Food ok, bed comfortable, but that is the best we could say about our stay. We had a superior room at $409 a night, and it was like a cave with a view of the swimming pool, there was nothing supplied apart from tea or coffee, a basic motel has better room facilities . We were kept awake for three nights, Thur, Fri and Sat, by bands from hell, we wondered how much they were paying the hotel for playing there. The advertisements for the hotel were nothing like what you get, the room was a bitter disappointment, and the fees and taxes are not included in advertised price. Our room wasn’t even secure when we got there, the door locks were just about to fall off and the security chain was not attached to anything. All in all a bitter disappointment.

Checkin was okay but room was in dire need of a Renovation and the shower was disgustingly full of mould and fans covered in dust. I tried to move rooms but was told I couldn’t. You get what you pay for. I've stayed in smaller rooms. The room could accommodate 3 comfortably but the rooms are rather tired. The room was clean, tidy and safe, with a locked courtyard. There were a lot of mosquitoes but this was a function of recent rains.

The location in Broome is excellent. Unfortunately, since I last stayed there, the dining facilities have changed - there are insufficient tables, and they are not inviting in layout.

Linen clean, bed comfortable, A few problems: bathroom door did not close; no plates or cutlery (though decent wine glasses were provided); entry door was hard to open (it needs new rollers); window and door frames shabby; caulking and skirting boards chipped and scuffed. There was one delapitated and uncomfortable cane chair. Basic maintenance and painting needs attention.

An overpriced hotel with run down rooms in desperate need of refurbishment. Luggage had to be left in a cramped reception area till rooms were ready. Despite a welcome note prior to arrival stating how helpful they are, staff were not able to provide any info about the area and bus timetable given to me was out of date. Bathroom was particularly shabby. This place felt like a backpacker hostel, not a $300 room. Not recommended even though the location was great. All staff were overseas travellers and although pleasant had no real interest in providing customer service. I will not return to this hotel.
