this property after staying there for multiple nights. It was an expensive hotel, but that makes sense because of its location. So, that was expected, but ultimately I just didn't feel like our experience as a whole was very good. The location is great, and they had plenty of parking, and having free breakfast at a more resort style hotel is a great perk. However, we had issues with the cleanliness of our room, we couldn't ever really get our room to cool down, the AC struggled at best... The room smelled... Well, like animals. This hotel allows pets and I've stayed at tons of hotels that allow pets, but I'd never seen so many roaming around as I did here. And frankly, you could tell... Because the AC struggled to keep the room cool it got kind of muggy in there during the day, and that kind of brought out the animal smells from previous occupants. There was also previous pet hair all over the floors. If you walked around the room in socks they'd be covered with pet hair, so if you have allergies to that stuff. I'd avoid this hotel. Overall, it was... Okay, and I'm trying not to nitpick, but we paid a lot to stay here for a vacation and felt like we ended up staying the whole time with other people's pets.

The pet odor was overwhelming! The carpet had been destroyed in one area of the room. The apolstered chair in front of the desk needed to be cleaned. When I contacted them they simply stated they were a pet friendly hitel. I was very disappointed as I normally like to stay at a Hampton Inn. Fortunately, when I contacted hotels.com, they were able to negotiate an early departure. Pet friendly is fine but hotels should reserve some rooms for those who do not want to sleep where animals have been sleeping.

Upon arrival to our room, we noticed one bed was slightly disheveled. Walking to the side a blood stain was noticed on pillow and hair on counter. Immediately called front desk to be told, they could not move us as hotel was full and asked if we wanted new pillow...seriously. Housekeeping came , changed out the blood stained pillow and put fresh sheets and pillow coverings on. I personally recleabed entire room as counters and tub were also dirty. The window had mold growing, elevators were never swept during 4 day stay. Breakfast staff was helpful, food was very good.

The hotel was in excellent shape and the staff was attentive for the most part, I would stay again following these things get corrected. The one day that I stayed over my room was NOT serviced. The hotel had a flea infestation, 80% of the time I walked onto the carpet of my room a flea or two would jump onto my feet. Other than that the room, beach view was really nice.

Overall a good experience. The best part of our stay was having easy access to the beach. The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean but towels were dingy and old. We also had difficulty getting enough towels for all of our guest. There were also a lot of gnats in the breakfast area.

Well I’ll start by saying the view was beautiful a nice outdoor balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean. My family enjoyed that. What we didn’t enjoy was the cleanliness of the rooms. The bathroom was dirty. There appeared to be old feces on the wall near the toilet tissue. There was a roach in the room crawling on the table. I killed it, but we spent the next night and a half worried about possible bed bugs and/or other roaches getting in our stuff. If I’m going to pay several hundred dollars, I shouldn’t see or have to worry about ANY bug in the room. The refrigerator was broken and leaking all over the floor. I will say that they sent maintenance and he changed the refrigerator out to another one. The television’s volumed continued to randomly increase to max volume without us doing so. We had to constantly adjust it to a normal level. You had to hold the remote in a weird angle just to get it to work properly. Overall it was too many problems for my liking considering the amount I paid. I have stayed in other places for cheaper with no issues.

Property is mediocre. Rooms need updates and elevators are very old. Free continental breakfast was a perk but I've lost my appetite after seeing roaches roaming around the dinning areas. Also, the main reason I booked the hotel and reserved room 904 the day before was for the beach's view. Check in time is 4pm. I came into the hotel to see if the room is ready and was told it's being cleaned as of now. They will notified when it's ready. At 3:15pm, I received app message saying my room is ready! I came to check in at 4:00pm and was told that my room 904 is no longer available and was placed in room 218. The receptionist was very unwelcoming and nonchalant. Room 218 viewed was partially obstructed by the indoor pool's roof. I don't see anything about "Hilton Honors" did measure to their standards! Will not stay at this hotel again!
Property is mediocre. Rooms need updates and elevators are very old. Free continental breakfast was a perk but I've lost my appetite after seeing roaches roaming around the dinning areas. Also, the main reason I booked the hotel and reserved room 904 the day before was for the beach's view. Check in time is 4pm. I came into the hotel to see if the room is ready and was told it's being cleaned as of now. They will notified when it's ready. At 3:15pm, I received app message saying my room is ready! I came to check in at 4:00pm and was told that my room 904 is no longer available and was placed in room 218. The receptionist was very unwelcoming and nonchalant. Room 218 viewed was partially obstructed by the indoor pool's roof. I don't see anything about "Hilton Honors" did measure to their standards! Will not stay at this hotel again!

The only real issue is the beds were not comfortable. The staff was amazing! Helpful and friendly. The beach is clean and absolutely beautiful! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

It does not quite look like the images but by no means is it bad, just looked quite different. The pool is tiny compared to the amount of rooms and visitors it holds. Room was small, but very nice, clean and comfortable. The elevators are an absolute pain though. It being beach front I expected to pay $$$ but not sure that it lived up to the dollar amount.

I reserved a room with an ocean view and balcony. When I got there they gave me room 508, and the balcony door would not open. They tried to stick me with it and only after 30 minutes of arguing they gave me another room

The room we were in was on the end of the building where a new hotel is being built. Couldn't really enjoy the balcony due to noise, crew, and mess. However, while inside of the room it was very quiet and the room was very clean and nice. The staff was amazing and so friendly. I would stay here again, hopefully, without the construction next time.

Very pleased with our stayed! Check in was quick, parking was easy and our room was ready and clean. Modern, updated decor. Comfortable beds and a great view. It was also surprisingly quiet. Great location- Close to many restaurants and activities. Breakfast was okay but the morning staff was fabulous! Elevators were slow especially if you were on the higher floors. Pool and chess to beach was wonderful!

They were building a high rise right next door. Noisy. No streaming Service and couldn’t get on their WI FI Staff were friendly. Wouldn’t go back Breakfast meat was under cooked. Too expensive for an average experience

Beautiful location. Great value, but some things in my room were showing disrepair. The curtains were torn and the patio door handle was broken. The key cards didn’t work often and staff seemed very aware of this issue hotel wide.

Really enjoyed our stay. Love being right on the beach. Had a little issue with the AC. The room would get really warm and it did not automatically cut on I would have to turn it down myself. Same way when it got to cold. It would not turn off. I kept having to adjust it so it would go on and off. Also the electrical outlets were so lose the chargers and hairdryer plugs kept falling out. Finally some around the floor that would stay in. Other than that. Loved the place. People so nice.

The front desk staff is excellent!! We were there 4 months ago looking for a house in the area. We came back to spend a few nights on the beach and as soon as I walked in the gal that helped us last time remember me right away!! We plan on staying a few nights every month to get our beach fix in!

Just an overall amazing experience from the time I hit the door! They go above and beyond to assure your are satisfied! Just to mention a few who made the experience even better was Sonia who was just gracious and seem very happy to be at work, the amazing front desk staff and Ms.Awesome at the Tiki bar!!!!

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing—particularly with the front desk staff. Upon arrival after a 10-hour drive, I walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged. I stood awkwardly until the front desk staff finished their personal conversation before I was helped. Two weeks before my trip, I spoke directly with the hotel and Expedia about needing a larger room after adding a fifth adult to our party. I was told it was noted and taken care of at no additional cost. Yet when I arrived, there was no record of that conversation, and I was told I’d have to pay full price for another room, despite already paying in full through Expedia. Frustrated, I asked if I should call Expedia to sort it out—which I shouldn’t have had to do in the first place. The same front desk associate basically said yes. I was exhausted from being up since 2am, and this was the last thing I wanted to deal with. After calling Expedia, they confirmed a record of the request but said it lacked details about a room upgrade. They then called the hotel, spoke to the same associate I did, and magically—she got the manager involved. Within minutes, the manager approved the request with zero pushback. Why wasn’t this solution offered to me directly? Why did I have to go through hoops for something that could’ve been resolved right away? When I was finally checked in, there was no clear communication—no directions, no info about breakfast, Wi-Fi, amenities—nothing.

Be sure that you are getting the room you reserved before paying for your stay. We paid for a larger room and were assigned to a small room with a terrible view. Staff were adamant that we were assigned the correct room. Front desk staff person, Sha-Cara was very rude. You also have to chase staff down to get additional towels. We won't be back. Disappointing.

Check in staff was super nice. Started out strong. But after that it was downhill. Our keys didn’t work. I had to get new ones multiple times each day. I am not sure if this was due to a system being down or what the issue was. Nothing was explained. We had to ask where to take our garbage and ask for toilet paper. They state the rooms are cleaned every other day. However my room was never cleaned. Pros free covered parking. Right on the beach. Good breakfast. Staff could have been a little friendlier and helpful.

Clean room, great staff and location! Our refrigerator didn’t work, and when I told the desk, they sent someone up within minutes with a new one! Very happy with our stay; we will be back.

I had to contact the front desk one day before my check in due a late date arrival. I called the number showed at website too many times and nobody answered. So I called the Hilton Costumer Service directly and ask them to call the hotel or write a note in my reservation to hold my stay. At end, I arrived late and my stay was hold and me and my family enjoy the hotel and amenities. So I just want let the hotel to know about this lack of communication.

The staff was absolutely amazing and my room was clean and comfortable; with easy access to the beach and restaurants. My only suggestion would be to disclose/remind guests of the daily parking rate of $15 during checkin. I would have paid it regardless, but it would have been nice to know in advance I was going to pay $45-$60 to park for a few days. Despite that, I would stay again. I enjoyed myself.

Incredibly the beach is totally handicapped INACCESSIBLE! There is no ramp, nor is there an automatic door opener for the handicapped. This is unacceptable. In addition, there were many elderly guests who struggled to get through the heavy doors to the patio, and then had no option but to navigate the steep stairs to get to the beach. This is an issue that truly needs to be addressed.

Breakfast was good variety. Had balcony room but was broke couldnt get door open. Moved us to another room. So all was good. Getting to beach was very convenient but the steps down are not handicapped accessible.

So many things wrong with this hotel. I expected better for the price. First, the main issue...no disability access to the beach. I even spoke with an employee on the phone before coming about renting a beachwheelchair for my disabled daughter and they didnt mention that stairs were the only way on the beach. Secondly, the rooms aren't cleaned everyday. Our room was "cleaned" once during our four night stay. The sheets weren't changed despite being dirty and sandy. We had to take our own trash out and ask for towels multiple times. Then there is the issue of the LOUD doors. They slam so loud! And the noise from other rooms was disturbing. Lastly the cost to park one vehicle after paying so much for a room? This wasn't disclosed until we were there.

This hotel is located in a perfect area directly on the beach. The dining options around are good - there are unique restaurants as well as grocery stores and Starbucks. The lobby is nice and open and the breakfast staff was very helpful. The hotel itself didn’t have a bar or restaurant open at the time we visited (Jan). We did have a problem the second night we were there and it was a very stressful night with a certain very strong Smokey smell (use your imagination) coming through the room and bathroom. It took a very long time and two different rooms to get the front desk attendant to “find” us a room that was comparable to the one we paid for to move to. felt that it was more like a “you’re SOL or a nuisance” attitude than a care or help effort … and I did have a child in the room so staying in that room was an absolute no. Once they did move us, the stay was phenomenal. The rooms were great with all we needed and the balcony overlooking the Gulf itself was worth the trip. The staff here at this Hampton wasn’t the friendliest (except the breakfast staff who were SO sweet). If you’re looking for a wonderful location, spacious rooms with amazing views, and a few steps to the sand at a reasonable rate - this is your hotel.

Two things are great here…The location is excellent….The Staff is excellent. What is needed: The breakfast is bad….just bad.. The key system needs to be updated….need to get more keys at least once a day….many other guests had the same issues.

Nice hotel. Price per night was more than we really wanted to pay but, location and being on the beach was perfect. Breakfast bar was amazing and tons of Choices. The pool was clean - hot tub hot - workout room cool and had decent equipment.

Hilton needs to upgrade this hotel. Hilton advertises an outdoor and indoor pool however there is only one outdoor pool with a partial covering. Secondly they advertise a bar/lounge and an outdoor bar however there is only one outdoor bar with seating. Thirdly, the poolside furnishings need upgrading, some are broken and weathered, and not appealing at all. Breakfast had no variety and served pretty much the same thing daily with little options.

Two stars for my family. $480 p/night, ice machine was out, key cards wouldn't work from parking garbage. We had our card programmed 7 times with tha same excuse that "we" were causing it by having it near a cell phone. $25 p/night additional charges to park at the hotel. Our stay began on Friday and ended on Monday. There was no bar onsite like advertised until late Sunday afternoon. So forget cocktails on the beach for half our stay. For the price, there are better options.
Two stars for my family. $480 p/night, ice machine was out, key cards wouldn't work from parking garbage. We had our card programmed 7 times with tha same excuse that "we" were causing it by having it near a cell phone. $25 p/night additional charges to park at the hotel. Our stay began on Friday and ended on Monday. There was no bar onsite like advertised until late Sunday afternoon. So forget cocktails on the beach for half our stay. For the price, there are better options.

Overall a good experience. The best part of our stay was having easy access to the beach. The hotel staff were pleasant and accommodating. Rooms were clean but towels were dingy and old. We also had difficulty getting enough towels for all of our guest. There were also a lot of gnats in the breakfast area.

The stay at this hotel was really nice. We had a balcony room that faced the ocean and the view was beautiful. Checking in and out was easy. The room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and they always had plenty of food. The beach was right there so there wasn't much of a walk to it. The pool area was nice. There was a bar outside on the back deck but you never knew when it would be open. There were no hours posted and it closed pretty early. I think i went down at 7pm on a Friday or Saturday night and it was already closed up. I only caught it open one time at about 3pm.

Overall, our stay was good. Shacha at the front desk was wonderful, friendly, professional, and very nice to talk to. We arrived about 3 hours late because we had a flat tire on the way. Even though it was already around 7 PM, she welcomed us and offered us water, which really made our day after a stressful trip. The location is great! The beach is only about a 1–2 minute walk, which was very convenient. Breakfast was fine, although the fruit selection was limited. Some outlets in our room were loose or didn’t work, and the USB ports didn’t work either, but it didn’t ruin our stay. My biggest issue was housekeeping on checkout morning. Around 9:20 AM, two housekeeping staff knocked and within seconds opened our door before we had time to answer. They apologized when they saw us, but then the man asked what time we were leaving. Checkout is at 11 AM, and I paid for the room through checkout time. Being asked when I was leaving at 9:20 made me feel rushed and uncomfortable. Guests should be able to enjoy the room they paid for until checkout without feeling pressured to leave early. We checked out around 9:50 AM and told Liz at the front desk what happened. She was also very nice and professional. Shacha and Liz provided excellent customer service. I just hope the housekeeping issue is addressed.
