The hotel was very beautiful. Unfortunately we had poor room conditions that were not resolved. However as a whole the hole is gorgeous and the staff went above and beyond.

Looked forward to staying here but upon arrival they told me hotel was overbooked and put me at another hotel by fwy. Since I had already paid they did pay the other hotel. They didn’t contact me prior to make me aware. The front desk told me was b/c I booked through a third party ( Hotels.com) which I’ve never had a problem like this before. After a long, rainy drive I was not very happy!

We had been a few years back to the roof top bar and loved it. One of the biggest reasons we booked was to hangout at the roof top bar. Unfortunately, it was being used for a private event. Staff upon arrival was very friendly and helpful, however at checkout there was not staff to help us. There was maintenance standing by the desk letting us know it would be 20 to 30 minutes before anyone would be at the desk. Asked him what do I do about checkout he said I don't know so we just left the keys on the counter. Outside of these two small issues the suite was spacious and really really nice. Would stay again.

Traveling through area, so we only stayed one-night. Our room faced the street and room was very noisy with sirens and road traffic, not great for light sleepers. Property is not convenient if looking for dining or shopping options. It is walkable to a point but there is not a lot around being directly off the highway. Most restaurants that are close either closed at 2p or didn't open until after 4p so no mid-day availability you will have to take hotels shuttle or drive. We went to Sawmill Markets which is a variety type eatery booths. This property does offer a nice breakfast and has a roof top restaurant with nice views.
