We were very happy with our room. It was beautiful, very clean and looked to be newly remodeled. The motel is pet friendly (we have 2 dogs) and have a very reasonable pet charge. The grounds are mostly paved with lots of traffic as there is a gas station and truck stop on the same lot but there were a couple of small grass areas for dogs to use which I thought was a very nice touch. They have a restaurant, mini mart and a lounge connected to the motel which was very convenient. We also saw a laundromat and a dog bath station. Breakfast was provided and they have a nice selection to choose from. We were very pleased with our stay.

Free Parking, Free (selected) breakfast from restaurant. I only got the to-go breakfast sandwich and it was good, because of my time limits. Its a very convenient place to stay. You can access all shops from inside the hotel and the store is open 24hrs. Would stay again. Went to event at Expo center 3 min drive and went downtown at night and the drive is not far for that either, 10 to 15 min.Plenty of parking, even with security patrolling the parking lot. Mini fridge and Microwave.

The property was a great choice for us. They provided an uber from the airport and a complimentary breakfast. The rooms were clean, quiet and the staff was incredibly friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great but our bed was awful lumpy and hard definitely need to get new mattresses but everything else was great. Definitely need to update the fitness area.

Well laid out property with plenty of amenities for making a trip easy and enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast… wow a sit down restaurant with as they phrase it, “trucker sized meals”. Pleasant attentive staff and access to a convenience store, restaurant, barber, laundromat, cinema, and club/bar gave the feeling of a welcoming little village.

This place was pretty cool! Aimed towards truckers it was its own little “village” there is a hotel, a market, a laundry mat, a restaurant, a movie theater, mail center etc right in the premesis . The rooms were very spacious, modern and clean! We felt safe and the room was very quiet! The AC worked well. They provide a free breakfast that’s made to order! There is a gym with a few cardio machines and a few random dumbbells but it’s a VERY small space . Our only complaint was the bed wasn’t super comfortable. It had too much give in the middle . But we would totally stay here again!

In reading other reviews, I look for the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities, especially if there is a breakfast offered. The reviews were spot on in the cleanliness. It was very nice. However, I thought the review on the “free” breakfast was not as accurate. The breakfast is served at a connecting restaurant which charges $20.00 for just a hamburger! They gave you 5 choices , and if you wanted something else, they gave you $8.00 credit on a $20.00 meal. I was disappointed with that. Also the exercise room was out of order. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is mostly clean -- except one of my pillows reeked of sweat - someone else's sweat. The bathroom was clean, the floors and walls were clean, the furniture was clean. Just the pillow was gross. The restaurant on site is clean, and probably has good food, but none of us liked ours. It was not very flavorful, and sat on our stomachs heavily - and we all had something different. The hotel is a truck-stop, so lots of amenities. But, it is in an area that seems riddled with homeless, and with people clearly not in a good frame of mind -- wandering across the street in front of fast moving cars and trucks, stumbling around the parking lot, and yelling at something they see in front of them that isn't there. The hotel is great - but the area it is in is not. You don't have ot leave the hotel though - so if you're not touristing... it could work fine.

This was a standout stay for being an airport hotel in an industrial part of town. Friendly and helpful staff, amazing complimentary breakfast (in what turned out to be the largest country western bar in Portland!), they ordered me an Uber when my flight came in but the shuttle had stopped running, and a comfy/quiet room. Only can ding for a slightly dirty room (some hairs in the bed and pills/food left on the floor) but overall a great, quiet, easy stay!

This was quite the pleasant surprise, for a hotel at a truck stop! Everything was quite clean and well-maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was plenty big and comfortable, quiet, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning was much more robust than we were expecting. This is a great value for the price in Portland!

Parking is easy and free, although I can see how the lot might fill up if the hotel is full. The rooms are spacious and comfortable but lacking a safe. The water in the shower was slow to warm but the water pressure was good. On the surface everything was clean but a closer look revealed dust behind the bathroom vanity. All in all, a quiet stay. The Jubitz story (on a display outside the large, open restaurant) and how the hotel and adjacent businesses grew from a single business is an interesting read. This was a great location for us as we went to an event about 10 minutes away. It’s also just over the border from WA so we avoided any downtown or Pearl District traffic - but were close by if we wanted to explore.

It was very loud, everything from the couple across the hallway enjoying some "time together", to fights in the middle of the night, traffic noise and very old air conditioners, you really can't get a good nights sleep here.

Property is a truck stop. Motel rooms have been renovated, are clean and nice. Pillows are huge and uncomfortable. TV didn't work but a voucher was given to compensate. Convenient location.

Rooms on the second floor have rooftop AC units outside the window that are very noisy, and since the windows aren’t soundproof, you also hear the jets flying past. This is an old hotel that’s been refurbished, the walls are thin. There was light coming in under the door, so people can be heard in the hallway. The curtains did not block out the light. The bed was firm. There was a fragrance upon entering the room, but not much on the bedding. It is possible to crack the window a couple inches for fresh air, but there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the bathroom. It had a large shower ( no tub) with glass doors and it was very clean. The only draw back was my room faced the road and was in the same parking lot as a gas station, so I heard car noise throughout the night. The restaurants there did provide you a variety of choices for meals. The breakfast that came with the stay was fresh, hot and cooked to order at on of those restaurants. The server was attentive .

Stayed twice within a few days. Rooms were great as far as cleanliness and had average amenities. First room had huge shower stall rather than tub - fine for us. Second room was a bit smaller and the AC did not work. It was relatively cool, so we did not complain, but had to leave the window open. The first stay was on the far side of the hotel and quiet. The second, with the window open was noisy because it was near the road and the fueling station on the property. The restaurant had mostly great typical American food and the service was very efficient and friendly. There is a restaurant, bar, deli, and convenience store on premises plus a small movie theater - sort of a mini-mall. They offer free pickup from the airport, and if their shuttle is not available, they provide an Uber at their expense. Overall, it was a great experience.

Was really impressed by the service at the hotel. Robin, from the front desk, was incredible in helping me organize shuttle service to and from the airport after a lost bag fiasco. She was super friendly, genuine, helpful, and made a stressful situation feel easy. Shout out to her, big time. Room and bed were great. Very comfortable. Clean. Well maintained and updated. The breakfast voucher was a great touch and I was very pleasantly surprised at how the hotel did so many little things right.

I couldnt really hear my receptionist talking to me because the other guy cant talk at a normal volume. Housekeeping left my door open after coming in and only taking out trash. So that was a bummer. Otherwise this place is really great and i will stay again.

Staff very unprofessional and rude! Proceeded to enter my room without permission. My partner Was mistreated and denied acess into our room even though he was on the resevation when we checked-in. They refuse to honor their breakfast coupon for 8$ off and charged me 28$ + tip for french toast and drink. No recipt was provided for the food. I do not recomend staying here , theres better places that treat their guest with kindness and respect your privacy!

The staff are exceptional, the shuttle bus is really convenient, and the facilities offer so many convenient amenities. The free breakfast is from a real restaurant and it’s nothing fancy but it’s delicious. I always stay here for the IndyCar races and it rules.

Al at the front desk is great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us arrange an Uber (provided by the hotel) for 0745 transfer to the airport. Room is quiet and has nice furniture. Convenient to have a minimart and restaurant nearby as well. We would definitely stay here again

The gas station and restaurant were convenient, but had to drive quite a distance to any tourism activities or chain of bars ect. Perfect spot if your passing through foe the night or a Trucker stop. But vaca destination stop id prob go elsewhere.

Outstanding value. Clean, modern, friendly staff, included hot breakfast, excellent on-site amenities including restaurant, convenience store, postal service, cinema, fitness room, gas station, and more. Excellent location for Piedmont/North Portland area access and easy access to and from the airport; includes shuttle service. Highly recommended, at a great price.

This is in a truck stop. None of the reviews mentioned that. It is a 20 minute drive to the airport. Not what we were expecting. Would not return. Very noisy with all the traffic outside our window.

We were concerned about the area but the complex was well lit, security was present and there were cameras all around. The complex had a nice shopping restaurant area and gas station attached and was very well maintained. The hotel was nice and the rooms and halls were clean and fresh. There was only one small elevator but that the only drawback. Overall it was a great stay for a reasonable price.

The free breakfast selection is very limited and orange/ apple juice refills is an extra charge. Choices are: (1) Hash browns, eggs and toast. (2) Pancakes (3) oatmeal and raisins, w/ toast. (4) biscuits and gravy. Additional $8 is charged when you want to have the full breakfast menu. If you’re staying for a day, this might be good enough but if you’re staying longer the food gets boring. In terms of parking safety, this area has security personnel on the building. The staff are nice and helpful. The toilet bowl pressure was not great. It clogged and we had to use the plunger to fix it. Overall, it’s a great place for an overnight stay. But I personally won’t be staying here again. The good reviews is what made me book here and hopefully my honest experience helps others decide too.

In reading other reviews, I look for the cleanliness of the hotel and the amenities, especially if there is a breakfast offered. The reviews were spot on in the cleanliness. It was very nice. However, I thought the review on the “free” breakfast was not as accurate. The breakfast is served at a connecting restaurant which charges $20.00 for just a hamburger! They gave you 5 choices , and if you wanted something else, they gave you $8.00 credit on a $20.00 meal. I was disappointed with that. Also the exercise room was out of order. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Not located in the best part of town, but the hotel itself was fine, the staff was helpful, the rooms were, clean, roomy, well maintained, and cozy. We were only there for 1 night. It helped that we were on the 4th floor, we would not have felt as safe had we been on the 1st floor

Nice spot to stay if you're going to the races. They do have an airport shuttle. Next to a truck stop and dining options are available. There's also a convenience store in the same building. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Everything was pretty good. The exception was the shower, no pressure whatsoever. The pressure you did have you would lose thru out the shower. It was bad. Beds were good and comfy, Pillows ridiculously hard. Would I stay there again, in a pinch maybe.
