This property is convenient but tired & needs a revamp.. The gate to the security car park malfunctioned on Day 1 of my stay & remained open.. This issue wasn’t fixed for the 4 days of my stay so car park had no security. The lift makes a lot of noise so at night it’s hard to sleep..

I loved staying by the beach in this affordable hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful as the lift was not working during my stay.

Great location, nice big room for the price. Friendly staff. Unfortunately due the car park being full at 3pm, i ended up receiving a parking fine for street parking. Kinda took the shine off the weekend.

Nice and close to where we needed to go. Big room. Shower floor was a little dirty. Building is pretty old and could do with an upgrade. Table & chairs in the room are very old and well worn, other than that staff are very friendly and it's a nice view to the ocean :)

The front desk staff were very helpful and lovely to deal with. The room was the issue. Table tops were sticky, grotty hand marks on the wall, bathroom loght globe blown and although 180/night is on the lower end of accommodation in the area, the location only makes up for half that. We came in with no expectaions and were still very disappointed.

2週間の長期滞在ということもあったのか毎日の掃除が雑だった。タオルや布団の古い臭いも気になった。備品の補充もされなかったので数回フロントにもらいに行ったり。ホテルや周辺の工事の音が朝早くから、夜は10:00くらいまで響いていた。景色は最高のロケーションだったが、網戸が破けてて虫が入ってきたり、窓が汚れていて景色が台無しだったのが残念。

Excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, both at reception and around the hotel. Check in was easy and relaxed, and any questions were handled quickly. Parking was very convenient and straightforward, which made arriving and leaving stress free. The room was large, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of space to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained. The views were a real highlight, especially at different times of the day. The location is outstanding. Close to the beach, cafes, bars, and walking areas, yet still quiet enough to unwind properly. A great place to stay and I would happily return.

Lovely quiet spot. Easy access to beach and eateries and a walkable distance to the train. Would have loved to have some plates and cutlery in the room. Room was huge and although a little tired looking I really enjoyed my stay here.

Bed and bathroom clean. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. The room itself was very run down, with worn carpet and veneer peeling off so bare MDF on bedsides etc. worst bit was the noise. Every movement in the room above was loud, and doors banging. I couldn’t get to sleep until gone 2 am. Won’t be back.

Our room did not have a view but it was spacious and clean. As mentiolned in other reviews, the room would greatly benefit from a refurbishment (especially the shower tiling). The kitchenette would benefit from a couple of plates and some cutlery. However, we found the room comfortable and we will happily stay there agsin.

We stayed 1 night and this was convenient for our plans. The rooms are dated but clean. We had an executive room, which was very spacious but it had a small queen (felt like a double) bed and the only comfy chair was broken. I would definitely recommend for 1 night stays but not longer if you want to relax. They provided towels, soap bar and shampoo. The kitchen had a Kettle with tea and coffee. There was Crisps, chocolate, water and coke availble in mini bar and you could order room service from the restaurant.

Had a great experience at Ocean Beach Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the location is great, the on site dining options (the bar and restaurant) have great food at equally great prices, and the rooms are spacious. Only "negative" (though it's not a complaint given how well priced the hotel is) is that the rooms and the hotel building are showing their age. Staff were incredibly amenable and when I had an issue with my bathroom, they offered to change my room (which I wasn't even requesting). Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, with local knowledge and suggestions. Yes, the building is of an older style, but the rooms are spacious comfortable and well maintained. The staff openly warned me about the Sunday Session noise, but really if you are staying next to/above a beer garden in summer, what do you expect??? Will recommend and hope to stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Beach Hotel. The staff were very accommodating with my early arrival, which I really appreciated. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious. The view of the beach from the window was an added bonus — absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

We always love the ease of staying at the OBH - great front desk staff, rooms always comfortable & clean - the million dollar view is amazing! It makes our drive up from Margaret River so worth it!!

My husband and I had a great stay had an ocean view room which looked all the way along the coast to Scarborough. Great central location with easy walking distance to cafes and restaurants and beach across the road. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. This is the only place to stay in Perth! We'll be back!

Everything was clean and well maintained. The views were a real highlight, especially at different times of the day. The location is outstanding. Close to the beach, cafes, bars, and walking areas, yet still quiet enough to unwind properly. A great place to stay and I would happily return.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, both at reception and around the hotel. Check in was easy and relaxed, and any questions were handled quickly. Parking was very convenient and straightforward, which made arriving and leaving stress free. The room was large, comfortable, and well laid out, with plenty of space to relax. Had a great experience at Ocean Beach Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, the location is great, the on site dining options (the bar and restaurant) have great food at equally great prices, and the rooms are spacious. Only "negative" (though it's not a complaint given how well priced the hotel is) is that the rooms and the hotel building are showing their age. Staff were incredibly amenable and when I had an issue with my bathroom, they offered to change my room (which I wasn't even requesting). Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Je recommande fortement cet hôtel. il est très bien situé à Cottesloe juste en face de la plage de North Cottesloe et est aussi idéal pour découvrir les alentours ainsi que les plages avoisinantes. Le service est impeccable et le personnel très aimable. Le restaurant et le bar offre une cuisine variée et délicieuse avec jolie vue sur le coucher de soleil.

The location is amazing right on the beach with beautiful ocean views from the street depending on your room you have a limited ocean view ,The hotel is showing its age ,The room was big and relatively comfortable only a couple of things to comment about ,The pillows stank of sweat and lack of washing or airing ,Thankfully I took my own pillow ,The walls and floors are paper thin ,Lots of noise from Plumbing ,corridor doors slamming ,Loud TV noise and guests coming and going ,The shower head was a joke more like a garden sprinkler ,A very old shower head that could be replaced at little cost to the management ,The stay was comfortable and the staff were really lovely but money needs to be spent to upgrade the room facilities , The food in the Hotel restaurant was delicious and the nightly specials are very good value ,Parking onsite is free but limited ,First in ,First served

There are renovations being undertaken - the work starts at 7.00am - blinds have to be fully drawn at all times as the workman are up and down on scaffold and can look directly in the windows - jackhammers make a lot of noise - especially at 7.00 am. Parking space was limited as the trades vans were there and very little care was being taken to avoid damage to patrons cars. The television stopped working at around 7.30pm - front desk is closed then so no one to report it to. We realise that renovations/repairs need to be done but had we been advised of these issues before we booked we would have stayed elsewhere. Without a 24 hour front desk - any failures in equipment can't be attended to - understand that but when the front desk was notified on check out they did not even seem to note it - nor offer any sort of apology

Always pleasant! Will return. Have been staying approx bimonthly for the last 10 years and on and off prior to this for years. Perfect location, Furnishings are okay with some tired bedside furniture. I believe the price reflects this as the bed is excellent nice hot shower, worth what you get. Excellent location, food okay,( daily specials yet we had just some drink snacks this night Good portion of chips not sure of the flavours of the bruschetta that my husband ordered. It didn't resemble bruschetta at all which he said he ordered. The .chips always good and drinks a little pricey( we weren't aware of any happy hour prices on our drinks bill or weren't told of any offers so not sure but we were there at 4 pm.into the evening. Definitely will stay again.

Very noisy, the 4 days I was there I barely slept. All though the room is spacious and clean, the Building and decor was extremely weathered and old .
