Stains on the bedding that looked like dried blood. Lobby smelled like sewer. Was told that they added a rollaway bed when I called and asked for it but when we went to check in, they said there was no comments about a rollaway bed. Luckily we ended up not needing it. it was decent for a one night stay but probably will not be back.

The one staff member was very nice and probably saved them from getting a worse review from me. The lobby smelled like sewer and they were over compensating for that with very terrible cleaning products. TV didn't work. No hot water.

When i girdt arrivrf the room was freezing. I tried to turn the hest ON and nothing happened. They had to move me to another room. That room was freezing too! Took hours to warm up. The halls werent heated either. Thankfully all i needed was a bed to sleep on. Breakfast was average. They hadnt salted the walkways when i left for work

I stayed at this hotel due to business the first two nights at this hotel was fine business got delayed got reservation for extra day in the middle of the night we woke up to being bit by bed bugs they were huge feasting the whole room was infected I was in shock we went up to the front desk and we were being gaslighted and they put us in a room that we had previously stayed in that we reserved and checked out of that had not been cleaned for at least 2-3 days while we had stayed there the previous rooms weren't even cleaned the whole time we were there no empathy I documented photos and videos

I booked this property for three rooms there was bed bugs found in the rooms we went to the front desk and they moved us to the room that we had stayed in previously and that room had not been cleaned for 3 days as well I have pictures and video of these bugs in the amount of bites that I have on my body and on my son's body

The property "manager" didnt know her left elbow to her right. Had to wait 20 minutes before they could get me checked in...very unprofessional tbe whole time. The room smelled very musty.. there was also a bug that looked like a baby roach inside the dresser the tv was sitting on. It wasnt worth $100 a night. Sketchy area outside the hotel. The boyfriend/husband of said manager was very sketchy and kept staring at me and my truck.

When I checked in, I asked if the air was on in the room, and the desk clerk said yes. When in the room it was hotter than hell! The air was off. Opened the dresser drawer, and there was garbage in the drawers. Dirty fingerprints on the door and in the bathroom there was pealed paint exposing the carbonation the drywall. Also when I checked in, I wouldn’t have expected to see someone behind the counter with basketball shorts and a tanktop who looked high as hell. Not a pleasant satu!

There was no housekeeping. More important. This hotel charged a pet fee for service dogs. This is against federal law. And thebfee xharged was doubke the pet fee posted on the web site. When i inquired about this illegal practice i was cursed at. Never again. This was a pleasant no frills option before. This staff is horrible

We had a bug in our bathroom Sheets old and stained. Quilt stained. Breakfast meh. Room not cleaned in corners.

Property was fairly clean and easy access. But it’s dated and the breakfast was very limited For what you pay. Staff was friendly though. Altogether it was fine, not good or great.

When i girdt arrivrf the room was freezing. I tried to turn the hest ON and nothing happened. They had to move me to another room. That room was freezing too! Took hours to warm up. The halls werent heated either. Thankfully all i needed was a bed to sleep on. Breakfast was average. They hadnt salted the walkways when i left for work

There is no elevator and our room was on second floor and my wife has a bad knee. When they found that out they put is in another room on first floor which is for pets. There was only one bath towel so I had to go ask for more. There was mold around the tub and in the tile grooves. The bathroom door looked dirty on the bottom two feet and looked like dogs had been scratching it. Only had one small pillow for each occupant. Over all I would say it was not very clean. I will never stay here again.

The suite we had was clean and cute and had tons of space. i had a nice kitchenette with a sink and dish soap provided which was perfect for us traveling with our baby. The hotel common areas are also clean. The staff were very friendly and answered our question about late checkout. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay there again when we are called to the area.

Dead bugs on the wall, mold in the bathroom by the floor boards, no screens on the windows. Only one towel and 1 1/4 rolls of toilet paper for 2 ppl. The room looked like it was decorated from the 40's. I really think the bedding was from the 40's. I saw nothing about it being pet friendly. The toilet flushed randomly several times during the night. Overall, I was not impressed. For the price I was charged I certainly expected better. I will not be returning. If you venture to try their continental breakfast you can't take it back to your room because they will charge you. Also they will charge you 25 bucks if you happen to track in dirt for their sweeping fee.
