The thermostat in your he gym is set and locked at 76. Thermostat in the rooms are also locked so you can’t adjust the temperature at all which makes sleeping conditions very uncomfortable. I asked the front desk and they said that is the temperature that is best and they don’t allow any change.

Easy check in, digital key, suite had couch, chair, desk and small sink with the fridge and microwave. Water pressure was good. Heat/AC worked. Small elevator, but it worked. Free breakfast in the morning. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. Quick drive to Hershey Park.

Great location to Hershey Park. The bathroom door I'm oue room squeaked which was a noisy, there was little mildew in shower. Room was big enough for our family. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool area way too much chlorine, it burned my eyes I couldn't stay in there for more than 5 mins and I wasn't even in the pool.

We stayed here to attended a concert at Hershey Park Stadium. It was a very convenient and quick drive to the park and stadium, Tanger Outlet and restaurants. The Inn is clean, everyone was polite and helpful, we enjoyed our two night stay. The pool and pool area were clean, however the water was a bit too cool, kids that were currently in the pool warned us it was really cold. It was uncomfortable to even hang our legs over the side into the water, we didn't linger long there. Over all, I'd definitely book a stay here again, thank you!

Great location for visiting Hershey Park without dealing with traffic. Room was very nice and larger than expected, breakfast was great with eggs, meat, and fresh made waffles. Indoor pool was a bit cold and very strong chlorine smell, but maybe that is normal for indoors. Highly recommend for visiting Hershey Park.

We stayed for two nights, but no one came to clean the room. We really don't want to go to the swimming pool. The water is not clean at all. My daughter said after swimming that the water is sloppy and salty.

My room was super dusty and they failed to come in daily for fresh towels or toilet paper or to take beds. When you pay hotel prices you expect these services otherwise stay at air b&b if you have to do it yourself and you have a lot of more space.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The property itself just needs an upgrade. Thankfully I didn’t end up spending much time in my room, so it sufficed. I did have a hair on my sheet and there was some small hairs in the bathtub. I brought Lysol wipes and cleaned the tub out.

The room service was poor. They do every other day service now. We had 4 people in our room. They left clean towels, but didn’t take some dirty face clothes and other items. There was used cups and other trash that was not removed. Our comforters had stains. They did not give us any coffee refills or new cups and we were out. The beds weren’t made. Basic stuff was not done.

You can easily tell that housekeeping only does the bare minimum to clean the rooms. The tub had stains on it that were there for a while, pink mold on the shower head, mold ring around sink drain and some type of splatter on the closer door from a prior guest that was never cleaned. Also carpeted room which isnt clearly vacuumed. One of us wore white socks and they were dirty from just walking in the room. For the insane price you pay, you expect the room to be cleaned, esp when you have children in the room.

It was really clean and nice, the only issue is the people next door were really noisy around 1AM and couldn’t sleep and the pool was really cold, other than that staff was really nice.

We stayed one night after going to Hersheypark all day. Loved the location to the park. Very close. Reception was welcoming. The room spacious for our family of four. Breakfast was amazing. My grandson loved the churro waffles! The lady attending the breakfast was so accommodating. I cannot eat onions and the eggs had them in the omelet. She went and made me scrambled eggs! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Property description under amenities said room had microwave. Not true. No microwave in room. Called to complain and was told there’s one communal microwave in lobby which is not a solution. Sink in bathroom did not drain. Needed maintenance guy to fix. Not thrilled.

Very nice hotel!! Room was nice. Beds were so comfortable. The only issue was that our shade fell off the window and woke us up at 4:30 in the morning. Went to the desk later in the morning and was told the maintenance guy who was also a housekeeper would be in at 3:00 and take care of it. We got back to our room at 12:30 AM and nothing was done in the room. Not cleaned and shade was still down. Went down to the front desk and told them what happened and was told maybe the manager will give you a partial refund. When checking out in the morning was told the message was given to the manager. Have yet to hear back. That was very disappointing. We were on the first floor.

Room is fine except that there was no tv in sitting area of suite. We paid higher suite price so kids could have quite space to sleep while we could watch tv in separate sitting area since they sleep earlier than us. Also, room still wasn't ready at 5:00 pm. First impressions are not in line with great reviews I read before booking. Front desk says they would give discount for no tv if I had booked directly with them and not thru Expedia. This is the first experience at a hotel in forever for my family. Sadly, less than stellar and I simply expect the bare minimum. Such a bummer.

While traveling, especially in unfamiliar areas, I always choose a Hampton Inn because they are clean and comfortable. I booked this Hampton Inn, late at night, while I was traveling. The hotel and room were clean, however, the bed was very hard and not at all comfortable and it did not have the usual Hampton Inn comfortable bedding. Also, the night clerk that checked me in was very unpleasant and seemed annoyed with me when I checked in and was even more annoyed when I asked her a question. Her attitude and the way she treated me was very out of line. I have never been treated by anyone so poorly at a Hampton Inn.

We were treated wonderfully by the woman who checked us in. We have four young children and she was patient, kind, understanding and helpful when we checked in. She have the kids lots to do including coloring pages and helped us plan a trip to see sites while we were staying there.

We arrived at 9pm, and there was only one person working in the hotel. Had to wait 10 min at front desk until they arrived. They were wearing rubber gloves and pulled them off as they walked into the lobby, explaining that they had been unclogging a toilet. They did not wash their hands and just started working at the desk. Hotel was super full. Tip for hotels: Don’t over-book the hotel if you are understaffed. I felt really bad for the employee. Pool was absolutely packed and water was cloudy. We didn’t use it. Hotel room was not very clean. Clumps of hair found in the bed and on the toilet. Floors had not been mopped and were sticky with foot prints/drips. Pull-out couch mattress was stained. Noise from people upstairs made it hard to sleep. Air conditioner blew directly into the face of the person sleeping on the bed near the window. There was no escaping it. Fan was very loud. Breakfast was pretty good, standard from Hampton. Location was good and 5 minutes from Hersheypark. Weird zoning though, I feel bad for the people in the nice houses in the neighborhood right adjacent to busy hotel.

Had to write my name in a piece of paper because the person at the front desk didn’t understand me. Pool closes at 10pm but when we called down at 10:40 with a noise complaint since we were above the pool nothing was done. No apology or compensation at checkout. Bathroom floor was sticky as well would definitely choose another place to stay if I was in the are again

This is a very nice hotel in a great location, close to Hershey Park and easy access to highways. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was in excellent condition. We stayed in a studio; the kitchen/living area were both nice features. Good sized TVs. Breakfast area was clean and had decent options for the venue. Coffee was hot and always available. The best part of our hotel stay far and away was the front desk staff member, Zara. She went above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. She was so thoughtful and kind to my adult son who is autistic. To me, this was everything: This was actually my second time staying at this hotel, and while I probably would have stayed here again all things being equal, I've also stayed at other places in Hershey that were nice, and so would have selected the place with the best options the next time I planned a trip. However, next time I head to Hershey, I will specifically plan to stay here, because of how kindly we were treated.

We stayed one night after going to Hersheypark all day. Loved the location to the park. Very close. Reception was welcoming. The room spacious for our family of four. Breakfast was amazing. My grandson loved the churro waffles! The lady attending the breakfast was so accommodating. I cannot eat onions and the eggs had them in the omelet. She went and made me scrambled eggs! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Easy check in, digital key, suite had couch, chair, desk and small sink with the fridge and microwave. Water pressure was good. Heat/AC worked. Small elevator, but it worked. Free breakfast in the morning. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day. Quick drive to Hershey Park.

We stayed here because we had a concert at the Hershey Giant Center, and this was a 5 min drive to the park, so very convenient and well-priced! Very clean and spacious rooms. We would stay here again anytime.

The staff was super nice, especially the staff at breakfast. They are dealing with a lot of families and small kids and they were so kind and pleasant no matter what. When we checked in, it was so late and our kids were so tired but the front desk was a absolute pleasure. Rooms are dated but clean, there's only 1 elevator but it's a small hotel with only 3 floors. The pool was a nice size and they refilled the towels and kept the bathroom very clean.

Had a fire alarm first night at 10pm no direction alot of confused people standing in parking lot no explanation of why. Second night had teenage kids from a camp running up and down hallway called front desk they kind of shrugged it off as kids being kids half hour more of this went and spoke with camp chaperone ourselves and handled it

This is a nice enough Hampton Inn and very convenient to the Hershey attractions. Definitely not the place to stay if you want a quiet night’s sleep. There is zero sound insulation between the rooms and the hallways and a sizable gap under the door sound in the hallway echoes into the rooms.

Room just felt dirty. Surfaces felt like they were wiped clean with an overused rag. One of the beds had stains on the comforter. The lady at check in was miserable. The rest of our stay the staff was friendly though.

Room was very accommodating. Staff was very polite. Only area I can say could improve is the pull out couch bed needed a sheet and blanket and when we asked for additional towels to replace dirty ones,the house keepers said ok but we didn’t get any. Very nice place place.
